The location is nicely out of the centre of town but not too far. The access is easy; the room was tastefully furnished and comfortable.The walk-in shower was great. And the little cafetiere was a nice touch.

We couldn't hook the TV up to the WiFi or even tether it to my Mobile so the options for streaming services are not accessible and the TV signal was poor in the room we were in. And we ran out of tea because we're very big tea drinkers - as really the rooms had lots of tea, milk, coffee, chocolate, etc. And we didn't ask for more so our bad really, and there's a convenience store within 2 mins we could have restocked from, of course.

Good value for money. In Brighton during August this accommodation offers a good deal. The bedroom was small, as was the bathroom but for the price, it was fine.

The room and shower were pretty small and felt quite cramped. I know this is mentioned on the blurb in the room, but it isn’t great that there isn’t a shower screen at all so the toilet gets soaked when you have a shower - and then you have to wipe it all down with your towel before you can use it. There were the corners of the milk sachets still left on the top of the cupboard from previous residents.

Got the room at a great price and was adequate for what I needed- clean and comfy. Shower/wet room very impressive Supplies of drinks were well stocked I'd stayed there as I'd gone to a gig at the Concord 2 which was a 5 minute walk away so ideally situated. Nice and quiet at night

It would have been handy to know about parking before I got there- there was a letter explaining about parking when you arrived but you need the info beforehand.I did request the info by email and text but got no reply- so just to let you know- don't park at the Bingo like I did as it cost £18!

I really like my room but as it was on the top floor I didn’t have a view out of the window. Stairs were v steep,? Up to it. Fine for me but not for energy one. I’ve never stayed in a hotel without a lounge, bar or kitchen so that was different!

A conveniently located boutique hotel that’s only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Brighton. Excellent communication from the hosts throughout. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable - not the biggest but perfect for what we needed. Good value for money. Close to good bars and restaurants.

Not a fan of wet rooms, but that’s my issue more than anything - I can’t seem to have a shower without flooding the place!

Clean accommodation, everything you need for a short stay.

Our room was swapped from a larger ground floor room to an upper floor without consultation. Luckily we had no mobility problems but we had chosen the lower floor room because it had a table to sit at and more room for my teenager and myself. If it wasn't self check in we would've been able to discuss this with someone. We had paid a higher price for this room too.

Location - it served its purpose as I wanted to be near Brighton College. There were tiny details that made the stay pleasant such as the supply of coffee, tea and hot chocolate as well as biscoff biscuits for room guests. Gavin, the owner/manager was very accommodating and responsive.

Room was a bit dark - but that was as expected as I booked it knowing there's no window.

Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was cosy and warm but also had nice big windows. We had lots of amenities such as a cafetiere, tea, coffee and milk, biscuits, a hair dryer and straighteners, and a comfy double bed. Our bathroom was a wet room and the shower in there was powerful. The hotel also supplied shampoo and shower gel which was really handy. We will definitely be staying here again!

Gavin and the team could not do enough for us. It was our anniversary and Gavin made special effort to make it romantic with rose petals and chocolates at my request. Comfortable bed, every detail thought of. Excellent location to the sea front. Responsive to messages. Key free entry. Beautiful room in perfect condition. Couldn't have wished for more. Except maybe to stay longer!! Thank you

Pricey for room only, and not a big room either, but guess that's Brighton in peak summer. Messaged 24 hours before our stay about bag drop off as.we had tickets for an event and didn't want to carry our bags around. Never had a response which is poor
