The delightful host Suzanne wanted to please at every stage, and even last night made me supper so nice had been on a music and was so busy such a kind thing to do. The place is such a great retreat for Artists,Musicians who love quiet places perfect for me as both these apply. The kindest thing the host did was to take to the music school yesterday morning as a pensioner myself this perfect and areived 10mins before classes as no buses seem to run in this out of way place,. but as I live in a busy city Happy just to go to country area where birdsong is the main thing.
I just cannot think of any negative points.

Herb Cottage is a 18th Century farmhouse with a delightful garden in the countryside, 2 miles from Bradford-on-Avon. We’re from Canada but spent much of our childhoods in England, which we still love. We wanted to spend a week in a bed & breakfast where we could see fields with sheep (they turned out to be bullocks instead). Herb Cottage was even better than our dreams. Our room and bathroom were lovely, clean, and spacious. Fresh flowers on deep stone window sills and gorgeous pieces of pottery and other treasures here and there. The very best part of Herb Cottage, though, was our warm, generous host, Suzanne. Breakfasts were superb, and she went out of her way to cater to our special needs—my husband is vegan. Full English with homemade marmalade and stewed fruit from her garden. She shared with us the area’s fascinating history and suggested all kind of places to visit and explore.
We loved it all and Suzanne.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Suzanne’s charming countryside home! The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the beautiful garden provided a serene place to relax. Suzanne was a fantastic host, always kind and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The breakfasts she prepared for us were delicious and the perfect start to our day. Additionally, the surrounding countryside was stunning, offering breathtaking views and peaceful walks. We highly recommend Suzanne’s place for a delightful and tranquil countryside retreat.

Suzanne is an amazing host. She goes to great lengths to ensure that her guests are comfortable in every way possible. The double room has an extra wide bed which is super comfortable. We loved watching stars from the bed at night through the skylights. The conservatory is gorgeous and the house is decorated with beautiful quaint art pieces. Susanne made hot breakfast to our preference which was accompanied by home made marmalade and homemade fruit purees on each day to accompany the cold breakfast. She was kind enough to let us use her conservatory to celebrate our child’s birthday. There is a beautiful garden in the front of the property and Susanne is an avid gardener.
The room might be slightly challenging if you have lots of luggage.

We, a mother and daughter from Finland, randomly chose Bradford-on-Avon as our second place to stay while visiting England. We could not have chosen better. What a lovely little town! Herb cottage offered us something we considered a true English experience. And In addition to that, we got to know a truly remarkable person: Our host Suzanne. Suzanne made us feel at home and went over and beyond to help us make our trip an experience we will cherish forever.

A very comfortable cottage in an excellent location for visiting tourist attractions in the Bath/Somerset/Wiltshire area. Very easy access to road networks, P+R facilities and railways. Suzanne gave us a warm welcome and provided a tasty breakfast each morning. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area including the best places to visit.

The cottage is a very quiet location, away from the road, in a beautiful garden. It is admirably furnished with good taste and has a lovely "old England" touch . Suzanne, the owner, was exceptionally friendly and such a nice lady to talk too. We received a very warm welcome and useful suggestions for visiting Bath and the nearby area. Good breakfasts with home made jams and fruit compotes.

As with most things in life, it was all about people. Suzanne is such a wonderful lady: helpful, friendly, always available, kind and couldn't do enough for us. The location was perfect for us and the view from the room was wonderful - we saw a hare! The breakfast was exceptional - homemade marmalade, lots of the fruit grown in her garden, plenty of it and freshly cooked. Parking is great. We had a car and a motorbike and Suzanne let us park the motorbike in her car port. We could have spend days in Suzanne's house as she has so many interesting pieces of furniture, pictures, ornaments etc.

The best B&B we have used. Comfortable bed and private bathroom. Our host Suzanne is great and very helpful. Breakfast was all you could ask for. The surroundings are quiet and pleasant.
Nothing of note. It was a little difficult to find but other than that we were happy
