the location was fantastic- right on the sea front, about a 15 min walk to the pleasure beach. There was parking and we didn’t need to worry about finding somewhere. Simon the owner could not have been more helpful - he stayed up after midnight to check us in as we drove a long way and then was up early cooking delicious breakfasts. The decor in the rooms was not really to my taste but everything you needed was there and it was lovely and clean. The bar was reasonably priced and well stocked.

The waitress at breakfast got everything right but could have been more cheerful - she looked very grumpy when we asked her to fill our water bottles.

We had a lovely spacious family room looking over the sea ..room was lovely very clean..with an en suite shower which was immaculate Bar facilities are very nice very reasonably priced Great choice for breakfast

I honestly have nothing that I didn’t like the owners were very nice

Amazing little hotel that feels like home from home. Great location close to the seafront, tram system and local amenities. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the bed was so comfy. The staff are all so lovely who work here, they really make you feel welcome.

Simon was very friendly and welcoming at our state went above and beyond for me and my mum and we will definitely be staying here every time we visit Blackpool now

The Breakfast was exellent ,And the "Bar Meals" were also exellent , on my two days.The owner did all the cooking And the food was exellent. I was brought up in an Hotel 20 yrs in oldham. so I do appreciate all the hard work which the Manager does.In the cooking and running of the business.To such a high standard.

If I have a slight moan I thought that my SINGLE bed mattress was a little hard I will ask for a double bed next time >

The location is situated next to South shore, easily within walking distance to other venues. The breakfast is exceptional, Simon had everything under control with his team. The prices at the bar were also excellent with a vast selection. There is also the availability to purchase souvenirs which are a lot cheaper than in the town center. Simon has a lot of knowledge of the surrounding area so he was always willing to give advice where needed.

The weather was so hot during my stay, larger fans were needed in the rooms to accommodate this, apart from that I could not fault anything else.
