The location was fantastic for all the must see attractions. The staff were very helpful and it made the holiday much easier with the warmth they gave are self's and the other tourists.

The only thing I would say was the bathroom was small but apart from that it was very clean and the hotelier said they were making changes so I will definitely be coming back.

It was a very relaxing and perfect size room for a solo traveller. Nice and helpful stuff, good welcoming, and very quick check-in. 🥰 Also you would have a private parking. Location was good nearby evening. 😊

At the beginning I thought it would be a very small room but once I got the room I was surprised because of the good view and a very comfortable bed.

It's near the beach and shopping center, easily I can reach the train or bus station.

Receptionist was amazing.

Everything was fabulous 😍 fast check-in also the staff was very helpful 🙏 I booked a room twice because of some technical issues I thought I lost my money because it's non refundable, but when I asked to cancel the second booking they refunded me the amount in 10 minutes 👌🙏 So thanks for that.

Really good location, everything was walking distance. bed was very comfortable, had a tv and hot drink facilities. We ran out of milk but when we asked the staff very quickly gave us loads more!

Be aware the photos are so fake it wasn’t that sparkling but it was still decent. The bathroom wasn’t that clean, the annoying thing is when I wiped over both the sink and toilet it was absolutely fine so clearly not a lot of cleaning goes on. The light shade was broken and the view was of other hotels etc but the window was lovely and big and easy to open so not really an issue for us. For any other people that do makeup etc, only mirror was tiny int he bathroom luckily I took my own small one so just be warned haha I know it would bum me out if I hadn’t taken one.

The welcoming of staff was exceptional, The location was perfect with easy access to the city centre and beach,The room was spacious with comfortable bedding and contemporary furnishings, making it the perfect place to retreat after a long day of exploring the city.

Had a free upgrade to a double. Nice decor throughout. Room very clean. Comfortable. Huge (working) TV. Tea & coffee making facilities. Great location near many bars and restaurants and only 20 minutes walk to the centre, great customer service, parking facility at the hotel (£20 fee), my room nr 9 was comfortable in size and was facing the back of the hotel so I was away from main road trafic, very clean.

Heating far to high needs to be corected to a bearable temperature, no bed side cabinet, no fan in shower room and stairs have same colour carpet all over around so keep an eye when you go down as they have in the corner a step you you can't see.

Property was adequate fir the overnight stay. Myself and my daughter so we shared v comfortable double bed.

On booking form it says wifi parking etc so I assumed be carpark and thought great. On arrival found out only 2 spaces and I should have asked specifically. My fault but did manage to park further up the street using parking App so not a problem but worth mentioning.
