Perfect for a business breakfast with easy access to coffee. Always fresh bread, fruit, cereals and cakes (terribly hard to resist). The area is always clean and the staff always had cold milk on hand for my cereal. Perfect! Room is always clean, comfortable welcoming, relaxing and the balcony always fresh ... slept like a baby in the bed with no disturbance. Bathroom perfect with everything I need. Loved this place because it had all the electricity sockets in exactly the right place and proper charging USB points that work. The Staff are not only super efficient, effective with just the right amount of "friendly" and I would like to thank Tharushi (reception) Faisal (reception and help) Lori (night reception) Salman (greet reception) (Security) Suraj (Valet) Waqas, Collins, Janica, Vince and the marvellous cleaning staff who kept me in coffee and water, and kept my room in ship-shape fashion. Would love the pool in action or a bit of a sun deck ... but I know that it has to be repaired and that an arrangement has been made at another hotel ... so even in this detail, the staff have tried their very best!

The actual hotel is just great. I was lucky enough to be upgraded from a normal room to one with a balcony. Although the view was limited (some creek, some highway, the airport)... it was fabulous to have a view. The STAFF were exceptional. I was well taken care of. The gym is 24/7 and lounging by the pool works during the day. The metro is about a 12 - 15 minute walk (fine except summer days). GREAT free museum Jadeel (modern) is walking distance. And it's fabulous.

Being located in the newly developing region has pros and cons. It is fairly quiet and one can take little walks by the creek. There will be construction nearby for the decade, but there will be more and more services and restaurants.

Great service, extremely friendly staff. Room was clean and well appointed, though small. It had everything from a microwave and fridge to iron and ironing board. I loved the view from my room which had a lovely balcony; choose rooms that overlook the promenade as they present a pleasing picture to the eye. The location was quiet and I had amazing sleep in a comfy bed. The waterfront and promenade can make for an amazing walk in good weather. The wifi was a bit slow, I couldn't make any voice calls over WhatsApp as the connection was patchy. The hotel is located in a new neighborhood because of which it is a bit of a walk to nearby restaurants and supermarkets, which is not a problem if the weather is right. The hotel restaurant was shut down for summer, but guests can have food delivered to the hotel lobby, so it wasn't much of a hassle.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. From the security guy who doubled as a porter as well. He assisted us with our luggage and he was friendly. At check in I was assisted by Maricar, a very kind young lady, who took me through the whole process. My room wasn’t ready for another 30minutes and I had complimentary coffee while I waited. I had trouble with my TV remote control and it was quickly fixed. The duration of my stay was good, no complaints. I recommend and would stay again.

Not really that I didn’t like, I had breakfast one morning and I wish there could be a lot more options (fruit and protein).

First was the staff Lorie, Anil and Salima for their warm welcome and a pleasant goodbye their service was excellent 👌 they even gave us the privilege to check out late since we arrived late. It was comfortable as it is like the first time we were in the property and it will always be a place to comeback.

So far we cannot say anything we don't like about the property instead a simple suggestions that may add even more likeable about it, a restaurant or cafe inside, washing machine in the rooms and some microwavable plates.

Amid the hectic hustle bustle of Dubai, Jaddaf waterfront is an Oasis of peace. Citadine Hotel Apartments are an excellent place to enjoy a serene morning walk or an evening jog along the water canal. The calm atmosphere is the best medicine after a hectic day. With excellent House keeping staff like Ms Sarita, the facility is in good, capable & caring hands. It was a wonderful experience and I would love to return there at the earliest.

Cant think of anything. However, if the Hotel can offer water rafts / boats to guests then it will be another wonderful facility, surely adding another feather to its offerings.

First of all, I want to thank every single one of the staff there for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was quiet, cozy, and just lovely. I felt happy to just come back to my room from long trips or tours. I would definitely comeback again, and I do recommend this place for anyone who wants a pleasant stay. If I want to describe how I feel about my stay in Citadines Cultural Village in one sentence, I would say it was my little shangri-la.

If there is one thing that I would even say was a downside (it really wasn't), it was the view. It's just that if you don't pick the creek waterfront view, you won't get much from the other side, but I really didn't care about the view and still enjoyed my stay.

We received a room upgrade on arrival having a small balcony overlooking the creek (Jaddaf Waterfront). I have to say one of the best 3 star stays I have ever had! Don't let the 3 stars deter you. Cozy, boutique style, with a fresh and modern look. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great. There is no room service, ordering for delivery was no problem. There are restaurants and markets near by.

Breakfast was small but good enough for starting the day. The location of the hotel is 7 minutes walk to the metro station. Could be closer, but it is good. Staff was excellent and we enjoyed staying. The pool at the roof top was amazing and clean. They cleaned our room every day and changed everything.

Could be more options for food for breakfast and to be closer to the metro station. Other than that there were no negative things to mention.
