Good size rooms, bathroom was clean and well kept, good amount of parking, pleasant courtesy call as we were late check in.

We arrived late evening to find the window to the room was wide open. We hadn't complained, nothing to be done about it at that point, we just tucked ourselves in! But it did make it very cold. Luckily the heating came on the next morning.

The hotel is in a beautiful location and is a very attractive old Georgian manor house. Breakfast in the conservatory is lovely with great views across the gardens. The staff are lovely and helpful and a particular mention for the breakfast staff who recognised us from a previous visit and were not only very competent but chatting about our day and where we were heading on our two days. The final morning saw them preparing for a 12 noon wedding in the conservatory but we had silver served breakfast rather than hot buffet however we were not rushed and the staff insisted on that even though they then had little time to get everything changed around and cleaned for the wedding. A lovely getaway in Avon.

The room was smaller than a previous visit but equally as clean and quiet and well appointed. When we arrived in the evening the room was cold and the old cast iron radiator didn't work however there was an electric convection heater on another wall and once we understood how to work it - the room really warmed up. It would have been nice to walk into a cosy room!

We booked the room for our mini honeymoon post wedding ceremony. I have kindly asked hotel to provide a specific room and they fulfilled my request which was much appreciated. The room was super spacious and comfortable with a spectacular views over beautiful house garden and meadows. Perfect for our occasion, it felt very private too. Breakfast was tasty and we also had dinner one evening which was a good value for money. Close to beautiful villages and Bath.

It was hard to find staff when we arrived to check us in. We spent around 15min trying to figure out how to get someone to reception (used a phone provided and checked bar area). We did arrive post 9pm but did not expect it will be that difficult to find someone to give us a keys.

Me and my partner arrived at hotel, the receptionist was polite and so helpful.we had the executive sweet, which was spacious and had a 4 poster bed..we booked for dinner at the hotel.we were greeted by the friendly staff and couldnt do enough for us the food was devine..we decided to have a few drinks after our meal and was greeted by the 'scouser' (cant remember his name) haha.but he made our night..we never laughed so much before he was really a comedian in disguise.i would defo stay here again without a shadow of a doubt and would recommend if anyone to stay here..thanks once again leigh manor park hotel..

We found that the bed was abit uncomfortable and creaky..the shower wasnt that powerful considering it to be a power shower and the furniture could do with updating slightly.

We stayed in the coach house, a very spacious room with a window overlooking the vineyards. Nice room, comfortable bed and a nice modern bathroom. The restaurant has a good menu, although somewhat short, especially the few options for vegetarians (2 or 3). As I said before the food was very good and with an excellent presentation on the plate. All the staff, reception and restaurant, very friendly and always with a smile. Everything very clean, especially the room and bathroom. The hotel area is very quiet, isolated from the city but not far. The hotel has a huge garden behind and an outdoor terrace to eat something.

The only drawback is that the sink did not have a water mixer tap and the taps were very short, the water jet fell almost next to the edge of the sink. I think that changing the faucet is not a high cost (19 pounds plus labor), and it would make the room not have an annoying detail, washing with extremely cold or extremely hot water, plus it bothers that the jet is next to the edge.

No hot water. Freezing cold shower in November. Took about 10 minutes for the warm water to come through the shower/taps in our room.

The room although basic was clean. Lovely to look out over the orchard. The hotel was beautiful. Staff friendly.

Such a shame that the breakfast was so slow to be cooked and then come out. Lots of us were hanging around waiting for food. The staff were lovely but were under a lot of pressure. There didn't seem to be enough staff for the amount of guests. I wouldn't return to this hotel for breakfast as even when it was brought out there just was not enough of it to go around. Surely they should have known with wedding guests and other guests staying that there should have been a quicker turnaround when it came to breakfast.

The porridge was excellent as was the cooked breakfast. The food at dinner was also excellent. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The location was very good.

Our shower was very hard to turn on and off. We couldn't see where to turn on the heated towel rail. The desk chair had crumbs of food on it when we arrived and it wasn't cleaned off our entire stay. We did not eat food in our room. The outside door shut with a huge bang and shook our room dòor. We were in room 258 in the coach house. On our last morning the door banged 6 times before 7.15. Having to wear a coat to go across to the hotel for dinner was a nuisance. The tea at breakfast was never hot enough

My room was fabulous. It had a four post bed and views over the lovely grounds. There was a nice coffee making machine, which was a great touch and the bathroom was spacious and modern with a roll-top bath and large shower. I was upgraded to an executive room and the only thing missing was a bottle of complimentary water which would have been welcomed.

The taps in the bathroom were tight and had to be turned a lot to draw water or stop it from flowing. I mentioned this as I checked out and am confident that it will have been addressed.

Breakfast was very limited if you didn't want a full fry up. Only watery scrambled egg on offer in the hot buffet . Fresh bread rolls would be better than the horrible bread for the toasting machine . The bedroom was comfortable enough , but as the room was south facing it was roasting all night , making for a very uncomfortable sleep. The bar was poorly attended with people running around to try and find a staff member for service
