Best location for short Dubai stopover. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Breakfast was good. Great value for money. The most valuable are the people. Receptionists, bellboys, restaurant waiters were all extremely helpful even to our extraordinary requests. We stayed twice in the course of 4 weeks and I could not be happier. Yasin and Henry made our stay at this hotel very comfortable. Thank you guys!

Not enough towel hooks in the bathroom.

I loved the spacious and clean room. I ended up ordering food from their in-house restaurant and especially loved the chicken pot biriyani :) The ONLY small drawback is that if you don't drive, finding a cab can be tedious, especially in the summer heat however, the hotel staff were sweet enough to arrange a taxi for me through the car booking app. Overall I liked my stay.

I liked everything about the hotel however, I noticed that one of the housekeeping guy took my ring which was lying on the dressing table & I realized it much later because no one else was in my room other than me. I noticed my ring was kept all along on the dressing table but ONLY AFTER the housekeeping guy left, I couldn't find it. I'd request people to NOT leave their jewelry / expensive stuff unattended thinking you are alone. That is the ONLY word of advise.

The hotel in all in all is very good, better than average in Dubai. - Clean rooms - Room spaces are good comparing to other hotels - Friendly staff - WiFi is connected all over the hotel and internet speed is good - Gym is good and have the basics of what you need - They have Free inside parking for cars - The water and shower pressure in the bathroom is very good The hotel is very good for business trips, and quick stays. near to the airport (it didn't matter to me, as I came Dubai by car)

- The bed is 6/10 (Personally i didn't like) my friend had no problem with it. - The pillows are big and firm (Personally i didn't like) - The pool opens at 9:00 Am, and close at 10:00 (as a business trip, almost everyday i left hotel before 9AM and comeback at 10PM) - The breakfast buffet is below average 4/10. it has various thing but the quality is not that much.

Check in was quick and easy. Omar at the reception was exceptional, experience at the reception this time was excellent. Excellent for families with kids.

All was good this time

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Flora Inn with my wife. The hotel's atmosphere was welcoming and elegant, the room was cozy with all the amenities needed. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the staff were incredibly attentive. The best part was the excellent service from the staff, especially Mr. Mashood at the reception — they really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Additionally, the location was perfect, making it very easy to access everywhere. There was parking underground and a pharmacy next to the hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

Excellent location, 4 star amenities, very good WI-FI, breakfast has a lot of options and quick service when ordering for example an omelet. Staff very personable, helpful and responsive particularly Mr. Mahashook, Mr. Omer, Mr. Avinash and Ms Anita were very helpful in fulfilling our requests. The Sr Duty Manager, Mr Mahesh and Restaurant Manager Mr. Jiju were helpful and business-like when approached. This hotel is an excellent choice for both business and family travelers.

This comment is not meant as a criticism. The hotel management could take a close look at the facilities to ensure that the 4 star standard is fully maintained. We noticed that the shower and basin did not drain quickly and smoothly indicating a need for regular maintenance of the plumbing. Otherwise the facilities were excellent.

- Superb breakfast, offering a great variety. - GGICO Metro station is near (the Red Line). You can use metro to go to Dubai Mall or any other famous location. - The staff was cooperative and friendly. - Check-in was quick. - Near to the airport. - Safe, complimentary water bottles and a minibar were available.

- Tried to charge my card almost one day before the mentioned time, which was not good. - At times, the lobby leading to the rooms felt a little smelly. - AED 200 was taken as security, returnable upon check-out. PRO TIP: Give the above security (AED 200) in cash, take its receipt, and receive it back immediately upon check-out. If you pay this through a card, it may take up to two weeks to see them in your account. So, use the cash option.

Great location and value for money with good facilities.

The only thing that let our stay down was having to argue with staff to let our 7 month old baby take a dip in the pool (under our full supervision- obviously). Staff tried to make up rules which didn’t exist that he was not allowed in the pool and eventually backed down when we dis-proved their claims which . Left us with quite an uncomfortable feeling.

Thanks to Mashook who accomodated my request to transfer to a room with a view. Tho it took some time for us to be transferred. Noas (security) was also very accomodating and friendly.

Breakfast choices was limited but all in all, okay. We arrived earlier than scheduled and was accomodated in a room which is a smoking room since the room surely smelled of second-hand smoke. Request to transfer to another room took some prodding and determination to move out of the room. The reception staff didn't took note of our request because request was being passed to one another.
