Location, breakfast was very good. Liked the free buses to the beach (see below) and the Mall. Pool was nice.

Had to pay cash deposit, which it says in small print, but didn't like that they refused to give a receipt for the cash. I did get the cash back at the end of our stay, but I didn't think it was very professional. One day they cancelled the bus to the beach because it was "raining". It was not raining. I would have gone to the beach even if it had been raining.

I tend to stay here during my Dubai visits. It is a nice hotel in a central location, with clean and cosy rooms, new looking facilities and friendly staff.

They take 200 AED deposit when you first check-in. I have an idea about the reasoning behind it (for potential collateral), but I find it really odd and disturbing to be honest (never had trouble taking it back on check out). Also, the breakfast can be slightly better with more variety.

The room was quiet. The staff very polite and responsive. Quick room service. Hotel is located at a walking distance of Mall of the Emirates.

The room carpet had many stains which requires deep cleaning. The curtains also had stains. The breakfast buffet was listed for AED 35 on booking.com (pay at site) however I was asked to pay AED 55 which was misleading. The shower needs to be updated in my opinion. The TV needs an upgrade as it is outdated and I had problems accessing Netflix and Shahid tv.

I liked the location. The staff were very friendly. I got quick assistance from front desk Prashant and Laxmi. The breakfast was great, it needs more variety of coffee. Martin was very helpful at restaurant helping out for every needs. He was al over the restaurant.

all is good, but a little detail regarding breakfast; not up to my expectations, lack of many basic items, they could add more choices of cheese, jam, bread, the food serving area is very small in regards to the hotel rating?! they should improve it, they should add better food options, to me, hotel breakfast is very important to start my day, and helps in hotel rating.

Our stay at Flora Barsha was a very pleasent one . The staff is very friendly . Muzammil , at reception, was very helpful and welcoming since the moment we entered. Very respectful. The other staff, housekeeping, restaurant, just everyone was always welcoming with a smile making us feel very comfortable. We would definitely make Flora our hotel to stay at every time we visit Dubai. Another plus point is tht MOE is 5 mins walking distance and so are 2 metro stations , making is very convinient for transportation.

I honestly liked everything, but I do suggest adding a variety in the breakfast buffet would be great.

Loved staying at Flora. Its near MOE and 2 metro stations. Facilitaties are exceptional and the staff are great. El Greco restaurant and the saloon are additional features. El Greco is even open 24/7 and food are delicious. Also thanks to Moharaz for keeping the room clean and tidy. He took care of all our needs. And Sajo and team at reception. We’ll definitely be back.

Just to mention a few, but overall Flora is still great. Turns at the parking is tight; am always nervous each time we park the car. Water get stuck at the side of the bathtub. But Flora is still on top choice to stay at Dubai

The hotel is clean and calm. Its staff are so kind and helpful. Once I had wrote them a memo about their performance based on previous reviews, they paid attention and response quickly. Also, the hotel is too near of Mall of Emirates. It is 5 mins walk. Go inside The Kimpenski hotel and use elevator which leads to the mall. There is Carrefour mini market about 5 mins walk open 24 hours near of hotel. The rooms and corridors are clean and have a great temperature. Toilets also are clean and provided by toilets attachments; such as, liquid soup, shampoo, lotion, and so on. Mattress is nice and comfortable.

Despite availability different kinds of pillows . They may need to be replaced not for being old but for not to be comfort enough but that's not a reason to ignore this hotel.

There’s just couple of things I didn’t like First the refrigerator wasn’t cold although we told them to fix it but it still the same. Second The parking is so tight you could hit one car or two even the ram to exit the parking is so narrow so be careful. Third Didn’t like the way they put the Soap, shampoo & shower Gel They put it in a dispenser but if you ask for a soap they’ll bring it to you 👍🏼 Last but not least the Room service was terrible we ordered a club sandwich and they said there’s no Eggs, really? No eggs? You can just buy some from Carrefour it’s behind the hotel they said Only chicken and it was dry, the orange juice was a disaster there’s no taste it was like water

That was my third stay at this hotel, since I really like it. I enjoy the location next to MOE and in close walking distance to two metro stations. It’s not that far to Downtown Dubai as well as to the Marina. And the Burj Al Arab area is just a short taxi ride away. The rooms are super spacious and the beds are some of the most comfortable ones I know. I like the mini fridge and the bathroom has a nice size as well. The complimentary water bottles (get stocked up each day) are a very nice touch and the breakfast brunch has a nice variety and delicious and (to a foreigner) interesting Arabic and Indian dishes. I find the prices for the room service fair and the food very delicious. And the spa had such a nice deal going on and the massage was super relaxing. The employees are very nice and helpful - thanks a lot.

It was much more noisy than I remembered and the room had kind of a funky smell (but got refreshed when I told the nice employees at the reception).
