It was a lovely bungalow B&B. The room was a good size, large double bed, plenty of storage space and nice and warm. The bathroom had bath and separate very good shower. Breakfast choices were great. Between the two of us we had the full English, French Toast, Bacon and Maple syrup and the Lemon Pancakes. All absolutely delicious. Freshly squeezed orange juice, tea, coffee and hot chocolate also available. Highly recommend Trustwood. Very close to Park and Ride for Chester, Chester Zoo and Cheshire Oaks Shopping Centre.

Personal opinion only, the bed was a bit low. Only issue for me with back problem.

Great, for a long-distance walker, to have a bath! And a bathroom with underfloor heating! Bed was comfortable! Breakfast was great: continental including cheese and charcuterie as well as cereal, fruit, croissants and toast. And ready before 0700 hrs, which was much appreciated at this season of short daylight hours!! Peter and Lin were excellent hosts, from arrival when they immediately took met wet jacket and boots away for drying, before sitting me down in their lounge with a pot of tea and a large piece of cake, to Peter’s advice on the best paths to take before I left!

Single duvet (there were 2 on the double bed) kept falling off in the night: I’d prefer a double duvet. But this is a tiny niggle in an otherwise perfect stay.

First class and very personalised, provided nice touches on arrival and during the stay, nothing was any trouble and the food and service was more than we expected. There was only one negative and it had nothing to do with the B&B but it’s extremely difficult to get a taxi, this was also mentioned by locals at a pub we visited. The question is would I recommend this stay, absolutely , I wouldn’t hesitate to go back I.f I was visiting the area.

Water pressure, if the other room was using water the flow in our room was reduced, luckily we knew the other guests so we worked around it.

Stayed here for 2 nights .Lynn and Peter were excellent hosts. We're served tea and coffee and excellent homemade cake on arrival. Which we had in their wonderful garden. The location was excellent for a wedding in chester and for other local places. The room was very good, and having the sitting room was fantastic as also sister-in-law and brother in law also stayed. Breakfast was also highly recommended . Could not fault this B&B .also if you fancy a walk lovely wood 2 secs up road .

Could have stayed another day to play the games in TV area. Lol. Everything was very good .

We loved the personal touches that were provided such as homemade shortbread in our room and fresh milk in the little fridge. Peter and Lin were really helpful and accommodating to our needs too. Much appreciated.

There was nothing to dislike. We were attending our daughter's festival wedding an a nearby woodland glade and coming back to a comfy bed, warm shower and a good breakfast each night was wonderful and meant we could enjoy the days at our tent.

The Trustwood bed and breakfast was so lovely. We had been offered tea and coffee on arrival and had homade biscuits in the room daily which were amazing. The rooms were very comfortable and tidy. The two people who run the b&b were so friendly and kind. And the breakfast in the morning was excellent. Would highly recommend it and we definitely will be going back again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The B&B was lovely, the lady that owns it is lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was big and very clean. Breakfast in the morning was great, would highly recommend the full english!

If you wanted a tea or coffee in the room, you had to go out and get the milk from the main room, this wasnt the best, if your like my hubby and wants a brew after getting into bed to watch TV or up early the next morning it meant having to get fully changed to nip out of the room to get it!... would be better idea to have uht milk or a tiny fridge in each room! Apart from this everything was great, and would return

Breakfast was delicious and everything was fresh, good quality and plenty of it. Love the little touches like a slice of cake waiting for us when we got back each afternoon and the 'neverending' jar of home made biscuits in the bedroom

The breakfast was superb. A full menu to chose from, with delicious fresh fruit, fresh coffee, toast and croissants. In the room was a tray with everything necessary to make oneself a cup of tea or coffee, with a jar of delicious shortbread squares to accompany same. The hosts were a charming, friendly couple, well traveled, and it was interesting to chat with them. it's a short walk to the Village, with delightfully quaint homes, with beautifully tended gardens...wonderful!

There was nothing not to like...my daughter and I thoroughly recommend this gem of a Bed and Breakfast called "Trustwood".
