Its value for money for family. Good location to food & mall of the emirates. Spacious. Very friendly staff. Could be better: -a little old apartment.some of the furniture are shaky, toilet railing/door handle had.to be handle with care as its worn out. -parking is small as dubai cars are mostly big Other than that, we are happy :-)

Location was very central and close to two Metro stations, The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable

The hotel has no breakfast facility of its own The constant noise from the railway trains and the road traffic from the Shaik Zayad highway which has traffic 24x7. The hotel does not have breakfast and the furniture is a bit dated.

Had a pleasant stay, with smooth check-in and check-out. Hotel front desk good staff are polite and helpful. There's a very good cafeteria that offers economical breakfast, snacks, fresh juices and tea. Also, ample parking space in the basement. Very good smart tv in the main hall of the apartment. Location is close to mall of emirates, and 2 metro stations are within one kilometer of the hotel, but still require a fair bit of walk for those who are not used to walking. Overall very good value for money.

There's room for improvement in room amenities (kettle, toaster etc.) and overall cleanliness. Also room services such as providing water, soaps and towels are only upon request. Additionally, hotel management should consider providing service of washing dishes for guests, since they provide utensils for cooking. View was good on the 3rd floor, but landmark view (Burj Al Arab) was blocked by metro bridge. There's a fair bit of traffic noise from Sheikh Zayed road that will be almost for 24 hours which may be disturbing for some.

The apartment was good and big, all amenities are available as described. the staffs hotel are very nice and friendly. The reception guy is so kind and speak politely to the guest . The location of the hotel is good and near by all service you need. and value for money. My family has really enjoyed staying at this hotel, especially the view to the main road and metro trails.

only one thing I didn’t like it there, the parking is not suitable for big car and it’s very narrow while driving to the basement parking. I have scratched my car while turned,it’s very sad . The hotel management should reconsider this point.

It's the second time I stay in this hotel, that is really near to Mall Of Emirates. You can reach it in a four minutes walk. More, there's a Carrefour supermarket just behind it, a lot of restaurants, and a metro station. The rooms are great, clean, in perfect condition, and I slept every night without problems. Great staff, they are always helpful and my big thank you goes to them. I will be back again! There is also a restaurant in the hotel which prepares a lot of good dishes, and they can bring them to your room: added value, great food, and fantastic people.

The traffic noise is high during the day, but there are good windows keeping 90% of it out. The unique problem I found was an electric problem: sometimes I couldn't turn off the lights from the bed, so I had to get up and turn them off from the room entrance.

There was no cleaning goods in the kitchen and no toiletries just for one person for one day. We have to buy ourselves.

This hotel is located on one of the best location of Dubai. There are multiple restaurants nearby. There is also a big mall within the walking distance. Hotel is located on the main road, hence we got a very good view from the balcony. We found that the hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. We love to stay here again on our next trip.

Room cleaning needs a bit attention. Our late checkout request was declined, may be due to unavailability.

Great service from the front desk employees and the employees at the little restaurant called Hotspot and everyone els working in the hotel. We had a terrible experience with our first location and that is why we ended up here and the we nice to arrange a good price for the rest of our stay. We asked for towel and other things and they brought it to the room, we asked for information about tourist things in the area and they were realy helpfull. The appt was clean, the beds where a good size and slept well, enough closets for the luggage. Service and kidness were great here. There is parking for free under the hotel.

The only thing for us was that the airco makes a lot of noise, if your ok with that, this is a great location, a great appartment and super staff, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom and kitchen area and living room. All hotels have airco and noise I should think because aircos are an nessity in Dubai but some probably more noisy than others and the hotel is on the busiest road in Dubai and you will hear the cars also during the nigth. We had earplugs and slept with those which made it good to sleep. The bathroom is clean but not big and be aware you have to step into the bath to shower, so older guest or guest that have pain in their hips or legs should be aware of that.

Everything was splendid! Rooms were clean, looks exactly like the pictures, the staff were spectacular and great location. Walking distance to Mall of Emirates, metro stations (Mall of Emirates and Mashreq), great eateries/restaurants, supermarkets, clothing stores, etc. I would definitely stay here next time. From Mashreq metro, walk towards the hotel and there are Middle East sweets stores where you can purchase gifts to bring home.

The staff is professional and kind, adaptable and careful to your satisfaction. Close to the hotel there are a few nice restaurants, with a valid quality/price ratio. The distance from the Mashreq metro station is about 8'. Large room.

If you come from Europe: take care about the adapter. In the morning, when you exit, remember to ask the hotel staff to arrange room cleaning. bathtub and not shower.
