Well priced and very clean as well as convenient. The assess to the Metro 🚇 is within walking distance (10 min walk) a shuttel service would be highly recommended. There is a very good supermarket just across the walk way bridge, that is exceptional! Convenience Store has everything and a Pizza 🍕 Take Away. Check out the small Curry Den, on route to the Hotel 🏨 River View Resturant. One of the best tasting chicken briani’s I have ever tasted (Under 15 ARD) with a soft drink. 🥤

The Gym needs a treadmill and rail for sit-ups! The outside area has some Umbrellas and seating but these are never opened and the sun as well as heat makes sitting outside unbearable from 9:00 to 18:00 DIRECT SUN!

Rate is affordable. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

The pool closes a bit early. I wish it was open till 11pm as we were coming back from the dhow cruise. I hope it opens at like 7am in the morning.

i like the location, it is not near of any tourist location but i choose it to be quite and outside of the city hustle. there is a special entrance in Basement 2 to the river Area, which was very helpful, the Equipment in the GYM is at high Standards.

i expected to have a soundproof room but i was being able to hear my Neighbours before sleeping time, self-check in wasn't expected as i have to carry my luggage to the room but accepted. GYM is small and doesn't have Treadmill

The hotel is clean and comfortable, with a delicious breakfast buffet that includes traditional Arabic foods such as flatbread, hummus and dates. Great cakes are also available from the cake shop below. Nice rooftop pool with views of downtown in the distance. Convenient location by a newly-developed canal area just 15 minutes by taxi from the airport, a 10-minute walk from Al Jaddaf metro station which will quickly take you to the Souks and historical area, or to Burj Khalifa with one change. A great base for a stopover in Dubai.

As of October 2023 the area around the hotel is still under development, so there isn’t much around it at the moment. Once Dubai Wharf and a few other projects are finished though it should become a more active area.

Excellent rooms and excellent staff. I stayed in the hotel for about 3 weeks, and it was a very comfortable stay. There is a nice rooftop pool as well, and a restaurant/bar downstairs too. Across the channel, there is also a nice, big supermarket, about 3-4 mins on foot. Big thanks to Lilah for helping me with document prints and scans, and Emran for checking in on me every day and being lovely.

The area around near the hotel is under construction, but that could be said about the entirety of Dubai as of 2023. It's not a big deal as the noise doesn't make it through the windows in the room, but other than that, I can't complain.

The location was superb, we loved walking along the Dubai Wharf Waterfront in the evenings, popping into the Dubai Wharf mall opposite the hotel. visiting the Jabeel Art Gallery and the Palazzo Versace... It was also an excellent spot for taking a Dhow Cruise; they all depart approx. 500m from the hotel. The restaurant offered a good buffet: a few simple choices every night but all the dishes tasted good. The lady at reception (from African descent, sorry I don't now her name) was ever so friendly and helpful. We were happy to see her, always smiling on her shift.

Breakfasts could be a bit repetitive after a week but that can be the case in most hotels, We were woken up by the fire alarm once at 3am and had to evacuate the building. The staff didn't know what triggered it; apparently it happens a lot in Dubai... Unlike the website photos, there were no umbrellas on the roof terrace when we visited. This is a must in the September heat and meant we could not stay by the pool for long.

Great staff, great location. Cleaning staff persistent to ensure they tidy the room daily.

Shower could have been a bit more clean (especially in the corners). The walls seem to be very thin, could hear people pushing chairs next door.

Front staff..I would like to mention Zein whom help me a lot to secure my booking for next night. Comfortable sleep..very quite room and excellent bed.

Breakfast need to add more varieties

The place is nice, good breakfast, closer to the airport and Metro. They arranged for us to check in earlier than the actual time.

The dinner could have more variety.
