- Location is just behind mall of Emirates. Around 10 min walk from metro - Cleanliness - Friendly staff - Luggage storage - Variety of close by eateries - Ironing facilities on request - Value for money

- AC Temp controller wasn't behaving correctly. Increased temp to 26 Deg but didn't maintain that and came back to 22 Deg every time. We also didn't discuss with reception so maybe could have been resolved. Opening window for fresh air would shutdown unit due to limit switch so finally turned OFF AHU to control temp. - Check-in was delayed by 20 min though not that big a deal for us.

The hotel was realy cozy not fancy one but was perfect for enjoying your stay in dubai the location of the hotel so close to all transportations and all needed services, 2 min walk to mall of the emirates, metro station and bus station too so you are mins. away from dubai main attractions and shopping malls, As for the Hotel Stuff were so friendly and helpful special thanks to Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Nicholas from reception they truly facilitated my stay. So much rocommended for every one planning to visit dubai on a budget.

very modern, rooms were excellent, spacious, bed was amazing! overly pleased if I’m honest!

Nothing I didn’t like, value for money I loved the hotel.. if I was to comment on anything, the gym wasn’t great, as a bodybuilder myself I do look to find hotels with gyms and the pictures didn’t indicate how basic it was, however not complaining, it’s a hotel not a gym lol, and the gym opposite Tream Fitness was excellent… i did ask for cutlery at reception and was told you didn’t have any which surprised me, then the next day I had breakfast on floor one and there was cutlery there, Im not sure why I wasn’t allowed cutlery to eat food I’d ordered to the hotel but again not an issue really!

This property is so reasonably priced for Dubai. It’s location is great, a 5 minute walk from the Mall of Emirates and it’s near the metro. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooftop pool was great, they even provided free ice cold water up there which is a really nice touch. The WiFi was great and the desk in the room was well equipped. I was able to take business calls from there. Taxis to the Marina and the Palm were roughly £8 on Uber and took 20 mins. If you’re looking for a base to stay whilst you check out Dubai then this hotel is perfect as it won’t cost you an arm and a leg.

The fridge in the room didn’t go cold enough.

Location was perfect as it was walking distance to the mall, shops, and restaurant.The staff who checked us in was friendly and polite.

The hotel is pretty new however lack of maintenance especially in the toilet there were molds and also the wall from our room has stains. What we are not really happy about our stay was the life guard at the pool when we first went to the pool he was just busy with his mobile and even smoking in public area. The second time we went towels had stains we informed him and he only told us to wait for 10 minutes as he was busy again with his phone playing. After only he finished with his game he went to collect some towels. This kind of behaviour and work ethics is really disappointing. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back.

stayed here a year ago and happy to return for a few days. it’s a solid 3 star (plus) hotel located a few mins walk from the Mall. Room and common areas very clean. Basic amenities, as you’d expect. Average/good breakfast included (mainly continental focuses). Free car parking that is straight forward. Friendly helpful staff. Worth the lower price point for the comfy new build property, location and clean rooms.

There is nothing to dislike. It’s not a 5 star hotel, so manage your expectations. it has everything you need, but it’s more suited as a base to sleep in and travel from than spend the day. Room doors aren’t particularly soundproof (so expect hall noise depending on where you are located), but this is fairly common with mid range hotels anyway.

It was my first time at Studio M Hotel Al Barsha and my stay was for 7 days. The hotel location is very good and well connected as its a very short walk to Mall of Emirates metro. Room was very clean and comfortable. Lobby area was nicely designed and decorated. The free breakfast had a lot of variety. All the staff was super helpful, supportive and had a positive attitude. Reception, cleaning, kitchen staff everyone that I came across was very kind.

I generally like everything about the hotel. There was a construction going on the next plot but it is not your hotel's fault.

I arrived at 7.50 am, earlier I informed the hotel that I will do early check in, I knew it was subject to availability. When I arrived, it was mentioned that the room will be ready at 12pm. That is ok. But I would expect hotel to offer me paid breakfat, a bottle of water or similar to make me happy after my long flight. It is not a must but it would make my experience better.

The whole experience of the hotel was simply FABULOUS .. from the receptionists to the luggage porter .. they were amazing, helpful, friendly and always smiling and ready to assist you with anything that you may need. I’d like to acknowledge Nicholas, Mohammad, Mousas and some other from house keeper department. people you made my stay so comfortable and easy going and definitely for my next trip to Dubai I certainly will search for Studio M hotel because I wouldn’t find such a place with these wonderful staff no other. Thank you so much and heaps of hugs and kisses to the moon and back.

Truly and honestly NOTHING ! I liked everything

I loved how modern and comfortable it was compared to the rest of the hotels in Al Barsha. In terms of pricing and facilities this hotel tops the list. The bed was incredibly comfy and we had a beautiful Burj Khalifa view too. One of the best things was the different kinda lighting.

I stayed for 8 nights and wished the TV had some other channels too apart from Arabic and UAE channels, the mini bar was horrible and wished it was a lot cooler than that our milk and fruits went bad after storing in it.
