It was spacious and elegant. It was well equipped with everything we needed to cook, in contrast to other properties we have used. A lot of thought had gone into the decor, which we found relaxing and enjoyable. When we reported a small problem involving internet access, the owners were immediately on the case and made great and successful efforts to resolve it.

Much of the equipment could be described as ‘high end’ and ‘high tech’. Some sort of user instruction manual would help less up to date guests not feel slightly intimidated attempting to use them. As it was we met the owner who was happy to demonstrate.

The owner had a gift basket with all goodies which was really good, also she took care of the parking permit which was cruicial. the location of the place is alrite. Overall Bath is an old city. The apartment had one bed and it was tight for 2 adults and 1 child.

Could be little more spacious. The owner came to collect the charges for booking.com, which was not normal since most of the charges are handled by booking.com. Felt uncomfortable, but was okay to give details to owner. It gets tight to park a car. Would stay is cotswell and drive 30 mins to come to bath

The door codes were sent via e-mail in plenty of time ahead of our stay. The property was easy to find and easy to access. Ample facilities were available in the kitchen area of the property including an oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The welcome hamper and provision of milk was a really nice touch. The bedroom was spacious with good wardrobe space and a particularly comfortable bed. An iron and hairdryer was available. Overall the property suited our needs perfectly.

We may have missed it in the description but it would have been useful to know that the property was directly next to a school. Luckily we went during half term so it was relatively quiet.

The property was very nice and clean, well furnished and modern. The host was very accommodating and flexible, and even provided a lovely welcome hamper which was much appreciated. All the essentials were provided, like milk/butter/ shower gel. The bed was very comfortable and the quality of linen was great. It is definitely worthy of being called a luxury apartment! The location was also great as it was in close proximity to the tourist attractions like Roman bath.

It may have been ideal to have a broom or hoover just to be able to give the floor a clean (I have two little kids who can get quite messy!) Parking permit is expensive at £17 per day and this should be made clear before making a booking. Cot was provided as requested however I was told on the day that it will be a £30 charge for set up. It was placed in the open plan kitchen so we were unable to use. There was no space to move this in to the bedroom. Again, this price should be made clear before the booking. However, the bed was big enough to fit 2 adults and 2 small children.

The apartment is located in a quiet area close to the Crescent and Circus. It is an easy 10 min walk into Bath’s city centre. The apartment is modern well equipped and tastefully furnished. The host Karina is excellent and responded immediately to any queries we had during our stay.

People with mobility difficulties or travelers with big heavy suitcases might struggle with the stairs if staying in the Circus apartment on the first floor apartment .

The host was flexibile to accommodate our earlier check-in with our toddler. The place was very warm and comfortable.

The host needs to display all the extra charges on Booking. We were charged £34 extra for cleaning and parking.

Great position, secure. Easy walking distance from centre. Interior very good and plenty of room for two of us. Bedroom a little small but manageable. Staff who we spoke to were excellent and info given was perfect . Kitchen was well equipped and some lovely food was left in a basket. Milk in the fridge. Very pleased.

The property was very clean, it looked very well maintained. The host was very quick to respond to our questions.

I don't think it can be called luxury - it's much smaller than it looks on the pictures, we had some problems setting up the heating and were very cold the first night, the front door was a bit tricky to open/close, the door from the hallway to the living room couldn't close, there were basic amenities but nothing 'luxurious'.

Spacious apartment in a convenient and quiet neighborhood. We were able to arrange parking right in front of the apartment which was very nice. Owner was helpful.

The washer/dryer unit wouldn’t completely dry our clothes. Pretty typical of European combined machines but a pain. Also had to pay cash because they had issues with payment on their end.

Loved the feel of the place, the cleanliness, location and the amazing welcome hamper. Lots of helpful communication on the day and appreciated a message after our first night to check we were getting on okay. Perfect space for catching up with friends and a very easy walk to central Bath.

The pictures on booking.com are a bit confusing - it would be good to have an idea of exactly which flat is which and whether there's a third bed or just a sofa bed. The sofa bed we had in the Roman flat wasn't particularly comfortable. But otherwise all good! Definitely just a small point and fine for a long weekend.
