Everything, the staff were all great nothing was too much trouble, the rooms were all lovely and the en-suite was modern, the location was really good too it was 10 minutes walk to the pleasure Beach, and 15 minutes walk to the Tower and town centre. By the end of the week I didn't want to leave, I felt like the main staff were like friends and have already booked for November for my birthday and will go again for our summer holiday next year, have probably missed some things out as there's so many good things to say EXCELLENT!!

Fantastic seafront location near the tramline, convenience stores, restaurants, and within about 5-10 minutes walking distance of the South pier and the Pleasure Beach. The hotel had a lot of character and looked very modern and neat, there's a lovely bit of patio with outside seating and a very trendy 24 hour bar downstairs. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff that made us feel very welcome. Very clean, modern bathroom with walk in shower. The beds were incredibly comfortable and well sized for our group. We enjoyed making use of the facilities including the coffee and biscuits which were topped up plentifully while we were out for the day, we also made use of the TV and Netflix with the hotel's WIFI, which did the job. We were very grateful for the fan in our room as well as it was very hot when we got there! Overall a great experience.

The room was just a little bit smaller than I thought it would be for the 3 of us, we had to squeeze around the beds a bit but we made do.

Location was excellent, all of the staff where so friendly and the lovely man that checked us in even offered to carry my suitcase upstairs when he saw the panic on my face at there not being a lift. Unfortunately I have a degenerative spine and really struggle with stairs in general so that absolutely made my day without having to explain myself. Thank you so much for a wonderful friendly stay. Everything was spotlessly clean and the room came with disney+ and other apps!! When ever I messaged a query somebody got back to me really quickly and was so helpful.

The bathroom was a little on the small side but that can't be helped.

The property is right on the prom so within walking distance of all the attractions and a train station which was handy, the rooms were really nice with smart tvs with youtube Netflix prime etc. The bar area was really nice too with a pool table and prices for drinks werent too expensive. Me and my friends went down there for a night and had a nice time. The staff are all really friendly and are willing to help

My one and only criticism is that the rooms looked bigger in the photos however i didnt find this mich of an issue as i only stayed for 2 nights but for someone who is staying for longer they may want to keep this in mind

Friendly Hosts and staff, lovely welcome, great location for all that's on offer in Blackpool. We had the Seaview room which had stunning views of the sea and sunsets see photo. Would definitely stay again and a great price for what we had.

Bathroom was tiny if I was the owner I'd move the studded wall further into the spacious bedroom. No curtains for window only a blind that didn't cover the window properly and being at the front of the hotel there wasn't much private at night. Renovations in progress with new owners so maybe they can look into this, otherwise I'd be happy to give 10 out of 10.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Blackpool Resort Hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. The twin room we stayed in was modern and clean. We had little welcome notes and also some welcome rock stick!! There was a little hick-up in regards to the reservation, but that was resolved swiftly and to our full satisfaction. We went for the Lytham Festival 'down the road' and would for sure book again here for next year! Thank you so much for being so accommodating!!

For some reason the radiator in the room was on - we did not realise until late into the night as we literally 'crashed' after having come back from the festival. But this is more our fault for not checking in the first place...

The hotel was amazing 😁 very spacious and the veiw was outstanding... we had lovley romantic moodlighting in the room which just set it for us 😌 we had a lovley suprise on our arrival we had flowers and a card and a bottle of sparkle cider from the staff as we booked for our mini-moon 🥰 the staff was super friendly and was always at hand to help with any questions we may have had. We wernt that far from town was within walking distance or a short ride from the tram which was practically outside. We are looking to come back towards the end of the year 😀 Thank you so much for your hospitality.

it was a lovely place for the money bed was super cozy and loved the little touches like rock in room and note of welcome. lady on welcome was lovely even taking me to my room and giving me all the information I would require on my stay

room 7 is very hot, small fan will save you points on your review score. tv very high up… my only big negative was noise at night from the reception area Sunday night the tv or game the staff member was playing was loud and continuous till around 5am. then the cleaning they was doing last night. it’s very quiet at night so you hear everything. maybe put a door just before the public toilet. overall though honestly for the money it was great hotel

The staff were extremely accommodating, it felt like home from the moment we walked in. We booked a triple room & asked for a room with a beautiful view, instead, for an extra £10 we were offered a room for a family of 5 with a stunning sea view, The room was so clean & fresh. The reception & bar area was modern & inviting with an assortment of hot/cold drinks. The one thing that made the stay perfect was a particular staff member by the name of “Taryn”, She was there throughout our stay & was really welcoming, She was amazing with my 6 year old son, He literally talked & talked to her about his day & she listened with interest, also, He fell while we were out & once back at the hotel, Taryn took care of it, she cleaned his wound & dressed him with a plaster. overall, I would definitely stay again without hesitation & would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay in Blackpool. Thank you for a wonderful Blackpool experience.

Room was lovely and clean , good location and friendly staff . Bathroom decor was lovely just small. Shampoo/shower gel and conditioner supplied in pump bottle inside shower, daily cleaning service. Parking is available right outside hotel ( chargeable 10pound per night) TV position could of been better or in a swivel bracket not wall fixed .

No curtains, bathroom is small not much room to get in or out as door opens onto shower handles ( no good for larger people), no sockets near dressing table/mirror. The stairs and landing are very dark and carpets need replaced ( ino the hotel has just taken over and is under renovation )
