First of all I am a big Fan of the small details,for an example hair,Bathtub cleansiness,clean coffee cups,Bath room mirror,in this hotel these items mentioned were exceptionally cleaned to the smallest Detail.The welcome staff were exceptionally hospitable and Professional from frontDesk service check-in to Room Service.

Regrets my only complaint was the Cigarette Smoke in the Hallway corridor to my room.I realized though this is hard to control but everyone should read the rules first and should ask questions being respectful of other quests in the Hotel.When you first enter the hotel door you realize and see that this is a non-smoking hotel.

Large well appointed hotel, spacious rooms and great pool amenities. Good location for this end of town. The staff are all excellent, attentive and professional. A special mention to Jess in the Exec Club for her wonderful service.

The interiors are a little dated in style, but that is a small issue. The rooms and hotel is very comfortable.

Its a big and glassy hotel with two beautiful poolsides. The rooms are comfortable but not so big. Someone was assigned to our room to make sure we were comfortable. He asked if we needed anything and we said a microwave because we order African food sometimes, and he showed up with a microwave few minutes later. For this singular act,i will visit again! We also received fruits and chocolates to celebrate our anniversary. It was very thoughtful of them. I am also grateful for the spaghetti and chicken for breakfast every other day. It was a breath of fresh air for Africans like us

The prices displayed by booking.com did not tally with the hotel's. Price was higher at the hotel because booking.com didn't add everything

LOCATION: Few minutes away from DXB, close to the Emirates Aviation College and Irish Village. Centrally located, can access Deira, Sheikh Zayed Road, and almost any other place from here. Very serene environment, no noise, rooms well insulated. STAFF: Very pleasant and helpful, especially the concierge, always willing to assist. They gave us a 24 hours Check in and Check out service. The staff at the restaurant too were always all smiles and willing to make our experience a good one. FOOD: Breakfast was fantastic, lots to chose from, not sure I even sampled 50% of what was available every morning. English, American, Continental varieties available, even for those wanting to have a heavy breakfast. Fresh juices and fruits available, lots of tea and good omelette. ROOM: Fantastic water pressure in the bathroom, round the clock hot water, good views, well curated decorations, nice touch with the bathtub, comfortable bed, enough wardrobe space, I liked the separation of the toilet and the shower. Good channels to watch when not out and about. Room lighting was perfect too.

INTERNET: Honestly, for a hotel this good, I was quite disappointed with the Internet connection available. Could hardly make use of it, had to hotspot my phone to attend work related meetings and any other thing I had to do. Couldn't even make use of Social media nor respond to emails majority of the time. My only reason to complain in what was a wonderful experience at the Hotel.

The hotel used to stock the room fridge with soft drinks, they have stopped that. We also, via Booking.com, used to have free tickets to Wild Wadi, (as many times as you wanted during your stay) but this is no longer offered. we used this a lot with the kids, but now it’s€50 p.p. The hotel had a free minibus from the hotel via Dubai Mall to Wild Wadi, and a pick up, but again this has been stopped. As the hotel is so far away from the main attractions this made up for it. Now none of this is offered, the hotel is not as attractive to book next time.

Fantastic staff who were kind and very efficient, hotel felt more like a resort with all of its great facilities. Also had a massage onsite which was wonderful

Have been a regular visitor to Dubai for 35 years and like hotels around the Creekside and original City Centre, there are now much trendier places to stay. Very spacious hotel with huge well appointed Club rooms and good facilities. The hostess in the Club Lounge looks after you extremely well and should be commended. Good breakfast served each morning in the poolside restaurant. Excellent gym and sports facilities. Great view from upper floors and rooftop bar over Dubai Creek Golf Club to the impressive skyline of the new City Centre.

Very friendly and exceptional service from all the staff, beautiful, clean well maintained hotel. Huge variety of good quality food at breakfast. Great facilities in a good location close to the airport without any problems with noise pollution. The Irish village is on the doorstep which offers an excellent selection of food and drink places with live music and a brilliant atmosphere

The bathroom was a little lacking in privacy with separate areas having screen doors and a curtain for round the bath so if you prefer a fully closed off bathroom probably a slight negative but very clean and well maintained

This hotel was by far one of the most fantastic stays I have ever done!! Everything from the rooms to the cleanliness of the hotel to the food to the service was excellent. Big shout out to Zeeshan!!! He kept my room in an amazing condition and even provided some cool towel art that made my day every time I came back from work to a very well made room. I also got access to the club lounge and Jess was so kind and provided amazing service! The breakfast every morning had so many options and the staff were so lovely and it has so many options. Honestly everyone from reception to the concierge to the security to the valet staff to the housekeeping to the room service was just TOP notch. I would definitely come and stay here again! Thank you :) 10/10

Nothing, it was such a great stay.

Room is comfortable and despite being close to roads and busy area, it was really quite inside. Breakfast was really good amd it is very convenient to drive to many close-by locations.

AC direction is directly towards the bed, may be bed should be placed on the opposite wall side. Also dark curtain should have an option to close half
