The location was fantastic for all the must see attractions. The staff were very helpful and it made the holiday much easier with the warmth they gave are self's and the other tourists.

The only thing I would say was the bathroom was small but apart from that it was very clean and the hotelier said they were making changes so I will definitely be coming back.

It was a very relaxing and perfect size room for a solo traveller. Nice and helpful stuff, good welcoming, and very quick check-in. 🥰 Also you would have a private parking. Location was good nearby evening. 😊

At the beginning I thought it would be a very small room but once I got the room I was surprised because of the good view and a very comfortable bed.

It's near the beach and shopping center, easily I can reach the train or bus station.

Receptionist was amazing.

Sea view from my window. Hotel is Located almost on the sea front. Friendly helpful landlord. When my scooter was parked opposite on a single yellow line, the landlord asked an approaching traffic warden to wait 5 minutes, then warned me to run down and move it. Then the landlord helped me lift my scooter up a step and in front of a car parked on the hotel drive. Next morning he helped me lift it back.

Only two parking spaces on property. However there was limited onroad parking across the road from 6.00pm to 9.00 am. No wardrobe. The only place to hang clothes was on a double coat hook on the door and another double coat hook inside the bathroom door. There was plenty of storage space under the bed though, because the bed was quite high.

The reception was so helpful. The room I had was a hot - we were in the middle of a heatwave. But I was provided with a fan and moved to a cooler room the next day. The linen and towels are clean and the bed was comfortable.The room has basic furniture and facilities but is neat and tidy.The bsthroom us small.However in comparison to other hotels nearby,this is really good value for money.

See above! Can't really complain because the hotels in the vicinity are over twice the price .

Everything was fabulous 😍 fast check-in also the staff was very helpful 🙏 I booked a room twice because of some technical issues I thought I lost my money because it's non refundable, but when I asked to cancel the second booking they refunded me the amount in 10 minutes 👌🙏 So thanks for that.

Really good location, everything was walking distance. bed was very comfortable, had a tv and hot drink facilities. We ran out of milk but when we asked the staff very quickly gave us loads more!

Be aware the photos are so fake it wasn’t that sparkling but it was still decent. The bathroom wasn’t that clean, the annoying thing is when I wiped over both the sink and toilet it was absolutely fine so clearly not a lot of cleaning goes on. The light shade was broken and the view was of other hotels etc but the window was lovely and big and easy to open so not really an issue for us. For any other people that do makeup etc, only mirror was tiny int he bathroom luckily I took my own small one so just be warned haha I know it would bum me out if I hadn’t taken one.

The welcoming of staff was exceptional, The location was perfect with easy access to the city centre and beach,The room was spacious with comfortable bedding and contemporary furnishings, making it the perfect place to retreat after a long day of exploring the city.

Great price. Booked within 30 mins of arriving and all went well. Easy to find. Quick check in. Reception area. No faff. Everything explained (check out etc) Near everything in Brighton. Had a free upgrade to a double. Nice decor throughout. Room very clean. Comfortable. Huge (working) TV. Tea & coffee making facilities. A window (they do have sea view rooms) Shower and everything worked. Slept well. Easy check out. Would stay again. Thank you
