No bathroom doors. Bed not softer. But these are minor issues

Pool is great. Spaciousness of rooms and bathroom. Helpful staff all round, from lifeguards to reception staff and porters. Proximity to Mall to buy food / grocery / any incidentals. Cafe on site served nice coffee. Air quality seemed good (tested it) in room, even though it seemed a unified / through hotel air con system which I originally doubted. Had water front view room and amazing night view / skyline.

More the behaviour in the pool area. Some patrons seen spitting. Lifeguard was straight on to it though. Sometimes patrons cannot swim a straight line or children being “taught” to swim by parents & going way off kilter/ colliding with other swimmers. Another lane rope might help that? Some features of hotel are getting a little old - I stayed here for a conference week in 2013, and notice a few things in room need maintenance ie. bathroom amenities

We were updated to intercontinental hotel. The room is big and clean The service is very good The staff especially House keeper usman are very kind. The breakfast has variety of food.

The main problem is that in the toilet there is not any toilet trigger spray. Usually in middle eastern countries we use thw spray. Please add it to the toilet accessories.

close to the airport, pool is fantastic and you can share the pool from the intercontinental side. Outdoor Jacuzzi is good. Pool staff are good too. Breakfast staff are all nice and accommodating. Gave my 11 year old a free additional bed.

Transport links are not great. However you can get a boat from outside the mall to the Creek metro station and get around Dubai. Get a grey silver Nol card. You can use Uber as well.

I am super graterful to Crowne Plaza, Festival City for so generous and making us feel special during our stay. We were there for a special event and they definitely went above and beyond with the surprises in our room. A big thank you!!!!

It was a 10 OUT OF 10 experience. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was just Perfect blind of everything you wish. The room exceeded my expectations with the upgrade they gave me.

Couldn't deliver the Talabat order to my room.

Easy access to the airport, Festival City and the Metro via.a short water taxi ride. Excellent staff that are polite, helpful and fries. Nice rooms with a beautiful view of the Creek and city.

The best thing about the hotel is the exquisit service of the whole staff. They are a hardworking staff, breakfast, reception, concierge, lifeguard, housekeeping. We really appreciated you all during our stay, thank you so much for helping us with everything and making us feel welcome! (They deserve so much more!) we will come back, the breakfast was good, enough choices but not too much. Dubai mall is 15 min drive, marina about 30min. Festival city mall is a indoor walkthrough 5 minutes!

And the rooms interior could be more modern in my opinion. Pools were on the small size, but when we were there it was not that crowded. An air refreshner would be great aswell in the room, because we couldn’t open the windows for fresh air.

great location and nice facilities. it’s my second stay. I couldn’t get a nice view from my room which was disappointing but Amy and Nelson from the reception staff made it up and were very professional and helpful. very good breakfast and nice restaurants.

elevator gets really crowded and takes time to get. no electrical plugs near the bed which is also a must.

During my second summer visit, I once again experienced the sheer brilliance of Crown plaza Hotel Festival City. This place has truly become my favorite destination. Its unbeatable location near the airport, seamless connection to the mall, and captivating sea views make it unparalleled. The staff here is beyond exceptional - always quick to respond and incredibly attentive. And let's not forget about the breakfast spread; it's a culinary journey with diverse options ranging from Indian and Lebanese cuisine to sushi and Intercontinental classics. In short, this place is a gem, and I can't recommend it enough.
