Saf was great. We were really made to feel at home. Room was perfect. It was warm but we were told if it got too hot to turn the rad down. Bedlinen very clean and comfy. 2 pillows each...perfect. Breakfast served full English. Wonderfully cooked. We will return when we need to go to Bude. Thank-you Saf and Safs wife.

It was in an incredible location. Super close to the supermarkets and town. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. My room was perfect just what I needed after a long days hiking. I won’t have a hot shower with good water pressure which I had. And then get into a nice bed. Which I did.

It was all pretty great to be honest. I would’ve liked there to have been shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom or some body wash. That would’ve been helpful.

The location was perfect for us. In between our friend's house and the town centre with its interesting shops and bus stop. The room was bright and cheerful, comfortable and clean. With breakfast included it was good value for money and breakfasts were of a good standard. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners.

This is not about the B&B, but we were surprised at the lack of pedestrian crossings in the town, particularly going towards the main bus stop and around the shopping area. The traffic was busy and often fast moving and it was awkward trying to cross roads. This would be especially so for the elderly or disabled who cannot cross quickly.

Ann and Saf are brilliant hosts.The room was clean,tidy and I had been provided with every thing that I needed for a short stay. Breakfast was very good indeed and cooked as came into the dining room. Saf was thoughtful and funny. Very few guest houses avialable for Christmas day. This is a winner and I can highly recommend.

Great location at the top of town opposite the golf course. Our room was bright, clean and the bed was super comfortable. Saf and Ann are both wonderful hosts and really made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was also great and set us up for a good start to the day. We will definitely stay again and would recommend Sea Jade to anyone looking to stay in Bude.

We would have preferred black-out curtains/blinds instead of regular blinds in the room but that's such a small thing and will not put us off staying again.

The location is fantastic for Bude & easy walking distance to the town & the beaches. The owners were very welcoming, helpful & obviously care about their guests & making sure they get the most out of their visit.

There is no dedicated parking, but there is time restricted on street parking or opposite the guest house there is a pay and display car park. We paid £7 for 24 hours. Hourly rates are available. Traffic noise from passing cars may be an issue for some sensitive sleepers.

Friendly & professional & prompt service. The owner is likeable & wants to please his guests. Suited our needs well! Tasty breakfast at extra cost. For holiday makers it is a great location!

The room needs a couple of updates that the owner is aware of & he told us he will be doing them very soon.

Guest house is extremely clean and has everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

Mattress squeaky on window side. Took me 4 attempts to figure out the TV remote but in all honesty, that could simply be me. Plus, I am a bit princess and the pea when it comes to beds. So, these are super minor things. Just a little feedback. Thanks Saf!

Breakfast was very good, nice simple yet effective set-up. Hosts were very entertaining and encouraged interaction with fellow guests. Room was nice, and the bed was really comfy. I would definitely recommend staying to a fellow solo traveller, or travelling couple.

Really helpful and chatty. Arranged a special time for me to collect the key. I am sure that anything I'd asked for would have been provided. A relaxing one-night stay.

Had problems initially finding the property as it's on a one-way street with little parking, but got there at the third attempt! Didn't realise that I'd probably have to pay for the car park opposite - though in fact I was OK in the end as there was free street parking available from late Saturday to Sunday morning. When I got in late in the evening my room was cold (it was November and the windows were open) so lucky to have brought a hot-water bottle. Tea and coffee in room but no herbal tea, or shower gel (I could easily have brought both). A very comfortable room with all the basics.
