The location is the best. The bathroom is very new. The room is clean and well designed.

The carpet smell is not good in room 2. Some rooms have private bathrooms while others have shared ones. I booked a room with a shared bathroom by mistake. I upgraded it to another with a private bathroom. The fee must be payed before arrival and it is nonrefundable, while all the hotels in Cambridge has the option of pay at arrival. There is no front desk. You need to call the person in charge every-tine you have any inquiry. If your SIM card is not British, the phone calls will costs a lot.

Absolutely fantastic property! I had the full "flat option" double room, kitchen and bathroom to myself and it was great! Exceptionally clean, with all the possible amneties and trinkets you might need included. Was so relieved to find a hair dryer was available. Bed was so comfortable and the temperature was just right. Perfect location too! With a lovely view ;) I don't think you can get any more central and peaceful if you tried. Recommend a wander through Downing College grounds which are nearby (photo 1)! Will definitely be booking again when I'm staying in Cambridge next.

Not the host's fault at all as the property is built that way, but having large luggage is a struggle. As maneuvering it up and down the narrow stairs is a challenge.

Location was spot on. Really short walk from the station and the city center. Room was spotless and came with everything I needed. Shared bathroom was also spotless and extremely close to the bedroom which meant you didn’t have to walk far in the towel. The noise insulation is very good which mean that I never heard my neighbours showering. I was able to store my bag all day which is really fantastic. Perfect place to stay by yourself for a short stay in Cambridge. Also had a few of these bike rentals parking nearby which was extra convenient. The housekeeper in the morning was very joyful and helpful when I asked where to leave my bag. You could tell that she loved interacting with guests.

The room was lovely. The decor was very nice and I was very pleased to find my room had a small balcony for fresh air. The adjoining bathroom was nice too and I was happy that the coffee and tea setup was well-stocked. There was even a fan in the room to help me through the heat.

Very little really. This is just nit-picking. There was some discolouration on the decorative pillows. When I dropped something that rolled under the wardrobe, there was some rubbish beneath it.

The kitchen was renewed and shower and toilet was great. The beds were fine. A bit on the small size for two people. It was easy to get in and find the place at the start of the park. Easy accesd to all the sights.

We had a heart attack because of the fire alarm going off. The TV didn't have the channel of the semifinal match England against the Netherlands. Because of the game it was loud outside until midnight but that was understandable.

the self check in instructions couldn’t be easier. the room is smart and clean, and the location was great for me. all in all for the price it’s great. bonus- I used the multi story car park very near and felt safe knowing how close the car was and for a busy town the parking fee wasn’t too outrageous.

the bed wasn’t perfectly comfortable but really it’s a small quibble.

The location was central with places to eat close by and only a few minute walk into Cambridge. Excellent. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of all the facilities; the kitchen was modern, well equipped and very clean; the bed linen was good quality, warm and comfortable.

Everything was excellent. I have reduced my rating because we arrived on a very cold evening in December and the radiator wasn't working on the bedroom, so the room was very cold. The heating was working in the bathroom and kitchen.

I stay here regularly to attend work events and am always pleased, especially at the price you pay. The facilities are good and clean; beds are comfortable; check-in process is easy and simple; location is great; and any staff I've encountered have been friendly and ready to help. During my latest stay, I paid a little extra for a room with its own ensuite, which was 100% worth it.

For the price, nothing could have been better!

The location was perfect between the town centre and the railway station and facing onto a park. The room was ensuite with a good shower and a comfortable bed. In good decorative order. good value for money.

The front door to the hotel had a combination lock but was often left fixed in the unlocked position by residents who didn't want to deal with the lock. This did mean that anyone could walk in off the street and as there is no reception it felt a little insecure. No Plug in the bathroom sink.... difficult to shave etc. An easy fix.

Very clean and great location. Within walking distance to pretty much all local amenities. Nice kitchen and private bathroom.

No staff upon arrival, maybe after a certain time. Check in is a little unclear and we weren’t situated in Regency House, but no.6 next door. Parking is limited, but parked outside during the night and then moved over the the Queen Anne Terrace car park. Note: I would double check their prices online.
