Nice and big hotel room, very clean. Good and tasty breakfast. One thing I appreciate is that they consider having tourists from all over the world and they installed sockets of different types in the room, so one does not need to use an adapter to plug-in their device. Very thoughtful! Nice staff at the receptions desk, especially the young man working there in afternoon I checked in (I'm sorry I did not remember his name). He speaks enough English to deal with the clients, and this is a big plus. Location is good if you want to be close to the city center, but, according to some locals, the area is not very safe during the night. I can't confirm or deny.

Room was spacious and cosy, bathroom was a little bit tiny. Wifi network was stable and fast. Breakfast was great, we ate fruit salad every morning. We ordered bicycles for one day to the hotel and biked along the bay coast (cost 14 dollars each).

The view to the court was industrial... One of the room window was broken and "prepared" with a plastic tape! Ridiculous.

Everything that we wanted from a city centre hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was good, and was within a short walk of the main sights. The room was typical for a 4 star hotel and the breakfast was tasty. Overall, a very comfortable option for our two night stay.

The staff was great. We speak limited Spanish (but do try very hard) and the staff was friendly and accommodating. There were no questions left unanswered and they went out of their way to ensure we had what we needed as well as some great suggestions for where to eat and what to see.

I would've liked a room with a better view...but I didn't pay for one, so there's that.

Great location, near the central squares and the Old Town. Very pleasant hotel with nice staff, with an excellent grasp of English surpassing our limited Spanish. The city itself is a joy and the hotel added to the experience. It was very clean and welcoming.

The hotel is both spacious and clean. It is conveniently located near the center of the city just one or two blocks from 18 de Julio. It's not located in my favorite neighborhood but it is a good place to stay if you have business/appointments/errands in the center of the city.

I felt that the color scheme in the room was a bit downcast. Also, the shower curtain didn't really keep the rest of the bathroom from getting wet. I had to clean up a bit after each shower.

It is a clean modern hotel with professional friendly staff. Breakfast was very good selection and quality.

We parked our car in the underground garage ($12/day) and the entrance/exit maneuvering was very tight.

Location was good, walking distance to the city center. Hotel was OK, room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. The stuff was friendly and very helpful.

There was a water bottle in the mini bar from the people who were before us. And they didn't take away even after we told the people in the front desk.
