Peaceful location, however, there were not many dining options around. There was a metro station nearby. Staff was nice and accommodative. Biggest relief was room, bedsheets, pillows, bathroom etc were very clean and up to date. Wifi / internet never disrupted, not even once. Found the per day rent little pricey though. Would have loved if breakfast would be included in this price. Overall, we were satisfied and comfortable.

We reserved the room for 3 people, when we reached at the room, there was no 3rd bed arranged. Although, it was arranged within an hour, but since the booking mentioned 3 people specifically, it should have been pre-arranged. Further, it was a double bed room in the first place. By adding the 3rd bed, the room got quite congested. Since, we were charged extra for the 3rd guest, the room should have been bigger to accommodate the 3rd bed. When we turned on the TV, we found that there were very limited english movie channels available. Most of them were Arabic channels and hence were of no use for us.

This was my first international trip and I was really reluctant in confirming my booking in a hotel. FORM Hotel caught my eye and let me tell you it was the best decision! Here are the main points that I also searched in the reviews while booking a hotel - The hotel itself is really clean and has a modern outlook. - It is very close to the Al-Jaddaf Metro Station (2-3 mins walk). You can get to the hotel from airport via Metro Train in literally 15-20 minutes. - Close to some restaurants. There is a small restaurant at walking distance (2 mins). - The Supermarket named "GreenPak" is very close (2 mins walk). - Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They also helped in late check-out since my flight was delayed. When you are there, look for "Yahya" at reception, he is very friendly and gives you all the details you need. Also, make sure to get in touch with "Rahim" as he is also of immense help (I hope he is reading this review :D). - Very good BUFFET breakfast (7AM to 11AM) with slight changes in the menu everyday. There are A LOT of options there to eat for instance, chicken sausages, beef/turkey bacon, veg noodles, veg rice, some curry, veg omelet, cheese omelet, boiled eggs, different types of bread, jam, nuts and different types of dry fruit, multiple fruit options, fruit yogurt, greek yogurt, different types of cheese slices, orange juice, pineapple juice, apple juice, tea, coffee, etc. - Room service is very good (everyday). They can provide you some slippers if needed. - Extremely clean rooms, comfiest beds with a good 49 inch LED in front where you can watch multiple channels or even use Chromecast. - Washroom is very clean & good. - Hot water comes in really fast (within seconds) so you don't have to wait very long. - Safety deposit box is very good as well. The cupboard has enough space to keep your clothes.

The hotel is located literally one corner away from Al Jadaf Metro station which you can access easily almost anywhere in Dubai. ( Burj Khalifa Area, Dubai Marina, Gold Souk). The Staff is very friendly and welcoming and they are 24/7 there to help. I would like to point out the Guy who works at the roof in pool area. He is one of the best employee i’ve ever meet in my life. He helped me in a lot of things, gave me tips and directions all the time. The breakfast is also very good, lot of variety. The room was very clean and everything was like we expected in the photos. The Hotel has a nearby ATM, 24/7 pharmacy and 24/7 supermarket close. The rooftop are with the pool has a beatiful view, you can see the Burj Khalifa and when to sun goes down the pool is lighted and the view is just amazing. They provide free water at reception and they also have an option to store and weight your luggage. They also have a smoking area , nice terrace next to the lobby which was very good as im a smoker.

The only negative thing i can say that the Pool time is 8pm and after you can not do much at the Hotel. It would be nice if they had some Billiard, ping pong or any activity to do.

Rooms are very functional, stylish and comfortable at the same time; we really liked the design. Cleaningness and service was very good. We were allowed to store our luggage at the reception before check-in and after check-out, made it easy to move around freely. The rooftop pool was super nice and refreshing, great views! The hotel is located only about 300m from Metro Station "Al Jadaf" - perfect option to reach all major destinations (even coming from airport) by public transport. Amazing variety of choices for breakfast.

Breakfast room inside was a bit crowded in the mornings so we had to move outside to the terrace sometimes - nice place but a bit too hot for this time of the year. Right now some construction work around the hotel, which is nobody's fault of course and not really disturbing.

Yahya at the front office was tooo good same with the security personnel rahim.

Our stay was for than 10days,enjoyed breakfastbfor the first 3 days than it became monotonous.... same same thing all through. Breakfast entry staff taking down room numbers was abit partial....giving more preferences to other guests...dont know why. After the complaint n issue discussed with mr walid the manager sorted.

Hotel was really clean and modern, staff was amazing and helpful, especially guy working at pool! Breakfast was great and was different every day, which i appreciate a lot! Pool was warm, gym was open 24/7, and for the price, there's not a lot of places that have all of these.

Location is far away from city centre and JBR beach, but luckily metro station is literally 1min walk from the hotel, but it still takes 35-40mins to Dubai mall and 1+h to the beach.

The hotel is very modern, clean, smells very good and very well decorated. The staff is very friendly and polite. I loved the room, the shower is amazing and the smell of the body wash and shampoo is great. They have free shuttle to malls, beaches and some cultural spots which is very nice.

The location is not the best for tourists staying for more then 3 days but I like that the metro station is right in front of the hotel so you can easily go to different places in Dubai without spending money with taxi.

The property is very good & plus point is it is located near metro station. The staff is very polite & Helpful. Food quality is excellent. one suggestion, please add more variety of food items in morning breakfast. overall experience is nice. Thank you form hotel.

I like the ambience of the hotel as a whole. From the breakfast buffet, my room, the gym and especially the pool. In my 7-day stay in this hotel, I had always enjoyed having their black coffee in the mornings. There are some selections in the breakfast buffet that I personally didn't like but gladly, there are other selections that I was delighted to have. When it gets busy in the morning, the area can be crowded. If the space could be bigger, the whole experience would be excellent for everyone. My favorite part in staying in this hotel is that I can enjoy their clean pool anytime during the day, plus it is not crowded. There are a couple of times that I felt serene in that pool. I also like the attentiveness of every staff member. Their consistent effort in making their guest feel at ease and welcome had a big part in making my stay comfortable. As a solo, female traveller, I also felt secured in this place. The accessibility of the hotel to the metro station is also one thing to highlight as it is very practical in doing my day tours. Even if I decide to take the taxi, it is still cheap and fast to get to the city.
