Hotel Location is too convenient. As it is located in between 2 metro station and a 2nd biggest Mall of Dubai Mall of Emirates. METRO 1: Mashreq Metro is like 8 to 10 Min walk. Prefered option. Metro 2: Mall of Emirates Metro is like 10 to 12 Min walk. Mall of Emirates. 5min walk via kapenski Hotel Entrance. Things to do. Most of things for tourists are near to Al Barsha like Marina, Jumera, palm Jumera where you can fina cruise, water sports, water parks, and allot of other activities Hotel and Room Nice neat and clean hotel. And washroom. Toilet is seperate and small for a big size adults but neat and clean. Breakfast was very good must be included in the package.

Electric Switch board should have usb charging points as well.

The rooms very clean and spacious, the swimming pool on the roof was a great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of Dubai. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming 😀

There is currently some building works, so could here banging above the room from 9.00 am, otherwise all good.

On the day of checkout and disregarding the sign of Do Not Disturb the housekeeping supervisor knocked early morning and really disturbed us (Very bad and unpleasant and unprofessional) please revise the cameras to make sure that the DND sign wasn’t reversed by any person I SUGGEST THE DO NOT DISTURB SIGN TO BE a SEPARATE SINGLE SIGN WITH A CLEAR DIFFERENT ONE COLOR ON BOTH SIDES To eliminate any risk OR to make a light of Do Not Disturb to be switched on from the inside of the room so it couldn’t be changed by any person outside in the corridor

Love the location and the friendly staff. Rooms are very spacious. Food is very good. Service is great.

Check in experience could be improved and made more prompt and efficient. A few basic facilities/items in the room were missing, such as iron, mini bar, timely stocking up of teabags and coffee in the room.

Clean , good position, helpful reception staff and day tour agent

On the morning of the 30th at breakfast we were very upset with your duty breakfast manager sorry couldn’t get his name . He was literally running around nearly knocked a guest over to reprimand staff , took a young girl by the arm and ordered her outside to hand empty the rubbish bin in outside breakfast area . She was so embarrassed she was nearly crying, kept going out and having another go at her . Then same attitude to a young male staff . So unprofessional to have this attitude to staff in front of guests .

Family suite has ample space to accommodate the entire family. It has 3 rest rooms ( 2 showers) in the family suite. Really impressive breakfast. The cleanliness was outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay. The property is surrounded by some of the small affordable restaurants. Last but not the least, it is situated very close to Mall of emirates. Highly recommended.

I have stayed at Novotel multiple times. The only thing that bothered me was the fluctuations / variations in property's daily rental rate / charge. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is not empowered to offer any good deal for longer stays and obviously mangers are not accessible all the time.

The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond. The breakfast was top quality and the chef making the eggs to your preference was epic. I'd like to express our gratitude to all the staff, especially Ziggy, Kizza, Naglaa, Manikanta, Dada, Joseph, Jefferson, Joy, Nasir, Nishadhi who made the birthday girls day very memorable. They were extremely helpful, patient, friendly and very professional. Thanks you guys you made our stay very welcoming and comfortable. The surprise cake and staff singing "Happy Birthday" was an icing on the cake :)

That the Wifi was unsecure in the sense that one didn't require a password or code to get access.

I greatly appreciated, when I asked, being given an early check in with a small additional fee, which I was quite happy to pay. The lady on the front counter saw that I was hot and flustered when I arrived, as I had been "lost" and she absolutely looked after me, helping me access the wifi and then also providing me with some water. At check in I was travelling on my own and was very grateful for her service. The breakfast was fantastic and I loved the fresh omelette.

A 10 minute walk to Mall of the Emirates, this Hotel has great restaurants for all dining. F & B Manager Arjay ensured guests were happy and the food had good variety, choice and value. Sonu and his Housekeepers were attentive, friendly and thorough. Bell Captain Rana was very knowledgeable and kind with his efforts. Pool staff were very attentive, friendly and welcoming. GM Laura was very helpful, supportive and kind with my enquires. Lobby Security were very friendly and helpful to maintain safety during inclement weather.

A little more accurate communication at the Front Desk would be helpful from Reservation agents and direct enquiries of the guest.
