Staff was great, everyone was polite, nice and helpful.The waffles smelled delicious but I did not eat breakfast. The pool was nice, it looked a little cloudy though. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Bed was definitely comfortable, I slept great. Room was quiet except for cleaning above me early on Friday morning. Very loud.

Around the pool there were small piles of hair someone pulled out from the pool and left sitting there. In my room some of the lights were not working as some of the outlets were not as well.

This Hotel was clean, and they offered breakfast and fresh coffee. They allowed us to extend our stay at the same rate we booked at for the conference I attended nearby. There is a pool ( handicapped accessable!) And a hot tub (also accessible!) The location of this hotel is very convenient and close to many businesses and shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The furniture was a little outdated in the room, and parking lot was not well lit, it appears there was something going on late night at the hotel.

The bed was very comfortable. The hot breakfast was very nice. The room was clean.

You could not find any luggage carts anywhere on any of the floors at 6am. The staff seemed almost put out when asked about where a cart might be as she was busy watching either movie or video. She said well I guess the guests are keeping carts in their rooms. All front desk staff during our stay sat behind desk watching movies/videos and seemed put out when question was presented to them. Did not feel welcome. The pool water was cloudy. The pool area was dirty, had swimsuit panty liner on floor along with other debris. Was very surprised as we've stayed here previously and was not like this before.

The front desk associate Indra was very helpful and informative. The beds were comfortable and there was a selection of pillows in various comfort levels which was very nice.

There was only one elevator and I'm on crutches and the elevator was very slow to call and small in size so could only fit few people, had to wait for it too be sent back a few times during stay. The window in room could not close all the way and was cracked all weekend and the sink was very slow to drain. The hot tub was extremely cloudy and had black/brown sand/salt? all across bottom, not enjoyable or relaxing. One of the reading lights was broken or burnt out.

The girl at the front desk was more then helpful. She had to do a few different things before we finally got everything set up like it had to be. Credit card wise. I don't like that they did not want to take cash from me AT ALL!

The man that worked the 2nd day was kind of short with me for no reason at all. Also was man that the girl did so much to help me the day before. He defiantly needs a different job cause working with people that aren't well off seems to be his issue

The room was lovely with enough space for our family of 5. The breakfast food was quality and the room was spacious with enough seating for everyone. The location is great: close to the Beltline and near lots of restaurants.

I don't know if we were close to stairs or an exit or if a guest on the floor above us was opening and shutting their door, but there was at least a dozen times throughout the night where we could hear doors shutting. I'm a light sleeper and was woken every time.

The lady at the front desk when I checked in went out of her way to provide the best room for me and my family. My sister was life flighted to UW and had an emergency brain surgery. The front desk clerk did everything she could to accommodate my family and make sure we were comfortable during this very traumatic time all her efforts are greatly appreciated please reward her for exceptional service!

This was a repeat visit and I appreciate the consistency. Rooms are always clean, breakfast is always good, front desk staff are always helpful.

Sometimes other guests are noisy but that's not the hotel's fault. Everything is quiet by 10 p.m.

Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Pool and fitness room were just a short walk down the hall. Not crowded at all, we were the only ones there at the pool after 8p. You do need to get the key for both areas from the front desk. We tried to get in with our room keys and that didn't work. It would've been nice to have known beforehand, but no biggie. Overall, great place to stay with lots of nearby shopping around.

Breakfast could've been a bit better if we were staying for a couple of days. It sufficed since we were leaving right away the next morning.
