Warm welcome, very clean and comfortable. Room had everything needed for a short stay. Beautiful view from window. Big breakfast, as much toast and drinks you could want.

We were cold, although heating went on early evening, it needed to go on later in the evening. In fairness, temperature had suddenly dropped outside. On a personal note , there were too many laminated signs with instructions, made a comfortable place feel a bit institutionalised ( although needed instructions for the shower). Maybe a small folder for hotel info instead.

Lovely place to stay, owners were friendly and welcoming. Perfect location, North Landing beach and Thornwick Bay both within walking distance, along with a number of pubs/hotels for an evening meal. There's also a Co-op close by which was handy. The room was great, spotless and comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast was tasty, lots of choice of cereal, fruit or cooked. To top it off the sun was shining! Hope to return!

The location of Cameron Court was perfect. We were able to walk from there to a beautiful cove and access walks along the coastline. There were plenty of pubs within walking distance, so very convenient for an evening meal. Lovely friendly locals. Mark and Gillian were excellent hosts. Nice to be able to sit outside at the tables to the front of the property in the sunshine. Comfortable beds and a lovely warm shower. The ample well cooked breakfast kept us going all day. There was a plentiful supply of teabags in our room, very welcome after a day's walking and puffin spotting.

It would have been nice to have a bin in the room for used teabags etc. We couldn't find any milk to replenish what we had used. There should have been some in the basket at the top of the stairs but it hadn't been re-stocked. We would have asked but didn't like to disturb our hosts for a very minor reason. Very noisy guests, swearing and arguing until the early hours on the second night. Not the fault of Mark and Gillian, I hasten to add but did spoil things for us a little.

The B&B has a really nice energy which I picked up on straight away. It has lovely touches such as pretty tiling and unusual ornaments and is obviously loved and well cared for - and so clean! The owners Gillian and Mark are very friendly and helpful - they gave me directions and even lent me some binoculars to see the seals in the nearby bay :-). I asked for a quiet room and got a lovely cottage-like room at the back, overlooking the lovely garden fields which was really nice. There's tea and coffee and a small TV in the room, and a hairdryer. There's also lots of storage and additional blankets if needed, but I found it toasty warm. There's a nice lounge which I didn't get time to use but looks very nice. There is a car park and also on-street parking directly outside with plenty of room. Location is great too. The breakfast deserves a mention - there is cereal, fruit juice, yogurt and fruit which I didn't have but did have the full English - it was lovely and really good quality. I also liked the check out time which is 11.00 am - plenty of time. It has to be said that I am exceptionally fussy, and the B&B exceeded my expectations which very rarely happens! It;s great value for money and I'll definitely stay again.

There's nothing I didn't like, which is rare indeed. One thing I would mention - and it's not to criticise but just so people are aware - there was shampoo in the bathroom but no other toiletries, which was no big deal for me as I went away for a last minute escape just for one night. As I say, just so people know what to take (and there is a Co-op 5 mins away if needed).

Very pleasant place to stay, even though it was cold and wet wintry weather. Would return to see the puffins later in the year as it's only a stroll to the coast. Hosts very welcoming & chatty.

That I had only booked a one night stay!

I requested a breakfast sandwich as I would be up and out before sunrise, and this was no problem to the host, who fixed up my required meal. I also brought back a takeaway on the evening of my arrival and eating that in my room was not a problem. I did askfirst, so as not to offend, and would have eaten it in my car if this was a problem, but the host, again, was very accommodating.

B&B proprietors Gillian and Mark are very friendly and make you feel very welcome . They provide a good English breakfast , tea , coffee and there’s bowls of fresh fruit available. Bedroom was a good size with a double bed also the en-suite was large enough for a full size bath with an over the bath shower , which was always a nice warm temperature and powerful .If you’re a fairly decent walker the location of the property allows you access to very scenic short and long coastal walks . Flamborough is a very friendly village with 6 pubs that I managed to find ? ( there could be more ) , 2 chip shops and a decent size Co- Op supermarket .
