The staff were all really friendly and would have a chat and a laugh. The breakfast was amazing, a really nice fry up (or other options if you fancied it). They even went out of their way to make a few sarnies when the kitchen was shut due to a few "sore heads" in our group. The rooms were a decent size and had what we needed and were clean

We had a toilet that drained slowly but they were aware and getting it sorted. The only other downside was that there were some leaks due to the torrential rain but they were getting that fixed so in the future, nobody would notice. If it wasn't raining, we wouldn't have known any different

This hotel is amazing, stayed only 1 night, out of the way of the town so it's lovely and quiet at night you are able to sleep peacefully, owners Denise and John are amazing and they cook the best breakfast I have ever had for only £5.99 BARGIN, every member of staff make you feel welcome, it's like a home away from home, had a single Seaview room cleanest room iv seen in a hotel, beds are memory foam whitch os a bonus and not to mention the FULLY stocked bar, every spirit you could ask for with a pool table big tv's for watching football on, Thank you everyone at the queen's plaza hotel, I will deffo be back

Nothing at all to dislike here what a GEM

We were in the sea view quad family room. The size of the room was a good size, clean and with full amenities. The view was amazing. The staff were very helpful, especially when we arrived earlier than check in but were still able to gain the keys to our room. The breakfast was great, plenty of choice and choice for children too. The hotel is out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the main town, which suited us as a family. There is also a bar area, which we didn't use as we got back late from the main town.

The only suggestion I would say putting a towel rail in the bathroom as nowhere to hang a towel getting out of the shower, and the shower was a tad on the cooler side for my liking but would not say it was a disadvantage.

The hotel is just far enough out of Blackpool to make you feel that you are still in Blackpool. Tram stops just outside which is excellent if you wanted to walk or travel by tram. Parking on the front of the hotel is perfect. We arrived early and were able to check in early, leave the car and go off and enjoy our short stay. The hosts were both lovely, knowledgeable and helpful. We were upgraded to a seafront room, breakfast was lovely and we could have had whatever we wanted, nothing was too much trouble.

As with most hotels in Blackpool, the hotel is slightly dated, but I think the hosts are planning on doing work and expanding so with a bit of time, they will be bringing all the rooms and areas up to the same high standards as the breakfast/dining room etc.

The proprietor was so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful. The location, nor far from either tram or bus and some eateries and bars was really quite good. Bottled water in the room was a very nice touch and much appreciated. Affordable accommodation with good links into the centre but far enough away for a quite night sleep.

The wallpaper was peeling in places and some minor damage was in the bathroom. The room was a tad too small as was the bathroom, but it met all basic needs.

Rooms were clean, friendly staff, cozy bar, child friendly, breakfast was amazing, taste and selection. Spiritual theme with buddahs and elephants as I have them around home. Problem with room so bent over backwards to make sure our switch went well. Kept us updated with progress. Couldn't have asked for better. Will be back.

Walls a bit thin could hear everything from Next door and hall. I'd usually have tv on late but thought of kids next door so adapted not to upset. Apart from that all perfect

Staff very helpful, friendly The hotel is cozy, the rooms are large and the bathroom is also. I asked for the bunk bed at the foot of the double bed and the lady who attended me at the check in let me choose between two rooms, was very friendly and I didn't pay more for it. I'll definitely be back.

The breakfast time could be longer because the time is from 8 am to 9:30 am and if you do not come early you will be waiting for tables, so in my opinion you should extend the breakfast time to not fill.

The Queens Plaza is the perfect place to stay for a visit to Blackpool. Plenty of parking available and near a tram stop. Room was clean, modern, a good size and maintained daily. Fantastic selection at breakfast and a well stocked bar with a pool table. The team at the Queens Plaza were amazing - friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The rooms were clean and recently revamped, as was the dining area. The beds were comfy, breakfast was great, the stand where friendly and the owners couldn't be more helpful. For the price range, you would be hard pressed to find much better in the area. Location wise The tram stop is virtually across the road so you can park your car up at the hotel and take the tram in to the centre, easy and stress free.

I'm a big guy so the shower was a bit cramped but was still usable and was clean

Check in was easy, parking space at the hotel and the hotel staff could not have been more helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the on site facilities were more than expected. Well stocked bar, not short of any drink, and open late enough for a night cap. The kicker was the breakfast. Absolutely superb. Great value for money, would definitely book again and highly recommend.

Noisy family in the room next door, but nothing to do with the hotel and staff.
