Fantastic massive room, everything I needed in the room, very quiet and peaceful and only a short walk into town. Staff on reception were excellent and told me everything I wanted to know before I even asked. The lady on the bar in the golf club on the evening was lovely and made you feel very welcome, had a couple more drinks than I intended to. The 2 ladies on breakfast in the morning were lovely especially the taller of the two. On the whole I would say the staff definitely make the place that little bit special and would definitely use again.

The only down side was the water pressure in the shower was slightly lower than I prefer but I definitely wouldn't say I didn't like it.

The two breakfasts we had were excellent and great value for money too. We would have had three but didn’t know you could just walk in at any point and order a breakfast until we by chance mentioned breakfast to a receptionist, the website needs updating as it just talks about a full breakfast for £30 pounds which we had thought excessive, turns out this is a many course one which has to be booked, web site needs to say how flexible and accommodating the restaurant staff really are especially where breakfasts are concerned, it doesn’t do the restaurant or staff justice.

Had to ask for the heating to be put on in the room as it was freezing, but that was sorted immediately and was great, rest of public rooms were quite cold though.

I think I have received a top class customer service from the staff. The accessible room was booked when I tried to book our room. The staff  sent me a photo to check if the toilet in a normal room was suitable for me as I am wheelchair bound. They paid so much attention to details. I am very grateful. Thank you so much Sylvia and Jan, you really made our stay very comfortable.

I don't think the shower gel and shampoo are of good quality

Friendly and helpful staff, lovely spacious room and lovely breakfast that the hotel laid on early for the guests as we all had an event to get to bright and early.

Extremely loud guests in the room above us and i had to complain to the staff 3 times. Staff were great and went and asked them to keep it down each time. Unfortunately they paid no attention but this wasent the staff or hotels fault it just ruined our night as we had to be up very early for an event and had a long day travelling but couldn't sleep due to the constant banging.

The welcome from the staff member on duty was lovely. Asked about our day, plans and made my son feel welcome. Quickly ready to get to the room. Informative and cheery. Breakfast was lovely. Welcoming server. The guy on duty was quick to assist with anything. Definitely recommend.

Comfort of beds. Mattresses feel a little dated. But everything else was good.

Comfortable, friendly and clean.

Small shower room and wash basin. Could be bigger in such large room. Needed more lamps on desk and by armchairs and reading light over bed. could have small fridge.

Location is excellent, down a quiet street a few hundred yards from beach. 10 minute walk to harbour along sea front. Room was very spacious and we were provided with everything we needed (good sized towels , tea/coffee facilities, soaps and shower gels ).

There are not many good hotels in Bridlington, so we went on Star Rating - the Rooms are exceptionally large, basic but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast, you could order what you like - ask for smaller portions if you do not require a 'Big Farmers Breakfast'! - nothing too much trouble for the staff - it is obviously geared up for Golfers - good location, you can walk to the beach 5-10 minutes - quiet residental road. Very pleasantly surprised.

My only fault was the huge bedroom with a tiny shower and bathroom.

The breakfast was exceptional, the chef was very accommodating considering it was just the four of us for breakfast and everything was delicious and nice and hot. Very attentive staff providing more tea and coffee when needed - what a great start to our day I was stuffed!

Rooms are a brilliant size although bathrooms are compact but functional. Spotlessly Clean on this our second visit. Last time bed wasn’t brilliant but no issues this time. Receptionist said that they had recently upgraded some of the mattresses.

Absolutely nothing.
