awesome is the only word .this is place is made for luxury at very good price .excellent place if you are travelling for work with family as lot of fun near by for kids .you can do leisure and work at the same time .I communicated with many staff members but didn't find any staff member from management to labor who is not supportive and dedicated to their roles .This hotel is part of IHG group of hotels that is why I selected it . All IHG hotels are great ,they are customer service oriented and shall go in any way to provide best services round the clock to their guests. unfortunately I didn't get to know all names but Mr Abdul &Jessica at front desk ,Mr Faisal and Singh maintenance team ,Mr Obaid Ullah bell boy and Amin, security staff especially the lady from Multan was so kind and all of them supported us whenever needed .property is same as advertised -I stayed in 1 bedroom suite with kids .living room sofa bed easily accommodated 2 kids ,kitchen with all the accessories as home .cleanliness is regular ,laundry room at 3rd floor is equipped with latest machinery -breakfast have many options and have everything to suite multiple nationalities-new infrastructure-free coffee machine's round the clock -Dubai parks and resorts very near -yas island theme parks 40 min drive-dubai 30 min drive-\ peaceful neighbor hood .ideal place to live near Dubai instead of living in crowd of dubai-expo2020 is next door -free transportation schedule from hotel-in short 99.9 percent as advertised .i stayed in this property for 7 nights if any future visitors have query - contact me on booking.com

it would have been better if breakfast served in same hotel .it was offered in Holiday inn instead which was immediate to Staybridge both are IHG group hotels -of course it was not a big hurdle as we needed to take few steps only and they managed it well but inconvenience for sure for family's with kids and risky as too much rush of people standing in line coz of crowd of 2 hotels at breakfast . I suggest in covid situation IHG group should avoid such arrangements as an honest review

This is my second time staying at the staybridge suites and it has remained true to its roots of being a good business hotel. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The beds and linen is top notch which makes for some sound sleep! The pool is very nice and the gym is decent. The check in and check out was a breeze. All in all a fit for purpose business hotel!

The breakfast was ok spread and taste could have been better planned. The coffee beans/ machine was not up to the mark. I felt it could have been better, in fact it was better in my previous stay.

I appreciate the patience of the staffs and their services with a smile. I like the overflowing toiletries in the room so I don't need to ask for additional as we all have long hair. The big window in our living room is quite nice. There was a sandstorm for an hour at that time and kids witnessed it clearly in awe. I love the overflowing coffee and chocolate drinks in their restaurant and the pool depth is just right to everyone of all ages. My kids enjoyed.

There is no much view to see as outside is bare and with construction activity. Our bathroom door is hard to close. The doorbell is quite low so we are having a hard time hearing someone at the door. They have sofa bed but the "free extra bed" on some room types as mentioned in the booking.com is not correct as the hotel is not providing extra beds on all of their rooms, so this is quite misleading.

the value for money, the suite is spacious and very well equipped, the hotel has great amenities, and the room price is very well designed to cover the cons

the breakfast, they dont have a kitchen in the hotel but they bring the food from the adjacent Holiday Inn, so the variety is limited and its not that fresh. the location is far but they offer a shuttle bus to a metro station, i didnt use it because i had a car rental so not sure about the timetable

The suite was clean and very comfortable. Very impressed.

Checking in took a little longer than expected as the front desk staff were taking calls while serving me, which I think I’ve not experienced before in most hotels. When serving someone you should be dealing with them only to ensure it is a better service when checking in. Staff were courteous and polite but this could be improved.

We absolutely loved everything about the hotel: the facilities, the staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast. The pool was very pleasant and there was a lifeguard present during the opening hours. The staff was all extremely helpful and very polite, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Breakfast had a good variety, catering to different cultures and considering dietary restrictions as well. The apartment itself was big, clean and well furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen did not have all the ustensiles you may need, but it was decently equipped. We didn't have a washing machine in the apartment (as opposed to a different hotel from the same chain that I visited in Dubai earlier in the year), but there was a self-serve laundry facility in the hotel. Internet speed was good as well. We knew the location was very far away from Dubai city center. The free shuttle bus would leave 4 times a day (8 AM, 10 AM, 12 PM and 2 PM). I recommend you book one day before, we had one day when too many people showed up and there was not enough room on the bus, so those without a booking could not ride. We never grabbed the free shuttle back to the hotel though. We used to take it to the first stop, where we grabbed the metro at Dubai Investments Park. Unlimited 7 day metro card was great value for money.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Neat and spacious room with a fully loaded kitchen. Ample parking space in the basement. The break fast was in the next building Holiday inn and it had a lot of options to choose from. The check in took a lot of time as the staff couldn't figure out the booking and she needs to call the back office several time to confirm the booking which made us waiting in the lobby for a bit long time that is not at all very common.

Check in could be better as it took comparatively long time.

Location very far from Dubai downtown (around 40 minutes by car depending on the traffic) but they have free shuttle service for metro station, Jumeirah Beach and Ibn Battuta Mall

This was our second time at Staybridge. We always loved their room facilities with well equipped kitchen utensils, cleanliness, very good breakfast and amazing rooftop swimming pool. That is why we always going back.

However, this time we a bit disappointed because swimming pool is under maintenance, breakfast needs to walk to holiday inn and most of all we have booked a 2 x 2BR with balcony but never gave us a room with balcony. Been asked the reception and said they are fully booked and room with balcony is not available. Given that the hotel was fully booked then what is the used of reservation prior to the date of arrival if it is not available? You must remove that option if room were not available so people wont expect. But still our overall stay was very good.
