The man at the front desk was very polite and informative during check in. There were no issues asking for any extra towels etc. and there was a table near the front desk that had some extra supplies for cleaning the bathroom and kitchen if needed as the man explained during check in that they do not clean the rooms unless requested which was fine as I can clean after myself anyway. The room looked exactly like the pictures & the sea view was amazing. There is a feet washing station right outside the entrance which was very handy when coming from the beach. And the communal hoover and mop was also handy.

The view was great, the room was kitted out exactly as it was shown in the picture with a little kitchenette area, the staff were really friendly and helpful (especially the lovely bloke on the desk who went and found me some coffee pods), the Nespresso is a nice touch and the other guests were quiet. I was expecting a bit of leeway where the room Vs description comparison was concerned but it is just as nice as described and as in the pictures. Lovely place!

I can't think of anything, lovely visit. I was on the top floor with a sea view - gorgeous, but the stairs may be a bit much if you struggle with mobility X maybe opt for ground floor.

Everything, it’s ideal for a bigger family or a smaller family. We had the studio apartment and it was perfect for an adult and teenager but I’ve also stayed before in a bigger room with more family. It’s really close to the Pleasure Beach and walking distance between two piers and the tower. The view from the pleasure beach along to the tower is stunning and There is easy access to the tram if you don’t want to walk far. I like having the fridge and cooker it’s great when your not wanting to go out for a meal, there’s an Iceland just round the corner perfect so it’s perfect for traveling with a teenager and there’s a very comfortable bar area for when the weather isn’t great or just to relax in.

To be honest I don’t have any complaints. This is my second time here and I will always book this place before anywhere else now.

I'm no stranger to a blackpool hotel and this was by far the best stay I've had in the area. You get the whole apartment to yourself with loads of privacy, all new mod cons with air conditioning and heating, kitchen area was fab with a coffee machine, we ate tea on the table looking out to sea, bed is comfy, settee was comfy and bathroom was spotless with an amazing rainfall shower. The staff were so friendly and really made us feel welcome. The little bar area was a lovely design and looked really cosy. We will definitely be returning :)

This isn't a con to the hotel itself, I just didn't realise it was quite a walk to the coral island area. It's situated right next to mcdonald's, pleasure beach area. A lovely walk down the front if you're up for it though!

Fabulous location with stunning sea views. The apartment was lovely, beds were comfortable, being able to open the double doors made the sea view even better than it already was. The apartment was also very close to the tram stop, so getting into town is very easy, but it is far enough out of town to be quiet.

The doors in the apartments could have a softer close, they bang quite loudly unless you gently close them yourself. This is only a minor complaint, and would not be a problem if your neighbours close the door quietly as we were.

Great location on the seafront and surprisingly quiet, considering its location. Bed was comfortable, shower was pretty good too. Air-conditioning was a real bonus as it was pretty hot outside. Bar next door was convenient and staff friendly.

Chairs at table weren't the most comfortable, but didn't actually eat more than breakfast and snacks in the accommodation. Daughter said sofa bed wasn't very comfortable and chose to sleep on double bed. Parking, though pretty standard for Blackpool (3 rows, 3 deep) made me glad we'd decided not to bring the car.

it was a great location with excellent views. good set up for a family with a great shower. toiletries available & some tea/coffee which was a nice surprise for a self catering. vending machines were available which was handy. great tv provision. staff were friendly on check in although didn’t see them otherwise as didn’t go into seafront.

the parking cost extra which wasn’t clear to me. there isn’t actually enough things if you wanted to go self catering. there was 5 of us but only 2 bowls for example & no food prep space. tiny sink drainage. not enough towels either, just 4 for the 5 of us & no floor mat.

The location is great, 5 minutes walk to the Pleasure Beach, waterpark and south pier. In the other direction, 15 minute walk to central pier, the tower and madame tussauds etc. The apartment itself was comfortable, had everything you needed and had the added benefit of the lovely bar area next door. The gentleman who looks like he did everything there was really helpful and friendly. We had some issue with noise from the room below us on the first night but I didn't complain at the time, I was reassured the next day that there is zero tolerance for that type of noise between 10pm and 10am and if I had let them know it would have been dealt with swiftly. Luckily those people checked out anyway so the next two nights were very peaceful. We had a beautiful view from our room, right on the beach, it was stunning watching the sunset in the evenings. Would 100% stay again.

My only slight issue was the temperature in the room, it was really warm and we couldn't get it to turn down. The gentleman at front desk said he would do it remotely for us and to be fair it did cool down slightly after that but was still quite warm. It's a very minor thing, didn't spoil our enjoyment of our stay though.

hardwood flooring is noisy, guests above us and to side of us were very noisy when coming in late, luckily didn’t wake our 5 year old but my husband and I had difficulty sleeping one night in particular. apartment was reasonably clean but the walls and floor not particularly clean and we found long black hairs in the fridge. grateful for cleaning products to re-clean ourselves although bit disappointed in needing to do it as expectations are that the apartment would be fully cleaned.

Location brilliant, hot tub added bonus, nice little apartment. Clean towels and bedding. Beds very comfortable. Would definitely be back if faults were sorted.

Not the cleanest of apartments, could be cleaner. Shower not the greatest and too high up, power not the greatest and shower head needs a good scrub. The toilet was awful wasn't a fan, normal toilet would be fine. Back door leading to hot tub needs seeing to as very hard to lock and open. Chairs at table covered in rust need replacing.
