This property is simply GORGEOUS. I didn’t actually meet the owner or in fact see anyone during my stay but the detail around the property was really warm and welcoming. From the entrance area to the Boho mugs in your room and the soft soft soft mattress, this place is a gem.

No hot water late at night. I arrived later than planned and went to shower before going out and it was sadly just cold. Whilst the room had a fridge which would be useful, I think it’s too big and I turned it off because I am concerned about my carbon footprint. If all rooms have these fridges (8 rooms x 166kwh per annum or 8 x £53) then maybe the owner could look at this?

The owner Chanine upgraded us to the apartment at the La Di Da a couple of doors down, that she also owns, which was so kind of her, and much appreciated as I was travelling with young children! The accomodation was clean, comfortable, lovely new ensuite which has been finished to a high standard, fully stocked kitchen so we didn't have to waste money at restaurants for every meal, 5 mins from shops and 5 mins from the beach. It was fantastic and we will come back again.

The people staying above us were merry and loud at 2-3 in the morning one of the nights, but nothing negative to say about the accommodation itself!

Family feel, use of kitchen and common area. Nothing was too much for Chanine. The Boho House was refreshing and well presented. Our daughter Grace loved it and Chanine was so good to her. Other guests were very friendly and nice families visiting at the same time. We were very lucky to get a room as usually Boho is booked out as a whole. We love this place and now we have found it we will not be going anywhere else. It was like being in your own home so relaxed and beautifully decorated and placed in Bournemouth. So close to town and beach within 5 minutes walk each way from the signs in the gates. Onsite parking is not available but on street parking if you are lucky can be found. Carparks within 3 minutes walk costing from 9.50-£11.50 for 24hrs. I can't say enough about how much we loved staying here.

My daughter would say the stairs but we loved them, reminded us of our childhood homes on different floors. We were in room 6 the family room

very clean and comfortable the room was lovely with really cool decor, very quiet we didn’t use the kitchen or outside area so can’t comment on that but the property itself is beautiful it is most definitely the best b&b you will find in the area there is a lovely Thai restaurant at the end of the road and we also went to a pub called hop inn for breakfast which was very nice

the tv was a little dated , there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the hallway but I think that was from the outside guest garden not the actual rooms the area around the b&b is a little scruffy and run down

We loved the Ambience of the house.. Great energy and felt safe. Loved the Bhuddas and beautiful prints around the house.We were made to feel very welcome and utilise the whole house not just our toom.

Nothing .the house was ample space, everything you needed there. Kitchen and living room very comfortable. My Son enjoyed sitting and relaxing watching the telly in living room even though we had telly in our room. The Host Charlene was lovely , very accommodating .

A home from home , beautiful house , a pleasure to be a guest at and our host Chanine couldn’t be more helpful. A really cosy lounge , beautiful kitchen and outside seating area . We only stayed one night , wish we had longer . A short walk to town and the beach , pubs , supermarkets. What more could you wish for ? We’d stay again without hesitation. This accommodation is a rare find and they have another property in the this quiet street called “ La di Da” which we would also love to stay in . Bournemouth at its best ! Thank you Chanine 😘

Everything was great, from the moment you get inside Boho Beach Hose, you get only good vibes and do you feel at home. The host: Chanine is wonderful; very helpful and gave us a fantastic welcoming. The room and the bathroom was very clean and the bed very comfortable and the rest of facilities are great too. Looking forward to visiting Bournemouth again and stay at Boho Beach House. lovely getaway - centre location but quiet. Lady who owned / managed the property was lovely and was easy to communicate to when having faced an issue.

during our stay unfortunately there was a hen party of 20 women renting the upstairs house which wasn’t the best on a Sunday morning at 3/4am but was manageable and of course couldn’t be helped… parking seemed to be an issue around the property - with neighbours not liking when you park outside there homes - even though it is not designated. the flat did feel a tiny bet claustrophobic as it’s a terraced ground floor flat - and the front windows are covered with a garden wall and the back windows are covered with a decking from upstairs.

Good value for money. I had a very pleasant stay - my room was quiet, clean, and beautifully decorated as well as the communal areas. There is a communal kitchen, which I wasn't expecting and was definitely a plus. Chanine, the host, was kind and made herself available. Very close to the nicest beaches, maybe a 10-minute walk. I would definitely recommend it and would consider coming back in the future.

The only thing I could point out is the temperature of the shower was oscillating while in use, but it didn't bother me.

Everything..Stayed here before and never disappointed. Rooms and hotel tastefully and thoughtfully decorated by the charming owner Shanine. Walking distance to Chine gardens, Pier and lovely beaches. Small convenience shops in close proximity. Lovely new kitchen for guests use and friendly squirrels on terrace!

As it's a small boutique hotel set in a row of Victorian buildings along a narrow side street there's obviously no dedicated on site parking... But after dropping off your luggage it's a short and easy walk from the West Hill Parking garage where 10 pounds for 24 hrs, multiple usage (Pay and Display ) is a snip!
