I like the hotel and the treatment of front office staff.Thery were very friendly and helpful.The location is very nice which is accessible to Mall off Emirates,to different cuisines,some bars,stores.The facilities and ambience of the room is wonderful.Hovewer, there are some points which will be helpful to be improved more; internet access is little tricky which made us to go to reception for a help several times.We couldn't find any stirrer near tea staff.As we are lovers tea and coffee it made us little uncomfortable.I think it will be helpful for improvement 🤗.Thank you for all staff.

The hotel is near Mall of the Emirates and that’s a very big + Also there are the metro station and bus station where you can easily go in any part of Dubai, direct bus to Miracle Garden, Global Village, etc. Very nice and helpful staff, clean rooms and venue. The room is what you need for a couple and they are cleaning the room daily and replace towels, shower gel, shampoo, soap. Also they offer coffee and tea.

Everything met up with our expectations. Best of all was Ahmed the receptionist. We call him the Egyptian king. He was the nicest and funniest receptionist we’ve met. He is a very genuine person and wish him all the best. Give him a pay rise!! Bashir the security man was a legend also. He’s very kind and easy to talk to, Room 310 will definitely remember us 3rd March - 10 March 2023. We call ourselves the Mena Plaza boyz! Ps: Ahmed we all miss you already. Thanks for everything. We loved every moment. There was nothing we could fault !

Considering that it was a small hotel but everything was as big as a five-star hotel. The atmosphere of the lobby was very warm and pleasant, especially since there was a good smell in the lobby and it was enjoyable. Considering that it was for two people, the rooms were of a good size. The air conditioning in the room was good. Every day, the room was cleaned on time. The hotel staff was very kind and friendly. The hotel was in a good location in the city and very close to shops, restaurants, and bars. It was a 5-6 minute walk to the metro station. We were generally very satisfied with the hotel during our 5-day stay.

The accommodation was very well located right next to the Mall of the Emirates and there is also a metro station right there. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating, especially Marium at the front desk did a great job and responded very well to my requests. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone.

The room is big and clean..I Like the design of the room especially the blue carpet.it looks cozy Receptionist staff are very friendly specially Hazel. She gave me late check out at 2 pm.and the rest of the staff is very accommodating

Well it took me a long time to get a cab.the area is a bit busy so if ur in rush hour and going somewhere important or have a flight I think go 30 mins earlier.

Quite hotel, big rooms and the hotel rooms and lobby smells pleasant. Managers and staff are very hospitable a d supportive.

After multiple visits to the hotel tjis was the fitst time i found tbe room was not clean as iam used to it to be. Cleanliness is a major factor for continuity please have some more focus

Everything was ok 👍 but only I was confirmed by night staff for 2pm checkout but In afternoon staff knocking my door that your checkout time is 12:00 and you need to vacate the room. After explaining to him he told ok you can stay...

The room was well equipped with ironing board &box, coffee station, bathroom essentials, and reading station among others. Also, housekeeping and front office are prompt to help. Proximity to mall of emirates, which serves as metro and bus station. Clean hotel with value for money.
