We'll maintained room with decent sunlight coming in, very well stocked complementary food and drink which get restocked quickly. , staff was pleasant and attentive. Overall good stay

Rules for dinner were inconsistent. Booked a stay with breakfast and dinner included, but had to pay for everything on Sunday, not sure if Sunday roast was included or not. The on Thursday staff came up and said there is a budget for dinner, which I hadn't been told before or after and they charged me again as drinks went over the included budget, but that was the only time a budget was mentioned at all, and made no sense as I had spent more the night before with no issue or payment needed. I sent an email with this information when I got back to my room and have not had a response.

I stayed for one night, sharing a 2 double beds room with my daughter and nine year-old granddaughter as we were going to The Harry Potter Studios the following day and had been visiting a relative in Southall, so it was a convenient mid-way point. It was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at, and we've stayed at many over the years. Everything was comfortable, clean and attractive and the staff were lovely. The beds were perfect, bathroom was perfect, and the room was quiet and had excellent black-out curtains for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was great with a perfect selection of food in a relaxed environment. We were able to choose where we sat, which was unexpected as guests are very often pre-allocated a table. We used the swimming pool and jacuzzi before breakfast, which was a welcome treat. Soft towels were provided. The costs were very reasonable and offered very good value overall. (No charge for using the pool.) Parking was easy (and free) too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year, perhaps to go back to Harry Potter World, which we also loved.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially Edward. We had brought our dog with us and he was given a warm welcome too, and was able to join us for breakfast in the restaurant. The room was comfortable and had good facilities including coffee / tea making, toiletries, safe, hairdryer, robes and slippers. We didn’t use the spa facilities this time around but I can highly recommend as I have used them previously. Parking is easy with a huge car park. Check in and restaurant staff were excellent. Breakfast buffet was very good quality and lots of choice. Would stay again.

Mattress was a little hard for my taste, so woke up with sore hips, but that’s just personal preference and nothing wrong with the room.

The service was amazing, the staff are very polite, friendly and attentive. Breakfast had a wide variety of selections and likewise the dinner menu. The venue location is quiet. Plenty of space for a cars to park within the complex. The spa staff were quite good in terms of service and customer engagement. The rooms were clean and fully stocked with towels, robes, ironing board and iron. Sheets were clean and pillows were soft. Comfortable sleep.

The amenities can do with a bit of an upgrade at some point . The steam room, sauna and gym especially can do with some future proofing. With that being said they were still used and I enjoyed using them.

Everything on the photos were exactly how it was in real life. Not all staff was attentive and welcoming. The only encounter I felt warmed and welcomed and appreciated was by Roberto Gaspar; he was smiling the whole way through his conversation, he asked us every question there was to see if we needed anything and was so friendly. He went above and beyond his job role. It’s not likely nowadays to get that kind of great service. He was great!!

We came at night to check in around 9 pm. The hotel staff were very neglecting when I was at the bar. We sat down ready to have some drinks and I was looking at the bar tender for ages and asked for assistance. He was too busy talking to a lady for a long time instead of attending us. We just walked out and went to the Beaconsfield service station for drinks.

Room, bed, breakfast Great.

The lighting wiring in the bedroom was very quirky. The bedside light and reading light switches would only work when the main lights were switched on by the switch by the door. If the room lights were switched on with the bed-side main light switch the bed-side and reading lights could NOT be switched off. It took quite a lit of investigation to discover why. As a retired electrical engineer myself I know exactly what is wrong and that the person wiring the lights should be taken out and shot. Or at least made to rewire the lights correctly.

This was a great hotel facilities were excellent, staff where very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy and room facilities good too. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the leisure facilities were great.

There was information about the sleep well pillow spray in our room but no actual pillow spray, this would have been good to have. Breakfast room was not fantastically well staffed and this impacted upon the general tidiness in the breakfast room. However there were several large family groups with children running around the dining room that was not the fault of the staff and this would explain the general feeling in the room. There was a very good choice of breakfast foods so overall this was a good experience

The staff were nothing short of Amazing! I’d like to take a moment to thank Terry and Stephen for going above and beyond to help my friend and I when we ran into some difficulties and working fast to overcome an obstacle. The general manager and the whole FOH team were Amazing, Coming from someone who trains people in customer excellence this team have absolutely nothing to learn and are the best at what they do!

There is nothing I didn’t like with the hotel or the staff. This is the perfect place and they have the most amazing staff.

Very clean and modern. Rooms very well appointed and super comfy bed. Pool is lovely and so warm. Great sauna and steam too. Good choice at breakfast apart from one issue ( see below)

We asked if we could have two lattes at breakfast .The restaurant manager rather frostily replied it would take him a while to do these. When he brought them I said very politely that if it was a problem this early, he should have said as we would have been quite happy with normal coffee . He didn’t say anything or even look at me and plonked the cups down with a sarcastic “ Enjoy!”. Very rude and unprofessional.

the housekeeping staff were brilliant they make special towel art for my sons birthday arrival which really Made it special, the reception team also put a selection of cakes for him which was a lovely touch

the one downfall was that at breakfast when we asked for some more milk the waiter took milk from someone else’s table that had just left and gave it to us telling us the kitchen was closing in ten mins so he couldn’t give us any fresh milk, although they were still serving other tables with coffee and tea. We asked a different waitress and she went and got some for us no problem,
