It was way better than I expected. It was very clean and nice that you could say it was a three or 4-star hotel, not a 2-star one. The staff was also really friendly. There were also free coffee and tea in the room which was a delight. Compared to the money you pay, it is very very nice. Highly recommended.

It was a surprise for us that the breakfast time was only from 6 am to 9 am! We booked for Saturday night, and there was no way we could get up that early on a Sunday morning. We missed breakfast by only 30 minutes. The other thing was that it is far from downtown. If you don't have a car, you have to pay $30+ for Uber.

It was clean. Got serviced once while we were there three nights and four days

Our tub ran the whole time of our stay. When they serviced our room they didn't leave any extra toilet paper or soap. They threw away the soap bars we had opened and were using and didn't leave anymore. Thank goodness we were leaving the next day.

Little old lady who works the night shift was great and made me laugh as she chatted with me during the check in she really made my night I wish I would of asked her name...

My fridge was off so when I went to open it a bag smell came out instantly but we plugged it in and after a while it was fine just a small inconvenience

Rooms were clean -

Room (we had 2)- only one tiny trash can under the sink - AC's are old - front in the room was falling off and had to keep it set at 65 to get it to cycle on - refrigerator in one room was full of ice on the back wall. For the price a larger choice for breakfast could be done - "individual box cereal - cartons of milk" to go with the juice and individual wrapped muffins

The owners/managers were awesome and friendly. Made me feel very comfortable and she’s even funny.

The night crew maybe younger adults didn’t send anyone to clean the tub out when I showed them the dirt. He said it was stains but I know the difference. I asked if anyone can come clean it out…No one ever came so my fiancé went to the store brought some comment cleansing. He washed the tub himself and the “Stains” as he called it came right off. Other than that I was pleased.

The check in lady is nice. I love that the hotel has smart tv. The bed and pillows are superrrr comfy. The rooms are big and clean. The restroom was very clean. Good size fridge. Everything was nice I like staying here

I have been to many hotels in my line of work, but I have never been to one so accommodating and friendly. The staff were so quick to make sure that I was satisfied with everything. The light breakfast was yummy. What amazed me most was how this hotel gave you high quality service for a decent price. Even the bathroom towels were fantastic. They were so soft and fluffy, I stayed wrapped in my towel for hours.

Truth be told, there wasn't a single thing I could think about that I didn't like. The property is located right off the highway and I was really nervous ab out that, but amazingly, I didn't hear a single sound once I closed my front door.

Well maintained, room clean and well kept, nice to check in and room a/c on cooling and well inviting, room to room quietness, could not hear neighbors around seem to be all by ourselves great

Not much to dislike, may be one the pool was down for maintenance

The property as a whole was exceptionally clean, Including the pool. The price per night is also very fail I stayed for 3 nights and spend less than 150. The location of the hotel was also very nice, it’s pretty much beer anything you might need such as a Walmart and the San Antonio six flags

It was a little dusty when we got the room and the furniture had light scratches but no harm done after room service.
