This hotel is a gem. I came from the US for a conference and was so happy with the facility. My room was roomy and spotless. A big white duvet and big pillows. There is a desk, wardrobe, and a large bath. The tub is deep enough to swim in!! I did not understand how to use the radiator, they were super fast and efficient in solving my dilemma. Meals were delicious, for the conference there were three choices of meat, salads, fruit, and desserts. Able to manage several hundred people move thru effortlessly. There is a coffee shop in the hotel, and a full bar. The lobby was inviting and I used it all weekend to interact with others. Oh, and affordable!! And on a tram line, so that I was easily riding up and down the line to sight see and shop. I hope I have the chance to return.

I missed brewed coffee, but it is England, and it is about tea!! lol.

the norbreck has greatly improved, since my last visit in 2021 , the pool & spa was excellent and I went half board which the dinner was a buffet meal, with lots to choose from , which will also cater for vegan & vegetarian.

I loved the hotel so spacious. The entertainment is amazing the atmosphere is amazing. Its 2 minutes from the beach. The tram stops right outside perfect location

The location, staff, ambience , room, the private beach feel in front of the hotel. Amazing, closer to the town, if you're coming with family, best place to stay, as its away but not too far from the town and nice and calm surrounding, comfy room and hygienic. Overall, we enjoyed our stay :)

It was a very good breakfast buffet.

They need a designated smoking shelter as smokers were using the Fire Exit door and leaving it open made the entertainment area cold.

I stay at the Norbreck Castle for most of my visits to Blackpool if they have vacancies and I cannot compliment the staff enough for how caring and helpful they are. Every interaction I have with all staff is really professional and they go above and beyond to help you. The night manager Matthew provided me accommodation when I arrived way past my agreed check in time after 4am because of a car breakdown. The cleaning staff and catering team were very friendly and helpful.

I don't have any criticism except to say that most reviews on here are far too critical and very harsh. If you want affordable accommodation with great staff in a superb location then look no further than Norbreck Castle.

Travelling alone I just wanted a quiet break. Requested a quiet room and my request was fulfilled. Room 564 (?) if i remember correctly. Excellent sea view. For £2 per visit extra the pool, sauna and steam room were excellent value.

My room was in a quiet part of the hotel but the door closers seemed a bit severe! Unless you controlled the door it would close with a fair old SLAM! Key card entry to room was a bit hit or miss and you certainly need some patience. I think maybe at check in more emphasis should be put on the fact that key cards have to be kept well away from mobile phones or other bank cards or they get wiped

Yet again another lovely stay, the room were lovely and clean and very spacious,the beds were comfy,the restaurant food is very nice and well worth the money,we went to the cinema in the hotel but it were closed we asked if it were open and the lady with no trouble at all came and opened it and switched a film on for us which my little girl was so happy about,only £2 to go swimming and you can also use the sauna,spa and steam room in there all for £2,the staff are absolutely amazing and so helpful with anything you need,we've stayed here about 6 times now and never once had a bad experience I don't no where people get all the negatives comments from I would 100% recommend you to try it for yourselves and not listen to negative comments about this hotel

Having to go home 😔

The room was clean / The bed was comfortable : the mattress was almost new and firm. As a retired doctor, it was excellent for my back. The bedsheets were all clean. The furniture and carpet looked almost new. Although there was 1 socket . we managed for TV and kettle and shaver as needed. The bathroom was clean and well stocked for clean towels and shower soap. The staff was all helpful and courteous. There was a security man checking every where including lifts . We stayed for 11 nights

Nothing really.. We appreciated it was a well used old place but for its staggering size, refurbishment has been taking place in stages. The place was warm throughout . The sun turned the corridors next to the restaurant downstairs into greenhouses but ventilation was good,
