Can I say something honestly as it is in a way that I saw it, and this is my honest opinion if you want an ultra modern high tech hotel this isn't it, there was something else more charming and rustic about this place it was a bit of a blast from the past it's a few years old but it captures the pastiche of proper bournemouth vacationing all good I enjoyed it.

The walk up thee hill, other peoples doors banging (bit noisey) and cor hasn't bournemouth changed over the years walking back from old christchurch road was a slightly scary experience I can tell you.

Close to the beach ⛱ and close to town, everything you need to stay in Bournemouth, bed 🛌 to sleep in, shower to shower 🚿 in, mirror to brush teeth in, we was out all night partying and got back to go to sleep, it was perfect Apologies to the hotel, i cracked a window trying to open it, spoke to reception who was very reasonable, they gave me a price for a new window which I paid, sorry for my clumsiness, thanks to the staff for being so understanding

Place was a little bit old but for the cheep price we paid we can't be to critical

I was given a room on the top floor with good views

Water pressure in the shower was moderate but then I was on the top floor. The fire doors sprung back quickly and loudly so it became necessary to hold on to the doors to close them gently to avoid disturbing other guests. A problem that could be fixed.

Staff were supportive

I could not access the Internet and I think it was due to my laptop Secondly, I left very early in the morning when staff had not started work. Whilst coming out there was a gentleman, I believe a resident, and he filmed me. This is absolutely unacceptable, I said nothing bcos my BP was high and that was why I left early to be home. Other than this, I had no concern, I enjoyed my stay

it's in a Perfect location as it was only a short walk down a hill into town and to the beach. Friendly, polite, helpful staff. Rooms were perfectly fine and very inexpensive. All round good value for money.

The most important is that the hotel has lift, is very close to the beach, 1 min walk from Co-Op so you can do your shopping and keep it in the fridge:)

The hotel is a bit dated but still keep clean, the bathroom was very dated but still working fine.
