The staff make this hotel they are a great assesst They are so welcoming from the moment you arrive The food is lovely and very fresh and good quality The swimming pool is a added bonus and it was lovely to have that The cleaners are great and the rooms were very clean the location is great with a tram stop right outside and a shop around the corner If you need anything night entertainment is good if you want to stay in and have that but overall a great stay we will be back.

The room of a night time was extremely hot even with the fan on Also the seating at dinner we found was abit close next to each other and you had to seat were you was seated the whole stay which we found abit uncomfortable

Everything! Updated room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was really good. The food was varied and hot meals were hot. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The day trip mid-week was a pleasant surprise...even though it rained. Furnishings in the public areas were plush and very comfy, with a choice of sofas and chairs. Entertainment was varied every night.

Little niggles- chairs in the bedroom squeaked. It would have been good if there had been USB ports uncorperated in the sockets. There was an awful smell in the bathroom - possibly from the drain. Housekeeping dealt with it as soon as we reported it.

Nicely decorated hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. There were some renovations taking place and unfortunately when we got to our room there was no shower head in the shower. I went to reception and was assured that this would be sorted for us and were given 2 £5 drinks vouchers whilst it was done. The evening meal and breakfast on both days were excellent. We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. We enjoyed the entertainment on the Friday evening.

My husband didn’t like the bed he thought it was too hard. It was fine for me. We didn’t like the entertainment on the Saturday evening called Pass the Popcorn. It wasn’t just that it wasn’t to our taste we just thought that they weren’t very good.

It was spotless. The room needs a makeover but it lacked nothing. It really was immaculate. The public areas were lovely. The pool area beautiful and clean. The dining and entertainment area was again clean and well decorated. There are plenty of lovely seating areas overlooking the sea. Toilets were kept fresh at all times. The staff were wonderful. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed. We couldn’t fault the food every meal was delicious. The staff simply couldn’t do enough. The owner is even in the kitchens helping. My husband met her too and like her staff he said she was so lovely.

Eventually maybe the room will get updated but it didn’t affect our stay. We will be back.

The hotel is lovely in a great position if your not bothered with all the main attractions of central Blackpool. The facilities were excellent.

The reason we didn’t give this hotel a 10 was that they have installed a new heated pool and all the rooms above it were so warm we were unable to sleep at night. The hotel did provide a fan which was on all day and night only helped a little.

Everything was lovely. We have been here many times and love it. Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere nothing too much trouble. Rooms are exceptionally clean and to a very high standard. Bathroom in the room we had was smaller than what we normally have but was manageable. Food was lovely and service great.

My only complaint is the heat in the rooms. In the winter ideal but we have visited 3 times now in warmer months and rooms are very hot a fan is in the room but doesn’t help much we had to put it on a chair and move it close to bed but still didn’t cool us. Maybe a standing fan would be better obviously air conditioning would but I know this would be very expensive. Apart from that no complaints at all

The hotel was clean , tastefully decorated and very comfortable . Our stay was made special by the staff who were so attentive and helpful . The room was newly refurbished with a large walk in shower . The food was really good with plenty of choice for all tastes . We used the leisure facilities which were excellent . Towels supplied and a time slot allocated so that it wasn’t overcrowded . Entertainment was varied and of a high standard . The hotel organised a free bus to take us to Chester for the day which was a nice gesture . The owner even took the time to chat to guests which made us feel very welcome . Special mention to Liam , Rebecca and David the coach driver . Great job and all focused on helping the guests to enjoy their stay . Thank you .

Great location very helpful staff pool was great me and my daughter went twice a day every day good breakfast and evening meal drinks were reasonably priced. We stayed in one of the newly decorated rooms which had air con and looked lovely and had everything you’d need especially the power shower think it’s the best one we’ve ever had. Tram stop straight across the road from the hotel which got you into the centre in around 5/8 min. All in all we had a great stay thank you to all the staff

The Hotel is beautiful with plenty of areas to sit with a coffee and a good book. The room was spotless and well appointed. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. The cabaret every night was very good and much enjoyed. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. We would book to stay here again with no hesitation, I highly recommend the Sheraton.

There was only one slight problem, the parking, there is so little in front of the hotel that we had to park in the side streets beyond. This was not a great problem for me and my husband but was for my sisters who were also staying in the hotel with us, as one of them has very poor mobility and needs a mobility scooter. But that is the only downside I could think of.
