The staff is super helpful, especially Domingo, the gentleman at reception. The location is excellent. The bathroom is a good size. The breakfast is plentiful, a lot of choice and frequently topped up

I fully understand there reason why it is not possible, but I wish the window could be opened. There was a stain on the duvet cover and it was not changed during the 3 days I was there

The hotel was modern, clean and tidy throughout. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast, there was a good choice and plenty to choose from. The room was clean and tidy, but not a great view as this would have probably cost more, but ok for the 2 days we stayed. The hotel was in a good place near enough for the beach and town but just far enough away from any noise.

Parking was a bit of a nightmare as this was a public car park next to the hotel which in that respect was very convenient, but had to wait for sometime before we could get a space, bearing in mind it was the Bournemouth Air Show weekend.

Location was great. Very close (easy walking distance) to all of the town centre of Bournemouth and beach. The room was spotlessly clean, as were all communal areas. I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and, though the decor was soulless, it was highly functional and well-kept. The breakfast included in the price was a great bonus for us, and was well presented. There was lots of variety at the breakfast buffet if you are an omnivore (less if vegan).

No oat milk at breakfast - they did have rice milk and soya milk instead. In the room, a massive plus was that we had a distant sea view through a beautiful floor-to-ceiling window; however, this also created a problem of no capacity to open it (I guess because of safety regulations as the window was a huge single pane) and instead the room was air-conditioned. I woke with blocked sinus and sore throat as hadn't worked out how to turn it off, and also made the room feel unnaturally stuffy and noisy whilst we tried to sleep I would like to say that this is me being fussy - I'm sure a lot of travellers would appreciate the air-con, especially in a south-facing room in the summer, and other more practically-minded guests would easily know how to change the settings!

We liked everything about our stay. It was myself, my husband and my 7 month old baby. Everything was amazing. We got to the hotel and went into our room to find the sofa bed was out but no cot for our baby as initially stated. We rang the reception staff and that was sorted within minutes, it was amazing. Its next to all the best tourist attractions, a few mins walk to everywhere. We didn't need a taxi for anything other than from the train station to hotel, we had our travel buggy and sling throughout our trip and it was great! Great location, clean, amazing staff and great facilities, breakfast was lovely too!! Thank you.

There wasn't so much anything we didn't like but our stay was for 7 days and after the 3rd day we had troubles with Internet which was not too good especially because we couldn't get the ipad to work in the lobby for my baby.

We booked a room including a sea view. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a very nice view of the Pier and the location was perfect. To reach the Beach, it was only a couple Minutes of walking away and around the hotel are many options to go out to have a drink or have nice dinners. The breakfast was awesome as well. There were a lot of options to choose from. It was a buffet and they had things like English breakfast, different kinds of cereal, a waffle machine, different kinds of fruits and juices and a coffee machine. The staff were really friendly and helpful even when we got confused with something and asked for help multiple times, they stayed very professional and friendly with no signs of being annoyed about it. The hotel also offers some nice extras. If you don't need your room to be cleaned you can hang a sign at your door to let the staff know and after 4PM you will be able to get a voucher at the front desk that is worth 5£ which you can use for snacks or drinks in the hotel. I really loved that!

That might sound a little weird but I think there were no toilet brushes in the bathroom which can be a bit difficult at some points. I'm not sure if I just oversaw it or if I'm right with my observation.

The location was very good besides the awful hill to reach the hotel! Room was clean and spacious. Two double beds was a nice touch.

The hill to reach the property. The fact you cannot check in earlier. I was told it was peak times but when we arrived we could choose from multiple rooms so seems like an earlier check in would of been possible. The air con kept coming on by itself and was very loud when it came on at 5am.

Room: The room had pleasant decor and had a nice seaview, Breakfast: Good. Was able to choose what I wanted. Location: Close to amenities but up a hill.

Hotel is part up a hill which may be difficult for those with mobility or breathing problems. Bedrooms: Temperature was difficult to manage and bed pillows and duvet difficult to get comfortable Breakfast: More tables for solo visitors would have been apreciated.

Room was quiet, and clean. Very little noise or traffic in the hall. Breakfast was good and relatively quiet. It is located close to the beach area and city cente and all good shopping amenities. Staff were friendly and polite.

The Room was tight, and the chair and desk really did not fit the room. The hotel is on quite a steep hill and is not easy for the less mobile to get to the beach area or back. Parking is tight and spaces are not suitable for big cars.

Car park . No lifts into the hotel. Very steep. No one offers assistance with luggage. The cost of two nights was extortionate. I booked 6 weeks in advance and £310 no cancellation. Rooms were cheaper when I looked closer to the date. £30 to park the car. Apparently we were in a Queen bed, nothing to indicate that was the case. Overall I couldn't justify the cost - I've stayed in Mayfair London for less!

Fab location, although on a bit of an incline and a secure car park. The view was amazing from the room. Everywhere nice and clean and spacious. Good selection of sockets in the room. Plenty of tea and coffee available, extra sachets and milk were on the bar in the reception. Plenty of channels on the television to watch.

Breakfast could have been better, NO FRIED EGGS, beans and scrambled eggs were to be desired! The shower wasn’t very powerful.
