Emma welcomed us on arrival. She told us everything we would need to know about our stay. She answered questions we had about quickest routes back into town etc. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a real hit with my young grandaughter. Nothing was too much trouble. She even let us leave our luggage to collect later in the day on our departure day as we weren't travelling back home until early evening. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It was cleaned every day with fresh towels, milk, tea, coffee etc all topped up. The shower was huge and amazing.
There's nothing not to like. Emma provides everything you could expect and a lot more.

Loved the location, minutes from harbour and seafront for a lively evening stroll, the house was quirky but so cumfy and welcoming, the owners were so friendly and like being welcome by family, the room had everything yoyd need and was so so quiet and had a lovely night's sleep with no rush to get up. The help yourself yo belreakfast and snacks was so refreshing and such a lovely idea that we won't hesitate to stay again. We parked the car just over the road and could see it from our room. Best value for money we kniw, lively place, didn't hear a peep from anyone else throughout our stay, couldn't recommend it highly enough.
Absolutely nothing. We had a lovely night and felt so welcome.

Fantastic location only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great for families my son loved the free snacks - fizzy pop, crisps, yoghurts, croissants, chocolate and cereal. The snack bar was always open so we could take food down to the beach. The host Emma was friendly and helpful and she made the effort to speak to my son and guide us on attractions for children. This is a perfect hotel for families and she made us feel very welcome. Lovely living room and loved the beach themed duvets. 10/10 for comfort and cleanliness will definitely be back in winter for the theatre that is also close by.
Everything was perfect. Only feedback could be putting some tables and chairs outside to sit in the sunshine or in the conservatory would be a nice touch.

Emma Clacher, the General Manager, warmly greeted us, and gave us useful information about the local area, and places to eat. She ensured there was a daily change of towels, additional toiletries during our stay. We were surprised to find the communal lounge had a supply of drinks, snacks, and breakfast cereals/fruit for guests to help themselves to, and this was replenished daily. She was prompt at getting back to us when we left phone messages on the hotel ansaphone. It was the improving weather, but also our satisfaction with the hotel that made us to decide to stay an additional night in Bridlington. The hotel is situated close to the front, but on a very quiet road, which we also appreciated.
We thought the hotel could improve the outside sitting area provided with the room, by adding a few plants and a higher fence between the property and adjacent house, to give more privacy and a more pleasant environment to sit in.

We was allowed to leave our car and get the key as we arrived early. Was in a lovely quiet location, we heard nothing. The cereal pop water crisps was a lovely touch and the tea/coffee in the room was nice. You get shower gel shampoo conditioner in your room. Room was big enough and bright and airy.
Our bed was squeaky with it been a metal frame one and partner had to keep his legs bent as he’s 6ft2” so they touched the kick board if not, but fine for me.

No cooked breakfast but a full range of cereals including gluten free. There was also a supply of cold drinks and snacks eg. Crisps and biscuits which were available at anytime. There were also free toiletries. Hostess was very friendly and always extremely helpful.
Street parking could be difficult at busy times since it is free and the hotel is close to the sea front. We were lucky enough to get one of four spaces on the hotel forecourt.

The location is great. Just 5 minutes walk to the beach. The room was exceptionally clean with new carpet, pristine white bedding and towels. I wanted to take the pillows home! Being a cleaner I couldn't resist doing the "four in a bed" test and I was very impressed. The bathroom was sparkling! Not even a spot of limescale to be found and also includes complimentary shower gel and shampoo. Top and inside the wardrobe was dust free with plenty of wooden coat hangers. Mattress protectors are used and there's a big wall hung TV. A very generous amount of tea and coffee left in the room with a great selection of cereals, crisps, cans of pop, bottles of water and snacks to be had in the lounge.
Bathroom is a tad on the small side so sink is in the room. The room isn't the Ritz but it's clean and comfy and has everything you need.

Host went above and beyond. There was food provided for a free buffet breakfast , enquired if we needed anything topping up. Bed was comfortable, location was good. WiFi good. Room had everything you needed. We would stay here again.
Front of property could do with a lick of paint as it’s uninviting. Shame because inside is lovely & clean. We arrived late morning and parking nearby was difficult.

Lovely Victorian house with high ceilings, light and airy well decorated lounge. The free cereals, snacks, chocolate and drinks were a lovely touch.
Nothing really, apart from the noisy seagulls but that’s not anyone’s fault. It’s their home, not ours. The bathroom with shower stall was a bit on the tight side but that’s served as an incentive for me to lose weight, LOL.
