Foremost, the unique location on the sands is romantic and truly delightful. The staff are really friendly and turn a wonderful location into a wonderful experience. Thank you!

We like the slightly ‘rough around the edges’ feel of the place. The one downside was the bed in room 6 which bowed in the middle when two people were in it - not sure whether that was down to weak slats underneath or the mattress, but it could do with investigating and replacement.

Food good and freshly cooked, Loved the variety on the evening menu + use of local produce. View from room and balcony wonderful (Sea, countryside, beach and sunset). We parked the car in the car park and just spent time chilling on the beach and walking (Good walks straight on to the coast path. Relaxed very quickly which was what we needed. Loved the space and set up in our family room Bunk plus double bed and plenty of wicker chairs. Next door is a local shop selling pasties, papers and many other bits so lunch was sorted. We hope to visit again. This is not a 5 star hotel but a b&b which provides wonderful evening food, relaxation and good, clean, comfortable accommodation. Few windows in the restaurant would open but staff opened the door for us, we still like the option to ventilate in crowded places. (We saw screens around one table I guess for those trying to shield). Cafetieres of coffee for breakfast rather than china pot would be preferred by us to keep it hotter. Tiny bit of mould in corner of shower -it was the end of the season. Not that bad though but want to give full and honest review. WE WOULD STILL VISIT AGAIN.

The location was great. The staff were all lovely and friendly. The room was small and quite basic although the small patio with views of the beach and sea helped. Had the weather been warmer I'm sure we'd have used the patio more. Breakfast was included and the lady taking the orders was nice and friendly.

The room for the 2 nights we stayed was fine, but it lacked the room for storage for a longer stay. The included breakfast took ages to arrive after ordering, one guest ordered toast and even this took 20+ minutes. The cooked breakfast was OK, but nothing special the bacon was dry and overcooked..

This B&B is a perfect location, it's a actually on the beach. Having a balcony to be able to sit on and view the sea was marvellous. The room we had was very well decorated and you felt relaxed in it. It was exactly what we wanted and was on the route of the SWCP which we are doing. At breakfast there was a good selection of items and the cooked choice tasted great! We ate dinner here for the three nights that we stayed and the food is exceptional. It really is a great value place.

Sometimes the service could be slow, but that just gives you more time to enjoy the sea view, which can be seen from the restaurant. The shower in our room was ok, but a power shower would have been better.

The location is gorgeous, right by the sea. Easy parking. All the staff are friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The food is fantastic, fresh, great flavours. The B&B was clean and the beds were very comfy.

The room was very nice and clean, couldn’t fault it! I’m very peak on hotels rooms and this one made me fell worry free and comfortable. Shower has a good pressure! Lots of teas, coffee, milk, hot chocolate, sugar, water available… good size for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young kids). Great sand pit and easy access to the beach. The beach has lots of rocks, but walk a few more meters and the sand is there. My boys absolutely had the best time! They enjoyed every minute. Breakfast was excellent! And dinner was beyond my expectation! Truly yummy! Just an advice… book dinner in advance as they always fully booked! Bar had very good l supply of drinks! The landscape was breath taken! Staff very friendly!!!

Just think the outdoor area including decking could be better looked after, some slabs are loose and I tripped over it. And there’s could be some parasols as well and some flowers to decorate.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Beach House B and B. The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much effort for them. The atmosphere was very relaxed: it felt like we were staying with friends. The view from the hotel was breath taking and the beach location couldn't be bettered. The breakfasts were amazing: a great choice of things to eat and they were fresh and well prepared. We ate there twice in the evenings and the meals were excellent and clearly cooked to order. The rooms were a little noisy at times but this did not spoil our stay. We liked it so much that we booked to stay again later in the year.

The only thing that I think could be improved was the car park. It was full of pot holes and not particularly well lit.

Fantastic location, right on the beach - ice cream parlour and surf rental close by. Lovely staff, nice decor/vibe throughout the BnB. Great breakfast - really tasty.

Unfortunately they had an issue with their alcohol license meaning they weren’t able to serve any alcohol all weekend. Luckily there was another pub just up the road (literally a 2 minute walk) so we were able to go there. The staff were very apologetic, it didn’t bother us too much but for other it may have been more of an issue. The shower in our room was very small and the shower head didn’t stay up, but other than that we had a lovely stay.

The room was comfortable and well appointed with plenty of tea, coffee and milk. It was great to have a balcony with a fabulous view over the beach. Breakfast was exceptional with plenty to choose from including gluten-free options. We liked the bar and restaurant and had a really good evening meal there, with locally caught seafood. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Dog-friendly throughout and great access to the beach for the dog too.

The room was a little small, but it was advertised as such so not unexpected. A couple of things didn't work, like the heated towel rail and the moisturiser dispenser but these were not massive problems. It was a dog-friendly room but could have done with a little bit more space for a dog bed, although our dog was happy under the console table! In general that was not a lot not to like.
