perfect for a family vacation, 2 bedrooms and huge living room with fully furnished and everything you require or over required in kitchen

WB Lobby is heaven and Double Tree lobby is nothing compared or near to it , when both are same part of property

Location is perfect, extremely close to Warner Brothers (just behind the hotel) and Waterpark (just across the parking).

Food was great and Hight quality and selection . Executive Chef is hands on and present during breakfast to make sure all is excellent . Rooms are very nice and the hotel location is great

Big issue is that the closet light next to the bed stay on the whole night due to closed doors not able to close properly so sleeping was not good, There is a problem with the magnetic system to keep the large doors closed but is not working properly. ( weak magnets and crooked doors ) We advice the reception the day after arrival, we asked to shut of the lights of the closet , engineering came , but nothing was done and there was no follow up . I suggest to log complaint's of guest and follow up !

The location has to be the number one benefit as it is just a walking distance from Warner Bros. Theme Park, Water World Theme Park and the Warner Bros Curio, by Hilton Hotel. The breakfast is also something to appreciate as you have a lot of options, we tried the room service which was very good, we also tried the restaurant in the hotel ground floor and it was excellent, last we tried our favorite the Sidekicks Restaurant located in the first floor in WB Curio Hotel, which you can access from the 2 floor and it is an amazing experience specialty for kids. The pool side is wonderful too with 2 pools and bar. The Gym was remarkable with every equipment you might need. The hotel is brand new and rooms are big and have everything you may need for cooking. Comfortable beds and there is a big sofa bed which is suitable for two persons.

Since the hotel is new, there was a little issue, but the hotel staff and management have resolved it exceptionally well, very amazed and without any doubt I will be staying in this hotel again.

The stay was super clean and comfy. Little attention every where that makes vacation time better. The housekeeper was fast and friendly, the 2 receptionists were on point. The prayer room clean and it smells good everywhere. I recommend it for family for sure. And you are really next to the WB hotel and the Park so it’s a no brainier. The plus, after we gave back the room we were allowed to let our language in the bagagerie so that we we free to go sightseeing and take those back later. First time in my life a hotel takes care of me beyond the stay. You could see that every little details made anyone feeling comfortable or more , happy, and kids were at their ease. I wish I’ll come back the next time time I’ll go to WB World Park. Big thanks to the team

Perhaps the view that wasn’t wow but tidy still.

Everything in the hotel is perfect except for one thing. I will write it down. The staff was great, the room was cozy and clean, and you get a cookie when you check in. I also got an upgrade. The bed is comfy, and the room was big. However, the view wasn't that good.

I was hearing a sound from the windows itself every few minutes. The sound was due to the temperature. I couldn't sleep at night because of it (my sleep is very light). I spoke to the hotel, and they were kind enough to give me another room with less noise (the problem is more pronounced on higher floors), so I got a room on the second floor. The second night, I slept well. If your sleep is normal, you won't have any problem with it. Alternatively, you could bring earplugs, and that will surely solve the issue for you.

Everything, from the beginning in the reception I felt welcomed, it was an expressed check in, then the apartment was clean , nice and comfortable and it has all the things you need during your stay. The breakfast was great , not much variety from day to day but there is a wide selection of dishes to choose from, the croissant stands out It was a walking distance from the WB park and yas water world, also a walking distance to the shuttle service stop which will take you to all the attractions in yas island including a Ferrari world and yas mall All the employees were nice and helpful but james in the reception stands out, he was the first one we met and he gave us the impression that it would be a fantastic hotel

The kids club ! What kids club only allows children above 4 years only and no adult watcher allowed! The shuttle is not regular on time as per schedule!

me and my husband celebrated our wedding anniversay and we were delighted to celebrate it in this hotel. they even gave us a cake to celebrate with(we received 2 in total). the staff were very friendly and accomodating. thank you Bao and to the ladies in the OVERLOOK Kathrina and Joyce! they are really dedicated with their job! the hotel has great amenities, you can even use the WB infiniy pool! its a great experience! hoping to be back again soon! than you!

The rooms were amazing and it was good value for money. At checkout we were helped with luggage. I am a resident of Abu Dhabi but leaving for home but we have agreed when we return for a holiday we will definitely consider staying here.

We did have huge boxes that were getting sent home by courier and did request the trolley to help us but didn't show up however this service was readily available on move out day so could have been a miscommunication. I did unfortunately leave an important item in the hotel I did call up to enquire about this and was promised a call back which never happened.
