It was located some walk distance from the metro, but it was allright. Room was clean and comfortable in size for two. We didnt put the AC on and it was just right in march. They have beach shuttles which is handy. We have even missed one, but the receptionist helped us out since it was our last day it was very polite of him. Roof pool was surrounded by high walls so we missed the view but it was refreshing to take a dip at the end of the day.

The hotel was not helping to call a taxi, although we asked. it was not that easy to find a taxi from the street. Emailing the hotel doesnt work, you need to call them if you need to ask about check in or transport.

Great staff, good location, clean rooms ! Good value for the money. Also really liked that the Hotel had shuttles to the Beach every day. The housekeeping staff was also very attentive and provided great service. Also good room service .

The white marbles on the floor + the pillows were too thin and hard to sleep in. Breakfast was decent. The pool is quite shallow (1.2 m only) and they had construction going on so couldn't really access it much.

Good facility and perfect location, minutes away from Mall of the Emirates. The staff is very responsive and cooperative especially Manmeet at the reception. There is a daily shuttle bus to the beach which I never used but it was good to know that it is there.

A wonderful place to stay and having Manmeet at front desk make it more welcoming, the way he welcome you, you already feel comfortable even before checking in. Only one line for manmeet “ Paji tussi great ho”😅

Room was clean and the basic facilities were good. The staff was helpful for any problems encountered and the stay was comfortable and nice. Manmeet and Kashif were quite nice and also the bell-boy (Akman)

Very accommodating and thoughtful staff starting from front desk with Kashif who made the check in process effortless after a tiring long day to getting a cosy and warm room with unrestricted view, very clean with beautiful ambience, a bit smaller in size than expected but you can't have it all. Courteous house keeping understanding your every need, to the perfect location for a short stay where everything is around from restaurants to supermarkets to the mall all walking distance away. In general it was the best decision staying there for the last 4 days of my 30 days journey just before heading to the Airport. Definitely coming back soon.

Extremely friendly and professional staff. 24/7 Security guard presence in the hall. Generous long-term stay discount which should be negotiated during booking. A lot of good restaurants and cafes around the hotel. possibility to use facilities in nearby Citymax Hotel Al Barsha at the Mall. A 5-minute walk from the Mall of the Emirates and the metro station. A Stag Pub with good beer & dining offers is conveniently located inside the hotel. ATM is located in the hotel.

A swimming pool is very small as well as a gym. It may be difficult to find the hotel location the first time. Centralized air conditioning system.

Clean, a bit confusing to get to but I called the hotel and they assisted me in getting there. Thank you Marylin for your hospitality and understanding. One of the best bathrooms and showers I've used in a long time

Serious work needs to be done towards the mattress and pillows, sleep was not comfortable at all.

I’d like to thank the front office staff Kashif for being very professional, polite and friendly, he acted in a professional manner when I asked to change the room and offered more than option until he made sure I’m staying in the room I’m feeling comfortable in. The location is convenient near to mall of Emirates. Thanks again to Kashif for being professional and helpful

I didn’t like the smell of the rooms although it is supposed to be non-smoking room but I could smell the smoking smell unfortunately. The area around is very busy and not quite if you’re seeking more relaxing area.

Location was the best to trace out.
