Good location and the staff was really nice.

room was great, internet outstanding especially for online trading. air conditioning was extremely cold had to turn it off to prevent frost bite. Shopping was 8 min walk, if you wanted to go to the mall, but local shops and grocery stores were steps away. Taxi or bus if you wanted public transportation was 2 mins walk away. I mostly took a taxi for my own convenience.

lobby could have used more AC.

The rooms were really clean, place is conveniently located near public transport, amazing staff, they were very responsive. It's a great place to stay if you have a family. I absolutely loved it.

The kitchen was not quite equipped if you intend to prepare your own meals. There were 2 soucepans and 1 frying pan. We requested for an additional pan and they gave us a frying pan.

the hotel must have soundproof windows , we couldn't sleep every day after 1 am because the sounds from the street specially motorbikes construction workers near hotel

Not the first time I booked these apartments, which wery best customer service from the reception team. Every time housekeeping is doing a very good job , room every time, clean, and bring all room amenities. Special thanks for a bell boy from the night shift ready to help with everything. Definitely will come again because of this peaple.

Location, spacious rooms … cooperative staff

There is no room service, the prices for certain period when I did the booking were very high n the very next day when I checked in the prices slashed down more than half..,, v end up paying a lot n in my currency it’s costed me more than a million… so for the price I paid was not worth it

Friendly staff. Accesiblity to supermarket and they can deliver it in your doorstep. Room feels homey. Space is enough and we love the veranda.

It was close to the Mall of Emirates and also close to restaurants and mini marts. The location was very good.

It’s not your typical luxury apartment however it’s was a very comfortable place to stay. The reception staff were also very helpful whenever we needed assistance.

The room space is very good, location is perfect, staff is very friendly, my kids enjoyed the stay.

living room Sofas, carpet and curtains need to wash regularly. There were stains on sofas, curtains and carpet was not changed or washed for long time.TV should be smart as the satellite connection was not working at all. Towels need replacement as it was clean but very old towels.

Everything was well, We arrived earlier that our check-in time by 5 hours and they let in immediately. The whole staff was helpful and everything you need was there and if you need any help, there is always someone. The staff was amazing and they went the extra mile to ensure all your needs are met. also the location is amazing with a few min walk of Mall of Emirites, train station, mosques and food places everywhere. Cant go wrong for a value for money for two weeks with family.

i dont think i have any negative or things that i would like to improve.
