Seaspray rooms are situated in a prime location, literally just across the road from the seafront & promenade. There are shops, bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Our room was spacious, clean and comfy, and we liked the fact that the rooms are situated above a really good bar. The bar is not noisy at all, and we had the best cooked breakfast ever, which is served downstairs in the bar area and cooked to order. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. We had a really lovely stay and will definitely be back! Have already recommended to friends. Thank you! Ps.. we parked in the car park opposite, and two full days of parking, including overnight for one night cost £10:00 in total which we felt was very reasonable.

Everything was spot on. Cannot fault! We wish we'd stayed longer...

My room was such a lovely looked after space with period furniture, cups and saucers that had been chosen with care. A room to spend time in and enjoy, not for simply putting your head down. There was even a record player in the corner with three albums -didn’t try it though. The menu was interesting and the food was so good and well presented. The ales and wines were quite diverse. I had a gorgeous rosé with my dinner. My veggie breakfast was the best I have ever had anywhere. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and obliging.

great location. lovely big room number 5. very clean! and in good condition. bathroom excellent with great rain shower. so nice to have a flannel. old skool but so many hotels don’t offer a flannel anymore. and the tea tray was wonderful with proper cups and saucers!!!! no ikea white boring generic mugs. breakfast included in the price was a lovely selection on the menu. we had one vegetarian full English and one avocado on toast. exciting quality, fresh ingredients. only small gripe, tea bag in a mug, would have been nice to have a tea pot. waiting staff really friendly and welcoming. would definitely stay here again!

Street side entrance into the building on the outside looks tired and could do with a little spruce up. apart from that nothing bad to say!

Great location - opposite seafront and close to the De La Warr Pavilion. The room met our expectations and we liked the bistro bar downstairs. The breakfast was a buffet box Monday to Thursday and I understand it is in the bar Friday to Sunday. Car parking across the road was easy to use with the Ringgo app and with plenty of spaces.

When booking making it clearer the keys were to be obtained from the bar. There was just a hard to read notice on the entrance door and we had already dragged our cases past the bar. Only a problem for those on a first visit.

Our room was on the top floor, away from the busy bistro. Hence it was very quiet. The window gave us views to the De La Warr Pavillion and the sea. Beautiful. The room itself was tastefully decorated, modern and very clean. Nice bathroom with walk-in shower and very nice soap and lotion. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was also super. It was served in the bistro and we had the choice of any of their normal breakfast offerings, from full English, to vegan or joghurt and granola. There was something for everyone. Would definitely go back there.

Very pretty looking room; very friendly staff, great location. I really liked the décor. If I ever visit Bexhill in the future, I will definitely book the same place.

It is a silly little thing but the kettle was impossible to use in practice. Basically, the sockets were too high up on the wall to put the kettle on the floor - the lead wouldn't reach. But they were too low for the lead to reach if the kettle was left on the shelf/bedside table. The only way we could make a cup of tea was to hold the kettle while boiling the water, because the wire just wouldn't reach. We have tried all the sockets in the room and it was impossible. They need an extension lead there.

We have stayed a Seasprays a number of times now and are due back in July which shows how good it is , nice comfortable room always clean . Seasprays is just across the road from The De La Warr and Bexhill beach, lots of restaurants very close if you are not eating at Seasprays. Rock salt bar is also very nice to sit and have a few drinks. The breakfast is superb and sets you up for the day .

Not much not to like , although I always have problems with the pillows in hotels and Seasprays was no exception.

the location was perfect being just opposite the Pavilion and the sea. The room had everything we needed, the bed was very comfy and the TV worked ( they don’t always) nicely decorated. The cooked breakfast was exceptional.

Being above a bar there was potential for it to be noisy but it wasn’t on the night we stayed. We arrived an hour early and the room wasn’t ready which was fine, but there was no offer for us to leave our bags. Perhaps it’s a space/ security issue., not really too much of a problem for us.

Great location, 6 min walk from train station to the seafront and moments walk to De La Warr Pavilion. The food is fantastic at Rocksalt! So much love into making good food to cater for everyone's dietary requirements (I am veggie with a sesame allergy). The staff are ace and accommodating. The room was clean and bed comfy - exactly as shown in the photos. Although we could hear other people in the adjoining room on arrival, we didn't hear anyone at all at night. The bathroom was very modern and chic with a big walk in shower with hot water at good pressure on the 3rd floor. This place is an absolute gem and I wouldn't hesitate coming back. Highly recommend.

Interesting pub / restaurant staff we really helpful and pleasant. The room was well decorated and spotless clean bathroom. Breakfast was fabulous set us up for our journey home. Handy carpark across the road £5 a day.

The stairs up to the room were interesting step we would see for a older person there could be a problems. The bedroom was extremely dark not having any windows in the room only in bathroom.
