Unfortunately my mum was taken in to hospital as an emergency and so we thought we would be unable to use the reservation. However the hotel staff were very understanding when we called to cancel our dinner reservation and said that we were welcome to check in at any time, no matter how late. After a traumatic day at the hospital, we left Gloucester at midnight and arrived at the hotel at 1am. There was no stroppiness when we arrived, the gentelman who showed us to our room, was friendly and unrushed, which was so refreshing as I was totally expecting the opposite. The Henrietta room was exactly what we needed, a beautifully comfortable bed, so that we could get a decent sleep and just de-stress for a few hours. So many lovely touches, I can't list them all (you'll have to visit yourself to find out) but the dolls house containing the hot drink options, gives you an idea of what to expect. Not too gimmicky that it's annoying but just pleasantly surprsing. The bathroom was huge with both a shower and free standing bath and the products were very high quality. Lovely large dispensing bottles too, not only sustainable but much less annoying than having to wrestle your shampoo/conditioner/moisturiser out of a teeny tiny bottle. We raided the pantry after scoping the room out because we hadn't eaten, so that was a lovely surprise. I'd like to say that we exercised some control but I'd be lying. Jelly beans, flapjacks and ginger beer at 1am? That'll do nicely! Great views from the bedroom (couldn't fault the location) and I loved the record player and albums in the room. Getting ready in the morning listening to the Human League played on vinyl, was a rare treat! Breakfast was delicious with relaxed and friendly service. Lots of choice and nice to see local suppliers favoured. I wanted to try the marmite crumpets but didn't have enough space. Next time. And there will be a next time.

Unusually for me, as I'm really picky, I couldn't fault one single thing.

Location was within easy walking distance of the centre. Room was good (once we had been moved and upgraded to a Henrietta room)bed very comfortable, bath/shower good, breakfast was very good, bar was good. We made good use of The Pantry. Staff were all very good, happy and helpful although on a couple of occasions there was no staff in reception or bar when we needed them.

The lift was out of order when we arrived and we hadn’t been pre warned and we had Room 1 at the very top of the townhouse! However this issue was quickly resolved as we were upgraded and moved to a very nice room on a lower floor. Disappointed that we had to pay for parking.

The whole experience of staying at No 15 was fantastic. Everything exceeded our expectations! The room was beautiful and the bed was extremely comfortable! We stayed at No 15 as part of my girlfriends birthday celebrations as we explored Bath, and we would recommend no other place when staying in Bath. You are located down road from the centre of bath which is less than 10 minutes walking distance away. The staff at No 15 provided excellent customer service and were incredibly friendly and are willing to engage in conversation with their guests. No15 as a gem, the experience you get for the price is more than worth it! Highly recommend! Book on site parking at No15 when you book a room as there are limited spaces. Which will result in driving around Bath trying to find parking for quite some time.

Great location, lovely Facilities with large rooms. Friendly staff and great breakfast and dinner selections. Bar was very pretty with great cocktails, was very empty which is no one’s fault.

The room was unbearably hot to a point it was not suitable to get ready in. There was minimal ventilation and we had to ask for another fan - I have a heart condition. I appreciate this is very difficult with old buildings and they advised us this should be rectified within 12 months. Also to be really picky although it was wonderful, the salad was served with anchovies without being listed on the menu. This is a very strong taste which meant I did not eat dinner, always list ingredients due to allergies etc

Good location on Great Pulteney Street right next to Henrietta Park. Quiet and away from the crowds in the City centre, yet a mere 10 minute walk to the city centre. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. In the morning, we walked to the Royal Crescent and Royal Vicrtoria Park - about a 20/25 minute walk from the hotel one-way. The hotel has a very useful luggage pickup service which I highly recommend - someone from the hotel with a pink bicycle that has a cargo trolley can collect your luggage from you at Bath Spa train station and transport it to the hotel, and to your room. A nice and thoughtful touch which I found very useful as we could head straight to lunch on arrival without having to bother to get our luggage to the hotel first. All you need to do is to email the hotel with your arrival date and time, and someone will be waiting for you right outside the train station. Another nice touch is the free pantry on the second floor - you can help yourself to biscuits, brownies, ice-cream, sweets etc throughout the day - all complimentary.

Our room was close to the hotel restaurant on the lower ground floor and therefore slightly noisy during the day, but it wasn't a big issue as were out most of the day.

We stayed at the Coach House which was quiet and set in gardens at the back of the main hotel building. It was exceptionally pretty in the courtyard garden and our room was stylishly decorated and very comfortable. Beautiful bathroom with an amazing bathtub and shower room, featuring Bramley products, and the most incredible treat station outside our room with free popcorn, ice cream, candy and cookies, as well are soft drinks and filtered water. I love the sustainable detail of having a refillable glass bottle in the room. The bed was luxurious and super comfortable. The bar upstairs and the restaurant downstairs feature really beautiful original art. The Spa looked worth exploring but we didn't have the time.

Breakfast was disappointing. I requested the veggie breakfast as I am vegan and there was not one green thing to be seen (spinach, avocado, asparragus, something?) instead of eggs my plate was filled with chips, which is not what I would have expected in a hotel of this calibre. The grilled tomatoes and mushrooms were completely tasteless, zero flavour. No seasoning, no olive oil, nothing. They forgot to offer us plant butter or even butter for my companion who was not vegan so we ate out toast dry, as we didn't feel like asking for one more thing. Coffee was sour and thick, like it had brewed in an urn for hours, rather than the hot, freshly brewed flavour you would expect for an americano. We nevertheless enjoyed the space in the restaurant, and the comfortable chairs.

Great staff! Helpful, friendly, eager to assist with any request. The location is wonderful. Behind the guesthouse is a beautiful park, Henrietta Gardens, with magnificent trees lining the walkways and a flower garden. A short distance from the front door is the Holborn Museum and Stanley Gardens. Both are must visits. Finally, it is just a short walk to the main tourist areas and shops.

The staff are some of the kindest and friendliest people I've ever met. We stayed on the top floor and the room itself was lovely with a quaint view outside the small window. It had many little quirky features such as a doll house that keeps all the teas and coffees and a really cool see-through wardrobe.

The AC system was not easy to use and was not effective. I set the temperature to 17 degrees celcius and it really didn't make a difference, the room was a bit warm and it was a little difficult to sleep. There is also no bathtub, you'd expect one at this price point.

The staff were superb and so friendly and welcoming. The room was gorgeous overlooking Great Pulteney Street. It was light and airy and very comfortable. The bathroom was beautifully designed with a very comfortable bath. We liked all the extra touches in the room such as the vintage record player and vinyl records from our era - Blondie!! Great tasting tea in the room and the breakfasts were excellent.

The breakfast room was rather hectic, but I think we picked a popular time. That said, the staff were attentive and did their best considering it was so busy. The bar was somewhat lacking in atmosphere in the evening, possibly some richer deeper colours and more subdued lighting would help. The design of the hotel elsewhere was superb, so this area was rather disappointing by comparison. I did love the bar tables though with all the jewelry, it was fun recognizing how many 1989’s earrings I used to have ;-) all in all we absolutely loved it!

Attention to detail in every space of the hotel: stairs, halls, reception. Amazing art display with impressive chandelier lamps. Our room was on the top floor with beautiful views and a very comfortable bed. Every room has a record player, it is great idea as we did enjoyed playing records! good collection of records! The pantry with various types of snacks all day long. Breakfast was delicious and although the breakfast room is in the basement, it has a lot of light! The team running the hotel were so friendly and welcome! fantastic location for visiting Bath

I love this hotel!
