The apartment is very well presented and had all the amenities required. Everything was clean (to a degree) and the check in process was really well arranged.

Not much at all - but there was quite a lot of dust/dirt in places that aren't visited much, such as the light fixtures - covered in dust. Don't let this put you off though, I'm a massive clean freak so not actually all that bad in normal circumstances. Would just recommend a deep clean every so often to keep on top of it.

From the moment we stepped out of the taxi and entered the property, we had a good vibe and felt as comfortable like home away from home. The size and layout of the property was superb with a lovely open plan kitchen /living room which was great for entertaining and very spacious and a beautiful bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and a little seating area and a lovely modern free standing bath and there were two bedrooms completely separate from each other which was very entertaining, but I won't spoil the suprise🤔..The host was also lovely and very knowledgeable.

There was nothing I didn't like about the property/host.

Good size room Nicely presented , fridge had complementary milk , water and a bottle of wine nice touch. Also packets of cereal available. Really good location , short walk into town and located near to the beach front. Will stay again

Parking could be a bit of a problem , did have to drive round the roads to find a parking spot , luckily managed to get one near property, you do need to put permit in car 24hr permits available but make sure you have enough to cover stay. Parking wardens out all the time, and will get a parking fine.

The location was very good. We stayed in the bunk bed room on the ground floor at the back. The room was tiny but well equipped and had everything we needed for a short two night stay.

We were a couple so bunk beds wasn’t ideal but it was the last room available. I think due to the Marathon being on everything got booked up early. We would definitely use this quest house again but try and book a double bed next time. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The only fault was the shower water pressure.

The apartment was beautifully clean. The milk, orange juice, cereals & chocolate bars were much appreciated. Oh my days, the duvet & pillows with Egyptian cotton covers were amazing, like sleeping on clouds. It's a fabulous location & we prebooked parking at Buzz bingo just a 5 minute walk away which was ideal. The free WiFi has a strong signal & both TVs worked perfectly with streaming services etc.

As mentioned before, the noise from the apartment above us. It was like they were wearing lead boots. Also having buckets of water thrown out of the window above the bedroom while we were in bed wasn't ideal, especially as some of it came through the window! That seemed to be the cleaner. So, unless you're on the top floor I would definitely make use of the free earplugs in a dispenser by the front floor! The front door sticks so it's impossible not to make a loud bang when closing it.

The facilities and the value for money were exceptional- as well as the usual kettle with coffee, tea etc we got cereal and a mini fridge containing a large milk and orange juice. We even got a free bottle of wine !! The personal touches were so lovely and it was so homely and also super clean. Another big one for me was the fact they’re dog friendly and at no extra cost!! Location was amazing too - literally 2 mins from all the main restaurants and 5 mins from the seafront! Cannot wait to come back again!

Had a lovely stay, the apartment was clean and the owner and cleaner were very helpful. In a great location and easy walking distance from the beach and main centre.

Although a lovely little place, it is quite noisy, you can hear upstairs walking around, using the shower and toilet and the flush is really loud. We also had someone below us, where they have a little outside sitting space, they were outside in the morning chatting, not even loudly, but their voices travel. We had the window open because it was hot, but they may have well been sitting in the room chatting, which was quite annoying. Also the shower head needs some maintenance as it does not stay up on the pole, had to wash my hair with one arm whilst holding the shower head up.

Location is excellent and so close to the local amenities. The room was much bigger than expected and we had the benefit of outside space too

We had no TV remote which was not the end of the world but for someone else it may have been an issue. Walls are quite thin so we did hear the neighbours coming back from their nights out and were quite loud, who you’re rooming next too though cannot be helped. Property was a good size for what it was however bathroom felt quite cramped and some parts could do with updating

Very reasonable price. Great location and well equipped kitchen. orange juice and milk were a nice touch. loved how easy it was to check in and out etc.

The sofa bed was unsleepable on. Springs poking in from all directions and really needs updating. Shame as it would stop us booking again and I really liked the place other than that. I couldn’t sleep at all because of the sofa bed in flat 2. Whilst very reasonable if you can’t sleep it’s a no go.

The locatoion is great for exploring the seafront and nightlife. Mark was very helpful about arranging a parking permit for our arrival and easy to contact. Breakfast was a pleasant extra (on the day we hung the message on the door) but not as welcome as the bottle of wine!

The room was at the top of quite a steep flight of stairs so might be difficult for some to access. Our own fault for not reading the house rules, but you neeed to hang a message up to get more breakfast cereal.
