Everything, it is an amazing place to stay. Farm is secluded enough to give country vibe but then only few minutes drive to town centre including train station. It is beautiful outside and in, peaceful with picture perfect views all round. Rosie (our host) is absolutely wonderful, very kind and helpful. Property has private ensuite and plenty of personal space, while you can also enjoy common areas of the house for quiet time. It also offers great walking trial around the property if you’re interested with great views of golf club which surrounds it. We really enjoyed the property and everything it had to offer.

we found it a little difficult to find , as the property was not on google maps . however on arrival we were greeted by Rosie. who was very understanding in regards to our late arrival. Rosie was very welcoming , showing us to our room, and even helping us to make the time of our stay by recommending places for us to visit and eat. The bed was super comfy and the facilities were all that was expected. Breakfast was lovely . with a fantastic choice from fresh fruit to the English fry up . not to forget tea. Cherry tree farm was in a beautiful quiet countryside setting. but places of interest were no more than 30mins away. Great location.

Rosie is a wonderful hostess, makes you very welcome in her beautiful home. We stayed in the willow suite which has everything you need for a relaxing romantic stay, my wife eats gluten free and everything was catered for, sausages, croissants, bread, cereals. Cherry orchard farm is the ideal place to stay if wanting to visit Bath

The constant barking of Rosie’s dog for for 2hrs was our only disappointment while she was out of the house

The farm is beautiful. Peaceful with stunning grounds. Rosie greeted us with a warmly and content convivial conversation which made us feel at ease straight away. Her partner was so kind and a good laugh while we had tea outside in the garden overlooking the horses from the field. The added 'cherry" on top was the quality of our breakfast. Lovely table setting. Cafetierre coffee and breakfast was delicious. And the room we ate in was beautifully decorated. As it was early June the abundance of flora grown in and around the farmhouse was spectacular with blues and purples and the large roses wafted lovely comforting smells from outside while eating fresh fruits at the start of breakfast. If you like to walk before breakfast there are beautiful rambling paths all around. Rosie put us in her romantic retreat room. It was my Mom over from America so we travel often together. The room was spectacular. The antique French bed and linens on the bed was superb. The room was perfectly ambient and the shower and bathrooms were decadent. It is a show stopping room. Absolute recommended for a warm and wonderful farmhouse Bed & Breakfast experience. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

What can I say? Beautiful and welcoming on the outside. Stunning and comfortable inside. All we could have wished for is there and things we wouldn’t even have thought of, too. The bed alone would have been enough to make me happy. Big and comfortable. The decor is stylish and cosy with lots of items to draw your eye. Loved the calm, clean and soothing colour scheme. Too cold to sit on the private little terrace but could just envisaged me there, surrounded by flowers, horses and a lush green undulated countryside. The very quiet location is a feature on its own. Therapeutic. Rosie and Jo offer their guests a bespoke, attentive and very welcoming service. Loved the breakfast. Individual down to the diabetic friendly way of preparing scrambled eggs in the morning. I could write so much more but in summary: Not a wish or expectation was left unfulfilled and we spent three wonderful nights at Cherry Orchard Farm. Thank you.

Quiet location. Conveniently located close to Bath and the Cotswolds. Beautiful property and accommodating, polite and insightful hosts. Perfect for a couple's getaway. The surrounding countryside and property are simply romantic. Breakfast was fresh with good quality ingredients. The bed was large and plush. The room was large and private with a separate entrance which made it feel secluded from the rest of the property. The bathroom was super modern with an amazing shower (electronically adjustable temp and water flow rate) and large ornate bath for relaxing after a day of taking in the sights. The best thing about the property is the hosts. Rosie went to every effort to accommodate us so a personal thanks to her.

I loved everything!

Rosie was the most welcoming host and very helpful with information about the surrounding area. The breakfast was lovely, the bed was very comfortable, and the little extras like bubble bath, candles and books to read made it feel very cosy! We'll definitely be back with our children next summer ☀️

Beautiful property in a stunning and peaceful location, Rosie and Jo were excellent host and really lovely people. Breakfast was excellent every morning, the room (Sunset) was a pleasure to stay in and the little balcony with views of the golf course was a great bonus. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and we will certainly return.

The location was very peaceful and relaxing. Our hostess Rosie was very welcoming and entertaining. The accommodation was very spacious and fully equipped. The beds were excellent. Breakfast was delicious.
