Have been staying here for many years on Dubai stopovers. Always appreciate the warmth, friendliness and efficiency of the front desk staff, and of the staff who do an expert job looking after the room, and genuinely want to provide the best service. The location so close to the airport is ideal as is the fact that Dubai Metro stop is just a five minute walk away.

The one constantly annoying feature is the music at the swimming pool. Unnecessarily loud when you just want to relax, and worst of all, a thundering bass boom underlying it all. It seems to be more for the pleasure of those working at the pool than for the guests…

Super comfortable king bed, great bath very welcome after long flight, very good breakfast and room service. The Thai massage is good and reasonably priced in a nice spa setting. All very clean including pool area, sun loungers under palm trees and water perfect refreshing temperature. This is fifth time I’ve stayed and good to be recognised by friendly staff - all very helpful especially Mamun and Fazal.

on lower floors can hear music from poolside into early hours- ask for room on higher floor without a pool view if you are a light sleeper

Initially I was given a Room on the first floor. Later on upon my continued request an Officer at Reception whose name was Mr. Ceon did his best and entertained my request and switched me over to another room on 7th Floor 713. Overall me and my wife enjoyed the view and cleanliness and efficient room service of this property. Next time we are definitely going to use this property.

The only think I didnt like was Cable Tv Channels as they did not have any Pakistani Channel or Asian entertainment channels in their package. Since my wife was staying much time in the room she was little bored as she could not watch any Pakistani channel or could not listen to any news etc from Pakistan. It is suggested that a Pakistani and asian entertainment may please be introduced.

Very good business hotel. I use to stay there very often.

The big problem of this hotel is, they aren´t able to give you a competitive rate. You have always book through Booking, or similar website. In case you need urgently extend your stay for few days, they are not willing/able to prolong the stay at the same rate as you booked originally. This you have to consider. In my case I had to pay for 3 more nights (regardless if I stayed there 1 week, 1 month, or more) almost 3x more, than the original rate. Same happened to me several times at this hotel, even I stayed there for 3 months. So I decided to change the hotel for 3 nights. Otherwise the hotel is good. Has heated pool, roomservice is excellent, close to airport, live music 6/7.

Overall i had a pleasant experience and the outdoor pool and garden and restaurants' patios were a pleasant surprise as i didn't think they are that beautiful and I had a beautiful view overlooking the pool from my room.

I was not allowed to eat even fruits at swimming pool area. I was told that is a rule by Dubai municipality however buying food from the bar next to the pool and eating there is allowed. The outdoor area includes gardens and is large and the staff should have provided me with an alternative area where i can sit outdoor and enjoy my fruits or any food. I talked to a manager and he said he will train his staff on how to guide guests to designated areas where personal food is allowed

Shuttle service was excellent when you knew where to find the shuttle! The room was a great size and the bathroom was excellent with both a stand alone shower and a bath. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was well furnished and very clean. I used the swimming pool one afternoon and it was great. Plenty of sun loungers available and a life guard on duty. All staff were very courteous, helpful and professional. I had breakfasts and one buffet dinner and enjoyed all those meals. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I will return the next time I am travelling through Dubai.

Just better instructions on where to find the Hotel's complimentary Shuttle service when you arrive from your flight.

Nice location, nice breakfast

- We arrived much later than the check-in hour but again were told that the room wasn't ready (we experienced the same in October) - the prostitutes check-in to guests rooms at front desk. If the hotel lets this kind of service they should do it somewhere at back door.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a client-oriented approach that truly exceeded my expectations. One standout individual who made my stay even more memorable was Mr. Aziz, a receptionist at the Hotel. His professionalism and attention to details made me feel like a valued guest. Another highlight of my stay was the breakfast offered at Millennium Airport Hotel. The variety of options available catered to every palate, ensuring there was something delicious for everyone. The quality of the food surpassed expectations, with fresh ingredients and flavorful dishes served each morning. The attentive staff ensured that everything ran smoothly during breakfast service, creating a pleasant dining experience.

the room was very nice but the lights to weak .... the hotel was very close to the airport its great and the breakfast was good with a lot of choices.

The dim lighting in the room at night was not very pleasant, as it made the ambiance feel a bit dull and lacking in warmth. It would have been more comfortable with brighter lights to create a cozier atmosphere. Additionally, the policy of not being able to take food items, such as juices and cakes, from the breakfast area to the hotel room was a bit inconvenient. Having the flexibility to enjoy these items in the comfort of our room would have enhanced the overall experience and provided a more relaxed start to the day.

Check in was excellent and very quick. I arrived too early for check in but was allocated a room immediately. Rooms are spacious, clean, and overall very nice. I like the pool area as it is set around gardens and very spacious.

I was given a room, which for some reason was noisy, as in a very loud humming noise. When I reported it to reception I was immediately re allocated another room without any hesitation. I was unaware the pool was under refurbishment, and was therefore unable to have a swim, but was able to relax on the sunbeds which I was happy enough with.
