The location and ambience And there was a old man(sorry I can't remember his name so I'm mentioning it) he was really nice We made a late check in, we were asking him glasses,plates cutlery and beers etc etc without hesitating he gave us with smile and dominating his age he always comes with smile from the computer

There was no elevator from 2nd floor we have carry our big luggage on stairs And breakfast we have to book the previous day or else you end up without having breakfast So we have to go out to eat

It was well located as we were going to the arena, on arrival it was a little daunting as looked like a residential setting and felt a bit uncomfortable but once we got into our room it was clean and comfortable. Would not recommend if people are looking for a lively hotel bar etc but it suited myself and my daughter with a nice room and as alot of people do not eat a cooked breakfast (meat/pork) we were catered for and the lovely gentleman cooked us a fresh breakfast when we sat in the dining room (thank you young man) just one thing and am sorry to say I love mushrooms but couldn't eat them did not taste right but much appreciated.

The room and bathroom were very good. The bed was very comfy. Tea making facilities were very good. Very good Wi-Fi and the room was noise-proof. Despite we stayed one night, it was worth it. We will surely come again if events brings us to that location

No lift in our building. We have to carry our heavy luggage up through the staircase. Not palatable at all. Absolute deficiency in the building

This hotel was perfect for what we needed, we were going on a night out and needed somewhere clean and cheap to stay and it was great. The beds were comfy, the bed sheets clean and the room was clean and tidy. The reception staff were lovely

The room did get slightly hot even with the heating turned down and also the walls are a bit thin and the neighbors were a bit noisy but nothing major

The room was very clean with everything I needed. I read reviews after I'd booked and almost cancelled as there are terrible. I couldn't find anywhere else so booked in anyway. I was very surprised as the room was very nice and clean and in good condition. I really enjoyed my stay

It was a perfect location. Easy to find. Lots of parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and facilities were very good - tean and coffee and biscuits provided. Good value for money.

Breakfast was not very exciting, not enough choice. Limited cereals with no museli, limited yoghurts. It was cooked well and well presented. The whole building needing sprucing up a bit outside. It needs a coat of paint or something.

The room was clean, nice and warm. Also, you have comfortable room facilities. Strategically located near city amenities.

The situation of the rooms made me feel somewhat detached from the main hotel/ reception and dining hall. Not too comfortable in case of late-night emergencies. Would be great with a protected link to the reception.

I've been staying here for years . Management has changed and I haven't had breakfast the last few times I've stayed but I still like the Apollo.

I accidentally booked single beds instead of double to roll about in.

The best part of this hotel is definitely a great staff- you can travel on your own but you won't be alone Lovely people 10/10! Rooms are very clean, bathroom was spotless- good job cleaning services! No matter what you need reception's staff is also there happy to help!

Check in taking ages but it's rather a poor management- on busy days there should be more than one person on reception they have to check in and out and also working as bartenders They're doing they best but poor employees can't do 5 things at once!

The room was OK. Would have preferred the suite with 3 beds in one room and two beds in the other, like the last time we stayed here

We would have liked to have a breakfast, but there was nothing there at 9 am. We were told the breakfast was on until 9.30am Really disappointed
