Location, how quiet the bedrooms were. Free parking. Dog friendly. Disable friendly. Good working disability bathroom where the shower water did not cover the entire bathroom floor. Friendly staff. Rooms were attended to on a daily basis. Food outlets, right next door. Nice walk around the pond too.

The wooden divider between the bed heads. The heating system took a long time to generate heat for the room. Not sure when the weather does turn much colder if the heater would make the room more comfortable to be in. Plus, the current quilt is extremely thin. They did not warm us up. The twin rooms have quite narrow mattresses. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room.

It's clean, well maintained, lots of very hot water, surprisingly quiet for a motorway service station, very convenient for the M40, cheerful staff, and about the cheapest accommodation in the area.

It's small and stripped down! If you just want somewhere to sleep for a night, it's fine. But there's minimal space to walk round the beds, I didn't even try sitting at the table, the shower compartment opens straight off the room, and there's no kettle (get dressed and walk downstairs if you want a cup of tea in the morning). I would hesitate before spending more than a night or before sharing the room with someone I didn't know very well and know to be easy going....

The are basic, but clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy, maybe could have had a firmer pillow. For a basic room, this was fine. The showers was hot, and powerful. I should have read the list of facilities and realised there wasn’t a kettle…but this didn’t matter as Wetherspoons is next door, so at 715am we went for a cup of tea , and later in had breakfast there. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a good choice of places to eat as it is at the service station, we had pizza express one night

I The rooms could be cosier if there was carpet instead of flooring. But I suppose that’s because it’s a basic hotel and it’s easier tand quicker to clean

Room consistently compact and clean.

Check-in staff patronising using 'Dear', 'Love', and horror of horrors 'Darling'! I realise they were trying to appease me because they could not find my updated booking (I had originally booked and cancelled a triple and rebooked a twin), and it took a long time for them to find my updated booking and kept trying to tell me the booking was cancelled. Listening was not among their skills. This was unusual because I had previously found reception staff to be great friendly patient service.

Look its on a service station complex in Beaconsfield . So , so you won't be staying there as a holiday location - if you need it either as an overnight stop on a longer journey or have a reason to need to be in or near Beaconsfield then it was excellent value & very clean. Sort of a step up from a French Forumla 1 if you have ever stayed in one. We had a family wedding near Marlow just down the road & the prices for an overnight stay near there were eye watering. Room was a perfectly OK size an arrive late sleep leave earlyish lay over. We did not experience any traffic noise or any noie from the seating areas to the bar & & cafes that the room overlooked. The hotel is slap bang next door to the motorway services food outlets .

Had no issues - not sure how some of the touch switches for the lights etc will stand the test of time as they need not seem very robust.

I choose to have a breakfast roll and coffee at the Starbucks in the service station. It was adequate but not something to linger over. In the Ibis room I particularly liked the shower - because there is only enough room to stand up and turn around in you don't worry about slipping and falling over. Also the little recesses are perfect for placing your shampoo etc.

The absence of tea/coffee facilities in the room is annoying.

We booked it for its proximity to Heathrow airport but it was so much more than that! We were only there for 7 hours but it had everything we needed- clean and simple with comfortable bed and exceptionally helpful staff😀 Free parking too.

It had everything we needed for our stop off before the airport- honestly there was nothing I didn’t like.

Ibis budget is totally reliable. All the hotel rooms are identical so one knows what one is getting. A couple of improvements noted: there is now an automatic light in the toilet which is a lot easier. Heating is good although awkward to use and there is this strange 5 minute delay before it actually comes on.

Welcome staff werent at all welcoming. No teamaking facilities which really surprised me. Some other Ibis budgets in this country have adopted them so why not all?

This hotel is perfect for purpose: a quiet night's sleep before Heathrow airport in the morning. Late in - early out. It's not for an away break itself. It doesn't waste resources trying to be. I was well satisfied that I got what I paid for and would return next time I have an early flight. The Mway services location is a great +: EV charging facilities on site and round the clock food and drink next door.

Absolutely no complaints.

The gentleman on reception was lovely and friendly. A great ambassador for your organisation.

The day before my arrival I received an email telling me to check in. The link didn't work. I'm not used to ibis so tried to phone in order to book in. The AI voice was completely and utterly useless!
