It is clean and it was really quite for an airport hotel . The hotel is not anymore directly connected to airport as terminal 1 and 3 are closed , that airport is not used . Terminal A is in fact a totally new airport and you will need to take the hotel bus , not poasible to walk .

-just the fact that if you arrive some minutes after hour and 25 min ( when the hotel bus is leaving ) you need to wait from the next shuttle bus next hour . It can be tiring after many hours of flight or if you have not a very long period between the flights .

Everything was pleasant; however, I mistakenly booked a hotel under the impression that it was located within the airport premises. It's worth noting that Abu Dhabi now operates from the new airport terminal, Terminal A. Consequently, I kindly request that the hotel, in coordination with the booking site, update the information to reflect that the hotel is no longer situated within the airport. Instead, guests should be advised to take a hotel bus or taxi to reach the accommodation.

Booking.com Should upgrade about the location of the hotel as Terminal 1 & 3 at AUH is closed so it’s not walking distance from the new Terminal A Second the price should be the same as booking time not increase as the customer has already given the credit card details to secure the booking.

Big room ,bed are very comfortable. Shuttle bus to the airport is well organized

Restaurant down the lobby is a little expensive. 1 of 3 elevator was not working.

Free shuttle was very helpful. Breakfast was exactly how I like it. Wifi was better than elsewhere.

The room was cheap for a family of 4 in Abu Dhabi, particularly for a layover of less than a day. The hotel provided a free shuttle from the new Terminal A every hour and, I understand, it also provides a less frequent free shuttle to some nearby sights including Yas Island and other parts of the city, however, we did not make use of this so I can't comment further. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were ok sized, comfortable and clean. There is a bar, a restaurant (with both a la cart and buffet options), room service and a Costa cafe. The hotel has a rooftop pool of moderate size. The hotel is a short cab ride from various sights including Yas Island (~15 mins), the Aquarium and the Grand Mosque.

Travellers should note that this hotel is in the old (now defunct) airport terminal 1/3, so there is almost nothing else to do in walking distance. The free airport shuttle goes on an hourly basis and is a bit small, so be prepared to take a cab as a backup if it is too full or you are late (around 35 AED). Taxis to town from the hotel must charge a 20 AED minimum/base charge due to the zone, but I think this doesn't apply coming in. Other than that the hotel was well worth the money and close enough to a fair number of sights, so this is really not intended as a complaint but just helpful advice.

It was clean, the room was big and comfortable, it had everything we needed, including a kettle, complementary tee and coffee and a fridge. I like that they have a coffee place at the entrance.

The swimming pool was not working, I understand that maintenance was needed but this was the main reason why we booked the hotel. The shuttle is very limited, not a lot of places and only one per hour, if you miss one, which is very likely, you either have to wait one hour or you need to take a taxi. Taxi costed us 10 euros, which was ok. Be aware that terminal 1-3 is deactivated. Every flight is from terminal A now and you can’t walk there.

Airport is very close and there is free transfer every hour. Yas island is also near by (also having transfers, what we did not use) Flight company warned that we should be at the airport at least 4 hours before departure. We thought 3 would be enough and we were right: the transfer was 20 minutes only, we were in transit zone within other 10 minutes (we made online boarding in advance, had no baggage to drop and there was no queue at security controll). 2hours would suit either... Paper boarding card is still a must, what is strange for such a modern, fancy airport that they do not accept that from mobile phones... The hotel has free WiFi based printing service at the reception

Compared to other hotel, the breakfast sortiment was not that wide with filtered Coffee only. Fresh pineapple (not from can) was delicious!

Very comfortable beds. Quiet (despite connected to airport). Clean and comfortable. Plenty of choice breakfast (can even order à la carte omelettes and such). Friendly personnel. Free shuttle bus Terminal A to hotel (leaves at the clock from the hotel and past 25 from the airport - located outside right, at the bus terminals).

When flying with Etihad Airways (and thus always arriving at Terminal A) you will need to pass border control, get a visa, leave the airport, drive around it back to terminal 1 and 3 where the hotel is located. So keep that in mind for short stopovers!
