For the money paid, I was satisfied with the night I stayed there and the room was modern and cosy!

Limited breakfast. Continental style in self-service kitchens situated on each floor. You are sharing one table with guests on each floor.

Great location, great food places nearby, rooms very cozy, easy check-in even late at night when the reception is closed

The luggage room did not lock and there were no tags on individual bags. The staff might be keeping an eye who goes into the room, but they did not make sure that people take only the bags they own

The location was perfect for getting to see the sights and the staff couldn't do enough for you. The room is a decent size for a city break and the serve yourself breakfast was always fresh and plenty to choose from.

The only thing that lets the hotel down, is the early morning delivery that comes to the shop just after 6am. If you have a street facing room and the window open, then you're bound to be woken up by the van doors banging open at approximately 6.17am in the morning. If you were to stay here then I would recommend requesting an inside room, unless you're a heavy sleeper then you'll be ok.

We liked the location, and the rooms and their facilities. The choice at breakfast was very good. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us. Self checkin was very easy and the ability to leave our luggage was very useful. The simple way to call a taxi was also a nice feature.

The bed against the wall could have been a problem. Having enough tea and coffee etc for the whole of our stay could have been a problem but we were able to access the laundry room to get more. Having two large and two small towels each would have been nice as well as the hand towel and the shower mat.

Very friendly staff at the check in, gave advice about where to eat in the neighbourhood. Clean rooms and quite spacious. Self service breakfast on every floor (bread, crumpets, jam, choco paste, instant oatmeal, cereal, coffee/tea, gluten free options). 5 min walk from the street full of fancy pubs with live music

Some rooms are facing busy road, sounds can be heard till deep in the night. Hotel itself is a bit out of the way for nearly everything (titanic museum, city hall, queens university) and many buildings in the area are abandoned. Felt overpriced for what it offers and location.

The location was great, a short walk from the main city centre and attractions. The room was very clean and the staff were really friendly. There's a smart TV and a fan in the room and there were plenty of lighting options!

The bed was quite small and against the wall on one side, so it was a bit of a challenge when the person next to the wall needed the toilet in the night! There were no vegan milk alternatives (or other specific options) at breakfast. However there were crumpets and jam. It was a shame the kitchen couldn't be used outside of breakfast hours (we went on a day trip which meant we needed to leave the hotel before 7am).

The location was great, esay to acces from the motorway and such a close walk to any point downtown. The breakfast was good, very well set up for a continental breakfast with great self-service options and in fully equipped kitchen. Great system to provide straight forward breakfast - the gluten free cereal was a nice touch. Everything was very clean un room and general facilities.

The bed was much smaller than one would expect or would be used to in a hotel. It is more like a French double bed and the fact that it was placed against the wall also made the bed space restricted. The hotel is well set up thought it looks more like a very high standard student accommodation converted for tourism.

This did feel a little like student accommodation, with the kitchen at the end of the hall, it was well equipped for our continental breakfast. The accommodation is in the Cathedral quarter, close to bars and a good selection of restaurants, make sure you book in advance. Staff were very helpful.

The parking in Belfast is always an issue, there are meters outside the accommodation, you can park in certain areas for only 2 hours, down side streets allows for a 4 hour park. There is an off street parking where you can leave the car for 24hours, this site is a 5 minute walk, situated in Little Donegall St, Belfast BT1 2JD

The hotel was very accommodating about allwing us to leave our bags before checking in as our flight arrived very early in the morning. This was a real sign of how helpful and welcoming the hotel was. It is superbly located right at the heart of the Cathedral Quarter, near to the bars and cafes that make it such a buzzing place. The room was very reasonably priced for the location but what made the stay was the helpfulness of the staff at reception with lots of recommendations about places to visit, eat and drink (the Neighbourhood Cafe was as good as suggested - try their Eggs Benny). The breakfast was great for one included in the price - lots of opportunity to fill up before the days exploration. We definitely plan to stay again.

There was some noise from outside, but it's in the centre of a city so it was kind of expected!!!

Our breakfast was so good, we also ate lunch at the restaurant. Our room was small but clean and comfortable for sleeping! The fact that we were above the restaurant/pub was a plus for us because it was easy and safe to watch a soccer game while sharing a pint. The staff was extremely helpful providing me with refrigerationfor my insulin. We were able to leave our suitcases after check-out for several hours while we explored the lovely neighborhood. Nearby there were monuments, parks, historic buildings, churches, and the glorious Aberdeen Art Museum that was a plus for our visit!

We didn't like the fact that we were only there for one night!
