The hotel looked very fresh. The lounge and dining room were very nice and everything looked very new, everything was immaculate. The corridor was the same with the carpets looking spotless. Our room was spacious and had a little fridge, safe, iron and ironing board. It was very nicely decorated and had a large tv on the wall and a handy full length mirror. The shower over the bath was powerful and there was plenty of space around the sink for toilet bags etc. We were very happy with the room and didn’t hear any noise from the adjoining room. We got a voucher for a free drink in the bar and this was a nice gesture.

Unfortunately the hotel’s car park is now only available for disabled users and the big multi storey across the road is closed temporarily. The small car park a couple of streets away was full so we had to park at Denburn which is quite a bit away. We didn’t think the breakfast was brilliant. The orange juice just tasted like water, the bacon was over cooked as was the black pudding. They kept running out of the larger cups for coffee although there was plenty of the small espresso ones.

The hotel is very beautiful no complaints about the hotel just the staff!.

We went up for the new year mine was spoiled as I paid when I got there the 4 rooms I booked. When my other family members arrived later on in the night they wanted me to pay again! The night staff and manger were as much help as a chocolate tea pot they didn't have a clue. The like magic they found the payment after I had to open my banking app to prove I paid it! We have always stayed there because of the location and it a beautiful hotel to stay in we are going again on 14to 16 Jan if anything happens this time we won't be back. We have been going there for last 3 years I don't want to give my custom to another hotel but I will if there's any problems this time. That would be sad as its a hotel I tell everyone to go to as its a beautiful hotel and great location.

The location of the Hotel was off the main street. When we first got to the entrance, I was a bit apprehensive. A different world once inside. It was so welcoming and very clean and tidy. The Reception was staffed by two really nice and welcoming ladies who made it easy to check in. We went for breakfast every morning, excellent. Dining area and Bar area - clean, tidy and well appointed.

The only thing I did not really care for was the size of the window in our room. Truthfully, I would have preferred a room with a better view, but I was not too bothered. The room was very dark at night, a thing I always like!

Some features of the room looked a bit tired, especially in the bathroom Coffee out of the machine was not the best: made me wish I had gone to Starbucks (which is not too far away, indeed), even when the food they served in the breakfast was absolutely fantastic Limited choice of teas/snacks and toiletries in the room Few details could be harnessed to give the feeling of a pampering experience

The hotel was beautifully clean. Area were being decorated but all the area we were in much have been freshly finished. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast were really good as was food in the evening.

The car park accross the street were we had planned to park was closed for renovation. It would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have made alternate plans. If the car park is open then parking is great, if not then it is a nightmare (we understand that it's not the hotel fault but it's something to bear in mind anyway).

Reception staff and duty Manager very attentive and helpful. Great nights sleep. Club twin room spacious, clean and quiet. Plenty of breakfast options. Plant alternative milk on request. Polite and professional service from Junayd our server and two lovely meals cooked by Hyleni and Katy. Easy walk to Music Hall to see a show. 2 night stay with breakfast included. Very happy to stay here again.

Club room description included a coffee machine and kettle, but just a kettle in our room. Bathroom sink was cracked.

Had a lovely 2 day break at the Copthorne Hotel in Aberdeen with a friend and can only praise the staff on the cleanliness of the hotel! Our bedroom was very spacious with plenty of towels and toiletries . Breakfast had a super choice of foods both hot and cold and dinner was excellent too! Staff were very friendly and happy to help but must mention one staff member in particular as Gary was very attentive and caring and nothing seemed to much bother for him! He gave us excellent food and drinks service and spent time chatting with us too. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Aberdeen as it’s centrally located to all the shops and attractions! More Date of stay: October 2022 See

It's a good, well-run hotel with friendly staff and a good buffet breakfast. The location is very good, in a quiet half a mile from the railway station and close to Union Street with its shops and restaurants.

Frankly, nothing - unless you count an unreliable coffee machine at breakfast, which had to be thumped by a waitress in order to produce the goods.

Good location, clean and room was an excellent size. The staff were lovely and helpful.

Buffet breakfast was good but need to be more attentive to the hot items like bacon and scrambled egg. Simply go by the rule that as staff if you would not eat it don't expect others to eat it. When the bacon is hard and dried out and the eggs dried up and discoloured throw it out and change the containers to fresh clean ones.

Room very clean and comfortable. Room well maintained. Bed very comfortable. Hot water all the time. Good shower. No loud noises at night. Cleaning staff helpful. I was very pleased with the hotel location. Not far from city centre but still quiet and on street parking over night accessible. Reception staff slows to use hotel car park first night as our car was fully packed. Have had to extend my stay in Aberdeen at short notice but there was no availability for the coming week. I would definitely stay again. A real gem of a hotel.
